I’ve taken my dog to Pet Paradise 3 to 4 times now. She has a great time and they keep you posted on what’s going on with your fur baby. I can’t say enough. They have water play areas for your dog. The best part is you can look on the cameras and watch and see how well your pet is doing. I absolutely love Pet Paradise !!

My girls enjoyed going there. They get a chance to swim. The staff gives them attention. They (my dogs) are happy when I pick them up. I do wish they had a soft mattress for my girls.

December 2023 was my miniature pet yorkie’s 3rd visit at Pet Paradise Ormond Beach for an extended stay, and it won’t be his last. The staff continuously work well with Chewie by ensuring his happiness and safety. I find their rates to be reasonable too.

My dog has been going to Pet Paradise Ormond Beach day camp for more than 5 years now. She loves it there! They have the best staff who love the dogs (and cats) so much! I feel so comfortable leaving my dog there each day, knowing she will get the very best care. The whole experience of playing and socializing with other dogs is so beneficial for her physical exercise and mental engagement. The whole Pet Paradise staff is awesome - we love them! ❤️

My girls loved it here. They were rescued as babies and they are still kind of wild.We booked a vacation before we got them so, we left them for 5 days. They got a report card and we were able to see them on cameras. They ran sooo much. You do have to bring your food for them because they charge a lot to feed them. They also have a grooming service. I bring them on Wednesdays for a play day. The prices are very reasonable

Our 4-legged daughter is often scared of new places and gets the shakes but when we picked her up she was calm and relaxed. That’s a sign of a great experience! Staff was very kind and caring. Loved the Pawgress Report Daisy received. Will board again!

Sydney loves getting to come to camp and play with all of her friends! She is quite a reactive pup when it comes to people, but she loves every single staff member that works here. We have boarded her as well, and we love getting the updates about her day and seeing photos of her being her stinky little self. The last time we boarded Sydney, we had her groomed before we picked her up and she smelled amazing for days!!!Getting to watch the her on the cameras is so cute and fun and we love knowing she’s having a blast there.

Our pets LOVE coming here. They come in with their tails wagging. Everyone is so nice and helpful. It is apparent that they love their jobs. The pups are well supervised and come home tired. What more could we want?

I absolutely love this place I have brought my boy Gunner here 5 times so far and every visit has been wonderful. It’s hard for me to be excited about a vacation when I know my boy has to stay behind but it’s getting better Everytime knowing that he is being taken care of so well! The staff knows him by name now when I’m checking him in and it makes me feel good knowing he’s loved while I’m away. When I pick him up he’s always in a great mood , super happy and tired from his long fun stay. Thank you guys for everything you do to make me feel less sad about leaving him but making him feel loved when he’s away. I’ve even moved alittle father away but the drive is absolutely worth it for us.

I cannot praise this pawsome place enough!! We needed a boarding place for my husband and I was going to Cali and our regular dog sitter was not available atm. We searched high and low and was just drawn to this one rather than all the other ones. We had a free one day all day meet and greet where I dropped our Bosco off in the morning and picked him up later that evening. It went great! And he was so exhausted and really seemed to enjoy it. So we booked him for a five day boarding and I was so nervous to leave him for the first time somewhere different and board him for the first time but Pet Paradise sends you daily updates and pictures to show you how well your pup is doing. He did great and just seemed to enjoy by the pics we received! They even celebrate holidays with all the fur babies. 100% would recommend and can’t wait to drop Bosco back off for their summer day camps they have daily. Thank You Pet Paradise for taking care of my baby boy.

Our sweet doggy isn't the best with new humans or dogs, but pet paradise was perfect for him! They found perfectly placed him with a group of new friends and we are so excited to bring him back in the future! We have placed him in a kennel before and he came back nervous, but this time he came back exhausted and happy. We love pet paradise

Worst experience of my life. Updated vaccine records 2 days prior to coming in for doggie daycare. A message popped up saying if anything was missing i would get an email. I got an email saying they were ready for BOTH my dogs. When I arrived they informed me i was missing 1 vaccine for one of my dogs so they couldnt accept them into the building. Wouldnt even let them sit in a kennel there and not participate in doggie daycare. Instead my dogs would have to go home. Ive worked doggie daycare before, and this is NOT how this should be run. Cause now i have a 10 hour say day ahead of me and no one to watch my dogs

Facility closed at 5pm and bystanders found this dog Penny boarding with Pet Paradise outside locked in the pool area trying to jump the fence to get out and onto Nova road. This dog has been out in the heat for 3 hours with nothing but pool water and panting excessively. The Manager was contacted and her response was “some dogs we have to leave out because they will harm themselves left in a kennel and that is one of those dogs.” ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? This dog could have gotten out and gotten hit by a car or died of heat exhaustion! I hope the owner sees this.

First time boarding my dog Richie here. For a shy dog he fit in really well here. Definitely recommend this place. The staff is very attentive and friendly to the animals. Well maintained and clean environment. Everyone was extremely welcoming. 10/10 :)

I've been taking my pups here for almost 2 years now and they LOVE it. When your dog is new to the facility, they'll do a sort of behavior check to make sure they play with dogs that fit their temperament and play style. If you want your dog to have group play with other dogs, they'll need to be fixed. If they're not fixed, they can still be boarded and have individual play with the staff. We've done both boarding and daycamp, the rates are reasonable and they really care about all the dogs. My dogs always know when they're about to go to "daycare" and they'll run to their leashes for me to hurry up. They absolutely love it there!

I have used Pet Paradise Ormond Beach location two times so far this year for our 3 year old boxer. The staff at this location are great and take wonderful care our our 4 legged child. The facility is clean and well maintained. Their online and mobile services make it easy to make reservations. Aside from our feelings about this location we know our dog loves staying with them, being able to play with other dogs and she enjoys the pampering services they provide.

I was hesitant to leave my new, five month old puppy at a place with which I wasn't familiar. However I had no choice as my mother was in the hospital and my puppy needed handling by people who knew dogs and most especially, puppies of a native breed.I made the appointment, did a lot of research on the facility, and took her there one evening. The first thing I saw was two different dogs being walked to their play area. Both dogs looked incredibly happy and relaxed and were walking nicely by their handlers.I took my pup in to meet the staff. They listened carefully as I told them as much as I could about her personality and the best way to handle her. They asked pertinent questions, hauled out the cookies and proceeded to make friends with her. She was a little hesitant at first but their calm approach and patience soon won her over. By the time I left I think she had already forgotten who I was, smile.I left feeling much better about the situation.I called almost every day and each staff member I reached immediately knew which dog I was calling about and everything she had done in the last 24 hours. I was more than impressed!She was there for about two weeks and returned a different dog. Their excellent handling and the professional exposure to new people and dogs gave her the confidence she needed so much. Before that she was using me as a crutch and worrying about where I was every minute that I wasn't with her. She wouldn't interact with my neighbors and even barked and lunged at some. She needed to get away from "mommy" and learn to navigate scary things using her own resources.Pet Paradise made that possible. I give them my highest recommendation and wouldn't hesitate to take a dog there again. Some dogs love it there so much that their owners feel compelled to take them for a day of play "just because".Happy dogs, VERY happy owner. Give your dog a vacation at Pet Paradise without feeling guilty about enjoying your own.Gratefully, Michele Carra
