Finally a groomer that our dog loves!!She is patient and kind . Our fur baby (golden doodle ) comes home happy. Diane is great at what she does !!After 3 years of searching for a good groomer we have one now

We have a small 4 to 5 pound dog that is also deaf. Diane was able to schedule our pet so that we could be one of the last appointments of the day. She (our dog) also is a loud screamer when she is in a in unknown place. Diane makes us feel comfortable dropping her off knowing that she is in safe hands. We as pet owners appreciate Diane treating our pet as one of her own. Will continue to use Diane’s pet grooming as long as she will have us. Thank you.

I am so happy I found Diane’s Grooming. My little Shih-tzu Emma is not the easiest to groom with her high anxiety. Diane is wonderful with her. She is very patient and knows just how to keep Emma calm. I recently moved to Florida from NYC and I am so glad to have found Diane. She always makes little Emma look adorable. I highly recommend Diane, she will take great care of your fur baby.

DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN WITH YOUR ANIMALS.I was shocked and appalled when I went to pick up my pup at around 7:30 PM and found another dog was being harmed before my eyes. You can see into the shop at night but not during the day. I approached and rang the bell but Diane was wearing ear muffs to drown out sound even though she phoned me ten minutes prior to alert me my dog was ready. Diane was clipping a small dog’s paws, on the high top, with a regular scissor vertically and she clearly nipped the poor darling twice and the dog did that horribly yelp that dogs only do when their paws are hurt. I heard it had upside but she didn’t hear anything due to the pink airline ramp style ear mufflers she was wearing. I began to punch the button and knock loudly and my dog came running to me from the back. The door was locked and as soon as she realized I was there and opened it I took my dog’s lead and my dog.I was then attacked by text message and by yelling on nova road about my not having payed. I did not pay. I am devastated that I trusted her even though after the last groom, my dog was limping and I couldn’t figure out even with the help of the vet, what would have caused the limp in the right paw. I asked if he had any kind of issues and she said no.This person is going to be reviewed by the state of Florida. Animal abuse is the scariest thing because you cannot ever get a full account from the victim.

After moving to Daytona Beach, I tried out many different groomers and Diane’s pet grooming is by far the best. Every time I take my dog here he comes out looking absolutely perfect, and they always give him a cute accessory and a treat before he leaves. We just moved to Ormond Beach and needed a groomer for our Maltese. Diane's Pet Grooming had great reviews so I tried them.Our little furbaby gets very anxious at groomers but Diane and Mike were great with her. I was in Ormond Beach for 2 weeks. My two small dogs needed grooming and they took me right in and did a great job. They did exactly what I asked for and they were very friendly and personable. Amazing job! I am overprotective and was worried our dog wouldn't cooperate for his nail trimming. Well he proved me wrong! These people were amazing and very gentle which allowed my baby to relax! I'm booking a full grooming because they are extremely knowledgeable and kind! Thank you!

She only offers a basic shave down and doesnt seem to tolerate customers asking for anything more. She walked away from me in such a rude way. I would never believe that a shop owner would be so rude to a new client. There was a young man in the shop who apologized for her behavior.

Went to this place first time. Two Cockers wanted them shaved off. They missed so many spots on them that I had to fix them. They shaved off the bottom of their paws that I had to put medication on them for days. Whatever they used on them caused both of their eyes to be irritated. One of the dogs eye was half way shut for the first couple days. They said they had problems with one of our dogs. Our dogs have been groomed by several different groomers from the places we moved to. They all raved how good they were.This leads to me thinking there was a problem with the groomer. Couldn't go in to see the place cause they said for the safety of the pets. And they carried them back to the car so I couldn't see all of the mistakes or the quality of the place. My mistake I should have went somewhere else.

After being told don't bring my Yorkie Bella back to Kim and Debbie's went to them for 10 years. All because she had Cushings and it's hard for her to stand up. Found Diane and Mike and they welcomed her with open arms thank u for being so kind. Don't know what we would have done without u.

I made an appointment a week ahead to drop my Gsd off before work. He knew he was a German shepherd he knew he was 80 lbs then when I show up this fat guy comes out and says “I didn’t know he was this big and i won’t groom him” I wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last place available on earth. Waste of time and terrible people.
