Best groomer in Ormond Beach for sure! They sent me messages with pictures during my dogs grooming, were so accommodating to her nerves, and even put on a cute bandana and bows! My dog is a 75lb German shepherd who is difficult to handle, I was SO impressed with them. Can’t wait to bring her back!

We love Salty Dogs! We’ve brought both dogs here, our German Shepard (Max) Chihuahua Mix (Pico). They do such a good job!! And the shop is so clean and has toys/treats. Kier is so sweet and personable. This place is awesome! They also send pictures and have a place to take photos of your pets. They do such a good job with the grooming. I’ve brought Pico several times and he always looks so clean/fluffy. We love this place :)

My first time to a DIY and it was an absolutely wonderful experience my dog loved them right away they took the time to explain to me how to use everything even gave me the option of a sensitive skin shampoo at no extra charge when they found out about my dog skin condition the walk up tubs are amazing normally cleaning my 70 lb dog is agonizing on my back Miss made it easy on me made it easier on her cuz she's almost 10 I bought the monthly unlimited it's a great deal! THANK YOU SO MUCH KEIR!!!!!!!

I relocated to Daytona from the Tampa area 4 years ago. In search of a groomer for my Maltipoo, Montana. Found this establishment, at the time a new business. Hands down! Absolutely amazing! Professional, loving, caring staff. I have 3 fur babies, a Maltipoo, Chihuahua, & Dachshund. They all love “spa day” ❤️. Highly recommend

Best dog boutique around! They have multiple tubs for DIY dog washing and they offer grooming. There are tons of awesome dog treats around the store and the prices are fantastic. We will definitely be long term tub clubbers for our pups.

Sadly after dealing with the very rude and ill mannered young lady at the front of the establishment my business and dogs will not be utilizing their services. While attempting to have a conversation with the groomer to ascertain if the services would be appropriate for my pups, the receptionist/checkout lady rudely interrupted our conversation and made it plain that I was not welcome to speak to the groomer. Personally, I will not take my dogs to any establishment without speaking to the groomer first. The groomer seemed very nice and competent. However, I am not leaving my pups for even an hour with individuals that behave that rudely towards others.Reply to owner’s reply:Oh my. Please accept my sincere apologies if a dog was on a table when I was speaking to the groomer. As she was not actually in the grooming room but out in the open where she could be seen and based on a comment she made I was under the impression she had just finished with a dog and was available to chat regarding her grooming techniques.Also while politely asking someone if they need help is good business practice. Many times it is not what you say but how you say it. That was my point. That I stand by and I rarely give any business a bad review so your front door staff made quite an impression.That said if the groomer was with a dog at the time it was not apparent, and we both at least agree no dog should be left unattended during a grooming session. Again my sincere apologies if she was with a dog. I would never knowingly interrupt a grooming session.I also sincerely wish you and yours the best and am confident there is the perfect groomer fit from the many excellent choices available in the area.Take care.

First time at Salty Dogs and certainly won’t be the last!!! The girls there were wonderful with my dog who was absolutely terrified!!! The place itself is clean and beautiful!!! Savannah did an excellent job on our dog!! She even took pictures!!! I highly recommend Salty Dogs!!! Thank you ladies for doing such a great job!!!

My dogs were dirty after a two day stay in Ormond beach. I happened upon this do it yourself dog wash and decided to wash them before going home to Orlando. The woman who helped me get set up was so friendly and helpful. The place is clean and cheery. It was the easiest time I’ve ever had washing my two little dogs. They provide soap, towels, a blow dryer, combs and brushes, really anything you need to do a quick bath and brush out. They also provide grooming services with specials often available. I went on to Tongue out Tuesday and received a discount. They sell a variety of dog care items, treats, outfits, bows and bandanas. My dogs love chicken chips and they had them there. (Not always easy to find them) I had a great experience and wish they had one in Orlando!

Hands down, best dog groomer I’ve ever been to! Reasonable pricing and the girls were soooo sweet and went above and beyond. They sent me text updates and photos while they were grooming her and when I picked her up they were playing with her and taking these awesome photos of her! Anna did a beautiful job and my dog is soooo soft and smells amazing. The added festive bows made my day!

Our first visit went amazing. Such excellent customer service throughout our whole experience. We will be back for sure! And just look at the photograph I received when she was ready for pickup. This is my first ever groomers experience & it was great! Salty Dogs was recommended by a friend and I am so happy I took the jump. Even though they are 45 minutes away I will make that drive every time! My aussie Blue is deaf and from the very beginning the team was very understanding & knew exactly how to take care of my girl. They gave me updates and pictures throughout her groom. When I picked her up she looked amazing, they groomed the areas I told them about and nothing more, cleaned her ears and trimmed her nails. I will always recommend Salty Dogs to anyone!!!

Great full service grooming and diy dog wash. They are so good with our dog. He was very scared to go to the other groomers near by, but Salty Dogs knows how to treat him with love. He actually enjoys going here. Tuesdays it is only $15 for the diy wash. Owner is always on site and runs this facility in an extremely professional manner. I highly recommend them.

This is a great place. I’m a new puppy dad. I’ve had him around 6 months. They did a great job and he was so fluffy! He still is smelling great after 6 days. They found some fleas and dipped him and he’s flea free! He’s still fluffy and they decked him out with a little tie! I did the premium wash which was great. He was done in about an hour. Very friendly and cool staff. We live a pretty active life so we will be signing up for the tub club so I can wash him after we get messy when camping or kayaking and fishing. And still get a free toe nail trim and ear wash when needed! Wow. Great place. Check em out!! I’ll be going back for sure!!! And she sent me these pics along the way.

I’ve been taking my dog Grizzly there for a long time and LOVE it. They are so kind and amazing. As soon as I say his name they know who we are, what’s convenient for me, and ask how he’s doing. For me, the customer service is worth the 45 minute drive to them! Won’t go anywhere else!

This place is hands down amazing! This is my second time coming here and the staff is always super welcoming! I love that they communicate with you about what was done, how your pup behaved while sending you pictures and updates. When I first found this place, I will admit i was a bit hesitant and anxious about it being kennel free due to having a big boy, but the staff has definitely put me at ease. The lady in the front always communicates with you and will look out for your pups best interest to make it as enjoyable of an experience as possible. You and your pups will for sure feel cared for at this place. This is definitely by far the best grooming place I have found for Blu and worth the drive!!

The ladies at Salty Dogs DIY are amazing! They did a fabulous job grooming our Aussie, Serj. He got the works for a reasonable price. Wash, dry, brush, trim, lots of pets and even a cute bandana and pics of him during the process. I was floored when they texted us pics of our boy looking cute and getting clean. It’s been a week since and he is still smelling and looking good. And when we went back to pick up some treats and a toy he was so excited to be there. We highly recommend this place

I don’t know how well these before and after pictures tell the story but AMAZING. I cannot keep my hands off of my doodle, Anna Sarmento did such an excellent job! He is so handsome and huggable again. What a wonderful place, I really felt like me dog was sincerely cared for and they really love dogs. Highly recommended. Oh and you can wash your dog yourself there too. I’m sure that experience is just as awesome. I will find out with my collie eventually. Thank you so much Salty Dogs. This was my lab’s first time getting a professional grooming session. He’s sometimes timid meeting new people and dogs so I’ve always just done it myself. He’s getting older so I just wanted to give him a chance to experience it. He did great with them!! They were amazing with my old man. Very patient with him and gave him a chance to warm up to them. I would definitely recommend anyone to them and will continue to go to them for my dogs!! This smile says it all!!

Took our mini poodle and Schnoodle today to diy wash them. The pics are there before got after pics. Anyway the ladies are super friendly and show you how to use the hose and everything to get you started. Everything was great. It includes brush, comb, shammy, towels, and blow dryer. Everything worked great and the ladies checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. Would highly recommend for your diy dog wash needs. I’m sure based on their attitudes stellar groomers too. Will definitely be back to take care of the dogs! Made it a million times easier than taking care of them at home.

Looking for a place that will love and treat your fur babies as if they are their own? Well look no further! Every staff person was AMAZING. It looks and feels like a boutique. They even sent pictures to let us know the boys were ok. Just Pure AWESOMENESS!!!!we have a puppy and a Pomeranian. The puppy has never been to a groomers and he loved it! He has a white coat and came out gleaming, looking like he is show ready. Our Pomeranian has been problematic to groom. Actually was not allowed back at a couple of groomers. Not at Salty Dog- they literally welcomed him with open arms. His groomer sat on the floor with him, talked to him, and loved on him. When we picked him up he didn’t freak out and try to get out of there as fast as he could. He actually enjoyed hanging out! Our boys obviously had a great experience and we can’t wait to take them back!

I’ll never bring my two pitties anywhere else for bathing & grooming services. Kir, was super-friendly and very helpful in explaining the DIY features as it was my first visit. Great pricing, welcoming staff, and a variety of services for dogs.Very glad to have found this place!Just for reference, both girls for comfortably in the wash station. Tootsie on the left is about 80lbs, while Willy on the right is about 70lbs.
