LOVE this store--the staff is great, super helpful. They carry my brands of dog food and have a great customer loyalty program. I've gotten the treats that my dogs love as well as a few new ones that they are enjoying.I tend to shop once a month, so my load is large--but I still refuse to take a bag. If you skip the bag (saving the environment), you get a token to add to a donation bin. There are usually 2 bins (different places/rescues) and donations, via these tokens, are sent. All around great company.

Oh my goodness! What is delight this store is. We had our first visit today with several questions about getting some new food for our kitties and both young ladies working there were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Pet Pantry is a great place to find anything for your pet and has a super positive atmosphere.

Love this place. One my dogs has epilepsy and I did not know that rosemary extract can cause siesures, which is used in a lot of products as a preservative. I wasn't aware of this until the knowledgeable staff told me. She also advised me on some cbd that could help and it did. Great place.

I needed a gift for a friends Frenchie and this place was next to my gym. I never had a dog and had no idea what to get. The ladies were very polite and friendly. They were extremely helpful and I ended up with a candy cane chew toy and 2 No-Hide Chew Dog Treats. Important thing is my friends were extremely happy with the chews 100% free of chemicals, additives, bleaches, and formaldehydes.

if you could see my face you'd see i'm beaming" - not because I just saved $50 on my dogs' favorite foods but because of the care & service the ladies at Pet Pantry in Osprey provide. Cisco & I have been regular customers for several years, they know & greet him by name . We tend to stick with one favorite brand which is only carried by a few other stores in the area. I tend to always support local 'small' businesses but these ladies know their products & carry only the healthiest & best products for your furbabies! It's comforting to not have to read every label for it's 'made in' origination, knowing their products are top quality, for ex: rawhide free, no food or treats made in china, never expired & safe hardwood products. Parking is always available, the store always neat & well organized & the staff knowledgeable & welcoming. If you haven't stopped in at Pet Pantry yet, you're missing out. They not only ordered a specific product for me (Stella & Chewy frozen nuggets vs patties) but also called melast week to let me know our favorite product was running a great sale this week. Can it get any better? if you've just added a fur baby to your home, need guidance or have a fussy eater & need advice, this store should be your go to for all your needs. Great variety of toys and hardgoods too! Can I give them 10stars?!?

Just stopped in for the first time after months of wanting to check it out and I am thoroughly impressed! Everyone was extremely friendly, but the main expert that assisted us was Sara(h) and boy is she knowledgeable! She is a wealth of info and was able to answer any questions I had about the benefits of switching my chihuahua to a raw diet, health concerns, etc. Wonderful place and now my dog is eating better than me, but that's totally fine with me. Highly recommend this place for its caring, educated, and helpful staff and wonderful product assortment!

This is a great place to come get your pet supplies. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, and pets are welcome. They also have a very wide selection of specialty foods for pets with special dietary requirements. They have the widest selection of raw food for dogs of any pet store. Update 12.2022: there is another pet store in Sarasota called Marlins where you can get raw food but the prices are definitely higher at marlins.

Such a positive experience each time we visit or call for pickup. They take the time to listen and explain options, and ultimately make suggestions for pets with issues from allergies to quirks. Their prices are competitive and it’s fantastic to support a local business that supports local rescues. Michelle even does private training in store and it’s top-notch.

I love this place! Lisa, the owner, is very nice and knows what she talking about and she is very helpful! She really wants to make sure your pet gets a good product that they will also love! Plus it the only place to get antlers and horns in this area and they are a decent price and my chewer loves them! It is well worth every penny! p.s. I've never seen animals go as crazy for a treat as they do for chicken chips, which you can only got there.

This is by far the best pet supply store I have ever been to. They carry only the best quality food and have outstanding knowledge of pet nutrition and care. I can't say enough good things about them. I have three big dogs and I am so happy that I have a pet store nearby that carries all the top of the line dog food brands at great prices.
