The Ormond Beach Ace store is one of those places you go when you need something and may not always know exactly what and how to do the peoject.That is when tbe Ace experts come in and save the day.I have never gone there and had to search by myself. Everytime I go to Ace they walk me to my product and help explain anything I don't understand.Always a good experience.

Convenient in North Ormond. My complaint is with the coupons they send you in the mail. Went to purchase a few gallons of interior paint and accessories. I went there only because I had the $20.00 coupon off $100.00 or I would have went to Lowe’s. I paid and before walking away checked the receipt, the coupon didn’t come off. I let the cashier know and she responded nothing we can do now. Told me the owners were not In And they would be the only people to make it right. They still haven’t made it right and it’s been two weeks. Went there today to use a 20% coupon and this cashier didn’t know how to enter the coupon.. just be aware to double check before you pay if using coupons. Never had this problem in the original store. Most of the employees are helpful, not this older woman. She is pretty rude.

Had to exchange some Co² canisters for my Sodastream. I had been using the Ace Granada Blvd (SR 40) for years, but I wanted to experience the new Ace North Ormond on US1, and boy, was I amazed. As soon as I entered, I was greeted with a smile and how can we help you by a young man at the registered. It's been a while since I was greeted with such enthusiasm. I explained about my exchanges, figuring he would point where I needed to go get them. Instead, before I could say any more, he had them in his hands and on the counter for me. I was sincerely grateful for how I was treated. I have been doing business with both the South Ormond store and Madden's Ace. I guess you get used to the every day walk in, not greeted with a smile, and have to chase someone down to help. This again was a game changer for me, and I have found a new Ace hardware. IT'S GREAT TO SEE PEOPLE TODAY WITH SUCH STATUE ABOUT HELPING OTHERS. He's a keeper.

This staff is always on point and ready to assist customers. The store is well lit and clean. The staff is there to help customers find the correct items they need. Plumbing, electrical, gardening supplies, plumbing fixtures, plants, and so much more.This store is stocked with lots of goodies....things you need and things you want. Check out this new Ace Hardware Store before you go to the box stores!

Newer hardware store they opened that happens to be conveniently located right along my drive a lot of days. I enjoy stopping here and just wasting time, if I have it to waste, or if I need something they carry which is a decent selection of all types of things, not as big as say the larger hardware stores, but I like Ace because it isn't one of the huge stores. I can always find someone to help me should I need it and I don't get overwhelmed or lost in all the stuff for sale. So yeah, would recommend going here.

Wasn't impressed with the new store on Hwy 1, left it and drove to the one off of Granada. They don't have much in stock at the new one. Had to drive to the Ace in Ormond to find what I needed they are way better. The one off of Grenada has great employees, great service and nice items, plenty in stock. Nice people at this one. Its my go to place for all things hardware related.

Some ask why pay more shopping at Ace when you can go to one of those BIG chain stores and save a few bucks? One word folks and that's service! No matter your problem Ace has what you need plus knowledgeable people who know exactly what you need to complete it. This is my Ace store!
