They cancelled my first appointment a few hours before yet require 72 hours “courtesy” if you cancel with them. What about being courteous to your clients?! Made another appointment with them and , once I got there, they said cash only. Why not tell us prior to the appointment so we can maybe bring cash?! Stop wasting people’s time! I’ll bring my pet to a real and reputable vet now. Poor way to run this!!

Very friendly staff, in the store and while giving my dog her updated shots they approached her very calming and the gentleman that helped the vet sat down with her was petting her to keep her calm. The vet was very quick on giving her the shots. Very friendly staff and will definitely be taking my dogs to them for their shots.

The store and staff are awesome! The groomers on the other hand are not. It says no appointments are necessary for a nail trimming , I took my dog there on 3 separate occasions and all 3 times was told they didn’t have time . Should consider making appointments available for nail trimmings as well.
