I can't say enough great things about Naseem, Karen, and all of the wonderful staff at Farm & Pet. Every time we enter we are greeted with a smile and asked how our day is or if we need assistance with anything. They carry nearly anything you need for your farm/pet and if they don't they're always willing to try and get it for you. The store and its restrooms are always impeccable. The prices, amazing service, and cleanliness can't be beat! LOVE THIS STORE!!!

I was driving home when I happened to see this store. Very friendly staff. They let me run in as the store was closing to grab a couple of bags of feed I needed. I'm very grateful since it's a 30 minute drive to my nearest feed store from home.

I have been buying my hay for 23 years from Osteen Feed AKA Farm and Pet I have always been very satisfied and if something isn't correct or I am not happy they fix it immediately. thank you for great service and products

Love this store, gave 4 stars only because the inventory is never consistent, so it's hit or miss if I can buy all my feed on a regular basis, but they have a great wide variety of animal products

Absolutely hands down the BEST feed store ever. Customer service is outstanding. They are excellent with animals and kids! I have never had an issue in the years I’ve come here. Always friendly and welcoming. Very knowledgeable. I can not praise this place enough. It can be difficult to impress me, so for this place and it’s employees/owner to do it so flawlessly is REALLY impressive! If you need a good, dependable, honest farm store, GO HERE!

This business is still growing. They have added reptile cages for future sale of critters. The staff were super nice, informative, and helpful. As they grow I hope my review doesn't change🙏🏾😊

The staff here was extremely helpful. And although they didn't have the exact product. I was looking for for dogs. They found the exact alternative produced for horses at a better price than I was expected.

Awesome experience every time we go (once weekly). Great customer service and high quality brands with affordable prices. Thanks to Julie for recommending the food we give our puppy now as it has had wonderful effects on her! Owner is also great in making sure customers needs are met and getting things restocked for puppies like ours with special stomachs. Glad to have them in the area!

Was hoping this would be a convenient stop close to home. However, the couple of times I've stopped by have been lacking. Employees didn't seem interested in providing assistance, and I've called three times to ask about products and only received the sound of the phone being picked up and hung up on.

This is a great way to find all my dog’s favorite food and treats. They carry Dave’s brand which is the only food my dog willeat. The owner is knowledgeable and very friendly. I definitely recommend checking this store out because you don’t know what you are missing!

Hi all. Probably the middleOf January 2022 I purchased Purina pro adult dog food weight control for my golden. I’ve used this food for a long time and this is the second time I have purchase this dog food at this store. I have a food bin that I keep his food in. the food bin doesn’t hold the entire bag. A few days ago I refilled the bin. The last couple days I’ve noticed these moth like bugs and last night I saw these bugs inside his food bin. I took the food bin along with the empty bag back to the store this morning. The owner took the bin outside and dumped it back into the bag. Imagine my concern with I saw these worm like things in the food. I’ll probably never buy this food again. These things happen and it’s not the store’s fault. I’ve read some stories online about worms in Purina dog food. I did offer to pay for half the bag as it’s not their fault there’s bugs. They said no way we will totally give you another type of dog food for free. They also washed out my food bin and carried the dog food to my car. Very nice folks and I’ll continue to shop there.

I was a bit disappointed with the lack of employees willing to help with carry out. There was more than 1 employee in the store at the time I purchased two big bags of dogfood (glad to see they offer Fromm) two 50 lb bags of poultry food. There are no carts available, so I had to put them in a buggy. Not that easy to get out of a buggy. It would have been great to have help, I think that is part of good customer service. Possibly some flat carts would help if the girls are not willing to help with carry out.

Good concept just bad execution or lack of management. No prices on majority of the items like dog bones and you're lucky to find someone actually at the register when you go to check out.
