The staff is typically very friendly and helpful. They have the Science Diet dog food we prefer at a good price. For the size of the place they have a good selection for cats and dogs at least.

Mrs. Emily is amazing. I brought in two of my fish that died this morning, and she was able to help us with our problem with the water in the tank. Mrs. Emily gave us amazing knowledge on how to do better, she was also very informative, and patient with me, THANK YOU so much Mrs. Emily 😁🙏🏾

Where's my order? I normally order from Pet Supplies Plus and can expect my order to be delivered the next day - regardless of the day the order was placed. I ordered from this store on Saturday, received a confirmation immediately, but as of Monday night I still have no idea when my order will arrive, if it arrives at all.Lesson learned.Richard Kurpiers

Bob the store manager at this pet supermarket location was ridiculous, he was extremely rude to me. I had purchased two brown knife fishes from pet supermarket, I am a vip pet club member with my purchases BOTH on receipts in the system, and he told me to “ get out of here we don’t sell those”, without even asking me if I needed help with anything else or even asking me what had happened to them, as someone who is new in the aquarium world, I brought my water to be tested because I don’t have any knowledge on chemicals or kits to test at home on my own, and was looking for some help, right away his attitude stirred me into the wrong direction and made me feel extremely uncomfortable asking anything. He did however see I had a bottle for testing and failed to help me or even try to ask, basically just shunned me away. As a former third key manager at pet supermarket I never treated my customers this way and tried my best to help them every time that I could. I always loved pet supermarket because it gave a family environment instead of the “ Grocery store” shopping environment that other pet stores give, but his attitude really ruined it for me. As someone who worked in pet supermarket for 4 years at 3 different stores I have never met a store manager like Bob that behaves in such a rude manner . October 31, 2023

I was used to love shopping there. Last time I was waiting like 10 minutes fir help while the young lady worker ignore me while she was EXCESSIVELY helping a couple. I didn’t get help and ending buying in another store, which by the way has THE BEST CUSTOMER service.Review 2: being told that a bag with jokes that may be caused for the employees while sticking is a BIG NO! Are you serious?

The service was mediocre, didn't ask if i needed help finding anything. 3 employees were just chatting at the registers while the reptile enclosures were not clean at all, old feces in the bearded dragon tanks. An employee even came back to the reptile area and didn't even check the tanks. Birds had chipped beaks. Just grabbed what I needed and felt bad for the poor little beardies.

This is a very nice local pet store where I use to buy food for my furry little ones. The crew is super friendly and helpful and I like the variety of products that I find there. I visited them today again (10/16/23), got what I needed. It's awesome having a local de store that fulfill our needs. I totally recommend them!

Super nice and helpful staff. It's always clean and low maintenance to go in. They always seem to have kitties to adopt out. The prices on pet food are good and if for some reason there's a quality issue (which I haven't run into) they will do returns hassle free. Even if your animal just doesn't like the food.

I was at this store yesterday to get some items for my kitten. I think it was the manager that helped me. He was super nice and helpful. The other staff was great too. Offered to help carry my purchases out to my car which I really appreciated. The other pet store nearby, I'm sorry to say, couldn't come close to this service. So when I need anything else, I'll always go back here! 🐱

This is one of the most disgusting pet stores I have ever been too. The poor animals look sickly and it smells horrible. Not to mention the staff is so rude. Literally saw two girls at the front. One was bullying the other and the poor girl ran away crying. I ending up leaving without buying a thing. I would never shop here.

The store manager is so kind & knowledgeable! He helped give he advice on shrimp for my aquariums, and even offered to order some more for me if I liked them! Definitely will be coming here for fish and aquarium supplies in the future.

These guys are the best! In instances where they didn't have what I was looking for, or if I wasn't sure which product was best (we have cats) every worker has always listened, offered a solution, and backed the suggestion with knowledge and without pushiness to make the sale. Kind and caring. I have never once had a bad experience. I prefer them hands down over Pet Smart.

This is a great pet store! Went there on a bad day and learned allot with one of the sales woman (she taught me about pets that i was interested in adopting in my future). Also came back later that day and adopted my first pet with the assistance of the great manager (Bob). Both were full of information and helped us feel confident and knowledgeable enough to become parakeet parents that very day. Definitely coming back and looking forward to learning more and seeing them again!

The person that either works here or he owns it was the nicest guy! I wish I would have gotten his name because he was so helpful when I told him my cats brought in fledgling mockingbird. I was very impressed with his knowledge. I used to go to PetSmart, but no longer. This is my go-to place for all my animals for sure!!

The people here are SO friendly and VERY knowledgeable! I took my puppy there because she was allergic to a food and they helped me find one that worked for us. They really love animals and it is evident in how they provide excellent service to their guests. My dogs both love going there and I love their huge selection and reasonable prices (and the staff is the best!). I actually drive about 45 minutes JUST to go here because they're so great.

We moved here in August and have been coming to this store ever since! We switched over to their brand (Performatrin Ultra) after they gave us a few samples and coupons. Their prices are even better than Walmart when it comes to cat litter and supplies! We bought a few fish for our daughter as well and they helped us pick which kind and asked relevant questions about our tank size and other fish to help us best. They're always friendly when we come in and always offer help, but not in a pushy way. I'll keep coming back here!
