So so happy with Jane’s Grooming! I was a first time customer with her and it was also my puppy’s first grooming. Jane was super sweet and did an awesome job at getting matts out and evening out his fur. I included before pictures… he is a yorkipoo so of course was very fluffy and I took it into my own hands to get the matts out of his fur on his face (totally messed my little boy up), but she helped even him out so our next cut we can go for something even cuter and more detailed! Definitely recommend to anybody looking for a groomer!! We even left with a little Easter bow haha

Jane is an excellent groomer with many years of experience. She has groomed my fathers dog many times and now my dog. The experience is always pleasant and my dog always looks amazing. I would strongly recommend her for anyone that wants their fur baby groomed.

For some unknown reason Jane was not nice to me. She was very cool and grouchy to me. This was my first time with my Shih Tzu his hair cut was not that great and I just hope she was not mean to him when I was not there. He’s 10 years old and very sweet. I will not take him there again.

Jane has been taking care of my dogs (past and present) for a long time, and I have been very satisfied with her treatment and grooming of my dogs. I have a new 4 lb. dog with a collapsing trachea, it took a while for "me" to make up my mind what cut she should have, but Jane was very patient with me and my dog, and we found a great cut for her, I love the care she takes with the dogs and informs me of any problems the dogs may have so I can address them with the vet. I would highly recommend Jane to anyone and I have! Very happy to have found you, Jane.

The owner was grouchy and disrespectful. I had a medical emergency and had to go to er on dogs first appt. She said how that inconvenienced her. My dogs hair cut was so not even.hecame home shaking his head for 24 hours. One of my coworkers at work said the same thing

I took my dog here one time and he was refused a 2nd appointment because he whined a bit and the owner literally said she really doesn't care to take on new customers. Extremely poor customer service and her attitude was extremely negative. I recommend Diane's Pet Grooming on Nova Road.

New to the area and wanted a local business. Jane did an awesome job on my two Pomeranians. Great one on one with the dogs and got them in an out. All the ladies that were working were very friendly and it was a nice clean environment. Will continue to Jane as our regular groomer. Thanks again!

We have been going to Jane this was the fourth time . Jane was rude when I dropped the dogs off said she couldn’t find their card it was under my name. She found the card I was early to arrive she said it was ok. She called me two hours later and said both of my dogs were done I said I work till 1 pm. Jane gave me a lashing when I picked up my dogs at 1:45 and said she may of had to go somewhere or close early but was there still doing dogs. I guess she didn’t feel bad severely razor burning my 11 year old sweet pup Chloe on her hernia that’s inoperable. I tipped her 25 percent and was nice to her even though she spoke to me like I was a child. My husband and I are livid at the razor burn and I’m asking for a refund of Chloe’s groom as I had to take her to the vet for the crème I applied. Terrible way to run a business and speaking to me so mean was unexceptable. I was willing to let it go until I saw the burn. I expect a phone call and a refund Jane on Chloe.

Jane is the best! She is always friendly and she does a great job in a timely manner. I used to have to leave my dog at a groomer for the whole day but Jane guarantees that he will be ready within two hours which is always the case.

People on the “I love Shih tzu web site tell me I have to have a good groomer for her to look like she does. I would recommend Janes services to anyone. We Have never had any issues. Was not a welcoming visit jane told me she wouldn't groom my pomeranian after his 3rd visit with her and she never offered for anyone else to groom him made me feel every uncomfortable and I will not put my dog in that kind of environment. My dog is the sweetest littlest dog and is raised around 4 kids never heard one bad complaint from any other groomer. We went with her company because we like to support small business but we will not be going back!

We've had 4 dogs over the years and all needed grooming. Jane by far is.the best. Everytime we go in she lnows how we want her groomed. She gets her im and out fast so the dog does not get stressed out. She also helps us because we are handicaped meets at door and helps when leaving. Always grooms the way we want and.makes suggestions.

Made an appointment and Jane didn't show up. Then she gets mad at me because I told her I did not appreciate being stood up. Shame on you Jane. Do not offer appintments if you are not going to keep them.
