I took my dog there just a couple months ago. While the staff seemed ok I specifically told them not to touch his ears and tail. He had a beautiful fan tail and long and beautiful hair on his ears.The groomer totally destroyed both. Also the transition from the back of his head was a chop job. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

This location has cancelled appointments with me last minute three times in the past year. Today was the fourth. Always the same reason. "Our groomer had an emergency and we need to reschedule." Seriously? How many emergencies can you have?

Kudos to Jen in Daytona. She does a fantastic job on our Maltipoo puppy “Hope”! Our pup got into a sticky mess that caused some matting and Jen not only got rid a large clump but you can’t even tell where it was. Jen was very nice when I asked her to adjust the length of cut. You can tell by the quality of the grooming that she has been grooming for some time. Very professional groom. Highly recommend!

Their employee Kate is extremely rude. She should not have anything to do with the public. The manager, Kyle, was extremely nice, but still not able to reschedule my appointments that Kate cancelled for being more than 15 minutes late. I called prior and was told, no problem. Called in again to say that I was almost there and then was told that. Why have me drive there?No more weekend appointments until 12/17/22. No thank you. If she is the new groomer, she won't last. As long as she is working for Wolf Gang Bakery & Grooming, my business will go elsewhere and I will share this experience with ALL my friends whom I referred to them. I was late and that is my fault, but how she spoke to me was completely unacceptable.

Always a pleasant experience here. My dog loves to go to Woof Gang Bakery for his grooming experience. They always give him a cute tie or bandana after his bath, and treats too! Cash gives Woof Gang a 5 star review!

Best place in town to take your doodle to get groomed. My dog is almost 2 and has been coming since she was a puppy.

I brought my sweet girl in almost a week ago and while the cut was amazing, I couldn’t help but notice the morale of the place a little off. The inner workings of a place is much more important than an immaculate store front, in my personal opinion. Showing the groomers some more appreciation might help bring those smiles back!

Taylor was amazing dealing with my street rescue (who is extremely difficult to give a bath to, much less a full grooming - I'm talking hours for just the bath when I DIY). Can't recommend highly enough. I have a groomer walking distance from my house, but drive a half hour each way because Taylor is THAT good.

Just had our baby girl, Bella, groomed by Paige - she is amazing! I am extremely picky about Bella and after meeting Paige, speaking with her before the grooming, and seeing Bella afterwards, I couldn't be happier! She is our groomer for life!!

I haven’t been there in a while but the last time I was there they cut my dog they change groomers every month. Terrible experience don’t recommend.

They did not do a good haircut on my puppy and they did not clean my puppies ear when I told them to or trim his nails And I had to pay for all those things.
