We love Pet Supplies Plus! Excellent selection of cat food, including grain-free and specialty options for our senior cat. There are usually some great sales going on. Plus, they’ll mark down items that are close to expiring so you can save more.The workers are always super friendly and helpful. They’ll call if you forget an item, they offer curbside pickup, and they’ll go the extra mile to help you apply coupons and reward points.

I routinely use both my military discount and the 25% off coupon routinely that is sent in the mail for over a year. Now they have a neighborhood appreciation 20% off and now they won’t accept my military discount. I would understand if I had a coupon but I did not. Of course they blame it on corporate but it is independently owned franchise as I reminded the young lady. I guess they aren’t very neighborly or military appreciative for some reason. While they are convenient to my home , I can certainly go right up the street and get better customer service and with an organization that appreciates military service.

I come here often and both my husband and I are very frustrated with the ratio of dog to cat stuff. If you have a cat unless you are just coming for basics don’t come here. We wanted high quality cat food, and compared to the several freezers worth of dog food they have one of nice cat food. For dogs they have multiple treats in the front display, none for cats. They have so many toys for dogs and few for cats. We’ve bought several just to have them break within 3 days with only 1 cat. Overall we just feel like they don’t care about cats nearly as much. The only electric liter box they have is known to not be a great one because it doesn’t have a compartment it just pushes everything to the side. Overall after the amount of money I’ve spent on products here I continue to be disappointed with the results I get.

I love this store!! I usually come in once every two weeks to buy my hoard tons of treats. The staff is always so sweet and helpful. And they always have such low prices and tons of discounts! With their wide variety of toys and treats and even clothes this is the only place I shop for my babies.

Their nail tech did a wonderful job with my difficult dog. My dog usually screams like a child while getting her nails done, but this young lady kept her comfortable enough to get through the whole thing without making a sound!

The lady who did my cats nails I think her name was Sydney did such an amazing job she was super kind and helpful and answered any question I had no matter how obvious the answer should have been as a first time cat owner I was nervous and had so many questions and she answered them so kindly without any judgment I highly recommend anyone who needs there cat or dog nails trimmed to come see Sydney here asap!

All employees were extremely friendly from the minute I stepped into the store. They were quick to assist me with finding a specific brand of dog food, as well as the specific vitamins I give my dogs. The store was also very clean and organized. One of the employees also assisted me carrying both my 30lb and 15lbs dog food bags to my car, in the midst of a storm (Hurricane). The customer service in the Oviedo, FL Pet Supplies Plus was absolutely outstanding, 5 STARS!!

We love the Oviedo FL Pet Supplies Plus location!Everytime we go everyone is so helpful and nice! I go to get supplies for my pup but also take him to socialize and see people because he's a bit people shy and we're helping him through it. We always have him wear his vest so he's noticeable and everyone is always so accommodating and asks if it's okay to say hi to him! The employees are so sweet to him and patient!He loves to give kisses and pick out new toys here! We go at least a couple times a month and have never had a bad experience here!! I tell people about the Oviedo store anytime they're looking for pet supplies!

Found some great cat food options and oxbow chew toys for my guinea pigs. Helpful staff. It was fun seeing the dog bathing station, dog cookies, and cat adoption area. Their birds seemed to be in good health as did their small animals. I'll be back!

Not only do the always have the taste of the wild in stock but when I have a coupon code they will try to work with me to see if any of them work lol! Love this place to get my pet food and other goodies. They have the best variety of quality nutrients for my babies. They have good deals & staff too. It's one of the fewer places that sell the Acana food brand, which is amazing for both dogs & cats. Grateful for this business of quality since they opened 7years ago, and we have two in Oviedo alone.

They supply towels, shampoo etc. You can purchase a single wash or several. You get reward points with the dog wash.They have kittens and cats available for adoption.They sell live fish, small live pets, such as parakeets, reptiles etc.Live crickets, wax worms, butter worms, super worms, mealworms.Cat food and supplies also for birds, rabbits, hamsters, reptiles and fish, turtles etc.

One of the best pet supplier businesses in all central Fl. Its locally owned, owners are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and prices are decent. They have a large supply of real food for pets (NOT the garbage you buy in supermarkets), toys, treatments, beds, and other items for dogs/cats. They also have a big baby named Bruno (Pit) and a cat boss watching customers :)

I came in yesterday looking for the closest to indestructible toy for my dog who destroys every toy he gets his paws on. Spectacular location, friendly staff who will welcome you upon entering the building. They are pet friendly so you can bring your pets within the store, just please know your pets and ensure that you bring them either on a leash or can hold them near you. Knowledgeable staff and a very nice selection of fish who appear to be well taken care of

I prefer to shop locally rather than online but I've had multiple bad experiences buying cat food here. I was overcharged on separate occasions. Make sure to check your receipt when you leave this place!Pros:Employees are nice enough.It is close.Lower prices than online in some cases.Cons:Every time I go here I am charged for more than I leave with.Cat food selection is not great (probably due to covid)I won't be going back. I would rather pay a few dollars more online and not worry about coming home without items I paid for.

Staff is always so friendly and helpful. I’m not sure exactly what kind of crickets the store carries, but they last days longer than the ones I get from the big chain pet stores. Even though I live closer to a Petsmart, I go out of my way to shop here because of the high quality of both the service and the crickets.

Not only is this Pet Supplies close to my home but every time I walk in, someone behind the counter greets me with a hello. Someone is usually always walking around the store asking if I need anything. They usually have good deals on cat litter, my two friends go half on it for their cats. They even have dog treats up at the front in a pastry bin that look like little donuts. I love it, great store.

This is my favorite pet store. The prices aren't super cheap, but it's worth it. It is the cleanest pet store I have ever seen, and the animals were all healthy and happy (including the fish, which is rare). None of the animals paced or looked stressed, and the fish section was not gross/ containing a bunch of dead fish. The staff were all knowledgeable and super friendly, and even knew the names of multiple customers' dogs when they walked in. Furthermore, it had the brand of cat food that I get that I can't always find!
