The staff at the grooming department were so very gentle with my rescue. I wasn’t sure how he would do as it was his first grooming visit since I’ve had him and he did fabulous! But in big part due to how caring and gentle the grooming staff are. And they don’t charge you for extra services that you don’t need. I definitely recommend them for grooming! Jewels is the best!

First and only time I went in to grooming about a year ago to get my dogs nails cut (w a minor heart issue) and I could tell they didn’t like me for some reason and made my dog uncomfortable with the high stress environment, because I felt they were rude to me I didn’t want my dog to deal with the workers there then so I decided to leave dissatisfied and disappointed w service and went somewhere else. About a year later hoping for new workers I called to get my other dogs nails cut because my usual place was closed. They first read notes then said a long story of how they aren’t comfortable due to my dogs heart issues. I explained how I wanted my other dogs nails cut and apparently they won’t cut any of my dogs nails and said I made them uncomfortable. I’m so confused because I was uncomfortable and decided to give them another shot, hoping the employee just had a bad day. Im my mind they are 2 for 2 and messed up again. Read your paperwork very carefully no one bothered to tell us our dog tested positive for worms just buried it in the paperwork it wasn't until I took him elsewhere that the new vet asked about further tests which I was unaware I needed so please just read your paperwork keep your pups safe

Had appointment for grooming. Dropped dogs off. About a half hour later I get a call from “groomer “ that the older dog can’t stand up for a prolonged length of time to be groomed. Really? Inexperienced groomer and whinny receptionist. Not impressed in the least.

The woman that helped us with fish was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She is an outstanding asset, knew about different fishes behaviors and what would be best suited for each other. All of the enclosures were clean and all of the animals looked well taken care of. The reptiles and birds in particular. With that being said the only reason I'm rating four stars is because it seemed like a section of the tanks were leaking onto the floor, they were empty and there was a pretty large puddle. Also selection was abit lacking but that may be due to the tank situation.

Petco really needs to get someone in there to take care of the neglected saltwater fish, coral and inverts. The condition they live in is despicable. The condition those poor fish are living in is unbelievable. Vermetidae Snails all over the live rock. It’s always dark in their section compared to freshwater. Something needs to be done! I would never buy fish from there… I also would tell others to think twice before even stepping foot into petco to purchase marine fish.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the team at this Petco location. Angelique has been phenomenal with the technicalities of grooming our puppy, but more importantly, she makes him feel secure, safe and happy.

I will advise anyone who ask where to purchase pet supplies including fish not to go to Pet Smart.They do not properly care for that Fish, nor do they quarantine them for two days after they receive them from their vendor. The store in question is located in Ormond Beach on Granada. Better choice, Pet Supermarket just east on Granada on the opposite side of the street.much be choice and there pet stores specialize in Saltwater Fish near as well.Going forward for my Saltwater purchase that’s where I will be going.I will now use Pet Supermarket and views, software aquarium, stores to buy fish and Saltwater supplies going forward. I suggest anyone wanting quality Quality saltwater Fish go to a store that specializes in Saltwater Fish like Poseidon.

Just went in there to grab a couple of Seresto collars for my dogs. I was so happy that they matched the price they had on the Internet. It saved me $30!The manager there is really nice & helpful too. They have almost everything imaginable for your pets. The prices always seemed to be better then Pet Supermarket.

Gabby was ahhhhhhmazing! I come in here frequently and it is always clean and have a ton of selections for whatever animal you have. She was fun, knowledgeable and awesome! I wanted to make sure I did not get the dog food flavor I got last time due to the fact that it smelled awful. We had a good laugh while talking about it and she showed me which one it probly was lol. People like her are what keep customers coming back. ❤️

I take my dog to the groomer every few months. They are absolutely amazing with our dog. This is a dog that will scream like you're pulling teeth when he gets his nails clipped, but he absolutely loves going to the groomers and feel so much better afterwards. The prices of their products are something to be desired, but what are you going to do? Lol

Really ? ? ?Charging a dime for a thin plastic bag ???A 2,500 count case of those bags costs less than$12 bucks and you are charging people who purchase items 10 cents each for them ?Shame on you. Petsmart is just across the streetand they have all the items you have.I'd reconsider that weak monetary collection if you know what's best.

I love this store. My pup and I wander around and have fun each time we visit. The staff is very friendly and they are all very helpful and really find answers to any questions one might have in store. But don't bother phoning or placing an online order because the store is out of stock of everything and no one wants to talk to you on the phone. That experience is dismal; just go in and have fun wandering around.

This was Maggie's first time being groomed at this location... Jayde was her stylist... She did an excellent job with Maggie!!! Without a doubt, Jayde definitely has passion for animals... The first thing I look for is a connection between my Maggie and anyone that will be caring for her without me present... even through a stressful situation that was going on with a previous customer, Jayde maintained her composure and welcomed Maggie with a smile on her face!!!
