Rude and Disrespectful. The cashier looked at us and said she can help you because obviously we were beneath her time to cash us out. We are locals and don't deserve to be treated so poorly. Now I know why Ace Hardware keeps going out of business.

I was at the hardware store. Bought something at discount. Didn't work. Bought it back for a refund.one cashier jump and told the other one no money back. Why are they selling items that don't work? discount or not. It should work.

I went to ace in ormond beach and a young man named Preston helped me I'm a little slow due to having Parkinson's but he was very understanding and made sure I got whst I needed its very seldom to find someone to help and make sure you get everything you need without huffing and puffing I say very good job Preston thank you so much mark Martin

Had an item scanned prior to purchase for 29.99, had a 50% off coupon for under $30 prior to tax, no sign stating the craftsman was on sale. Got to the register got five dollars off when I brought it up. They said there was nothing they could do about it because it was on sale and they already scanned the coupon so it was in the system and nothing they could do. This is not the first time this has happened there, returned the item.

The staff is super friendly and nice, they're always helpful with finding parts and things that I need. I joined the Ace rewards (saved $20), got lawn equipment so that was a cool thing, you need to definitely stop by!

No where in the store was a sign up to go to the register before buying pebbles. I carried two bags up and the cashier gave me an attitude about it. I decided not to purchase anything at all instead. I'll spend the money elseware with less hassle.

So I have been to this store twice because I'm fixing my house up and the cashiers are the rudest people I have ever talked too. The first time I had two paint containers in my cart and the older cashier yells at me "YOU KNOW YOU HAVE 2??" Like what's it to her?? I buy 30 if I want. Then I went in to buy something else and she goes in rude voice "OHHH YOURE BACK AGAIN?" Sorry for making her do her job. Today was no different I didn't even get a chance to clear my cart out and she goes " everything needs to be on the counter"...do me a favor management tell her to keep her snide remarks to herself. I should be able to buy something without the attitude.

Good sized store with a great paint department.They have about everything a homeowner needs and wants and it's not a jumbo warehouse store, employees at Ace actually ask if you need assistance.Fast checkout as they have multiple cashiers as well.

I needed a yard gnome. Google Maps Reviews said the closest gnomes were at this store. At first, the employees said they didn't carry gnomes. I said, "Google says you do. Can you check?" They found this guy for me. Thanks Google Reviewers!

Needed to get some glass for cabinet doors. They cut the glass accurately and service was fast. While waiting I looked around and the place is well stocked with most if not all of your DIY materials. The store was clean and well organized.
