While Berge was there, the service was great. Unfortunately, they cannot retain staff. Not surprising as the salon manager, Kelsie, is unprofessional and seems 'unstable.' She also doesn't have the stylist chops Berge and others had. The store General Manager supports her behavior. Avoid. We won't be renewing our annual premier membership when it ends this month. These memberships make service non-existent.

Jewels was absolutely fantastic and amazing. My dog loves being at Petco and I thoroughly enjoy the interactions the staff had with my dog. They are always excited to her whenever we come in. Jewels is always attentive, kind, provides great recommendations in and out of the salon. I trust her with anything with my dog.

Assessment was made of my pet, that was not actually performed. They checked all boxes on the report card as being OK. Yet the vet had just diagnosed my pet with cloudy eyes, probably due to a severe cataract. My pet was shown as shiny clear eyes. I expect these services to be done and call to my attention in case I need to have further medical attention, or any attention to my pet if they seem to think there might be a problem . was very upset

My dog looked great, seemed happy and enjoyed his visit, and smelled good. I see a difference already with less shedding from the shampoo and condition deshed treatment. We did experience some difficulties getting someone to answer phone and make the appointment, but we are connected now to the online program. The website did not allow me to schedule for our breedtype.

Tyler, the groomer for my dog Diva did a fantastic job! He was careful with her since she is a senior dog with arthritis. He listened to and followed our requests as far as her grooming needs. I will definitely recommend Tyler and request him again. My only negative with the whole experience was that the cost of her grooming was too high - and then the next day I found out I could have saved 20% for being a new customer. That was REALLY disappointing.

Great service at Petco getting our Weimaraner's nails trimmed. She gets very stressed when anyone works with her feet and our vet used to have us tranquilizer her prior to bringing her in. The groomers at Petco just love her and calmly are able to grind her nails without the drama!

I was told the price would br $21.00 left my dog. Then was told when I picked him up it was $30.00. They informed me there was a price increase because the dog weighted 11.4. I would never have had them bath him, but would have paid for toe nails clipped. I will never come back to your store and will tell everyone at the dog park the bait and switch. I am on a fix income and need to budget my money.
