Everyone is kind, caring and compassionate and always take the time to listen and understand my concerns and always take the best care of my babies. I love this location. My cat is very timid, and the team is really patient with him. We have never had any dogs scheduled at the same time as our visit, which to me is a plus.

This is the best veterinarian my 6 pets have ever been to. They are so caring and compassionate. The staff is always on top of things and phone call are always returned quickly. Dr. Carnathan takes his time with his patients and we never feel as if he's rushing to get through the visit. If I get give them more than 5 stars I would.

I had a newly adopted kitten with a respiratory infection, and my regular vet was out of town for the 4th of July. Staff was very nice and squeezed me in on a Friday afternoon so I could get my little guy on antibiotics. Called a few other vets that offered to "work me in" for an additional fee, but not here. You can tell they enjoy what they do and working together. Everyone was very friendly and we didn't wait long at all. I love my regular vet but if I lived closer to this office I would take my pets here in a second!

They are very well organized and don’t keep you waiting long for your appointment, which is great when you have a stressed out cat in a cage. The staff and the Vet are awesome and my Mom loves going there because they treat her so special even coming in the room to say hi to her even if they are not the one working with her cat or dog that day. Highly recommend this very caring place.

Dr. Sully Mohan was wonderful with Blue and all of the ladies were so happy & nice from the moment we walked in. Blue generally doesn't do well with other people right off the bat but he didn't growl or show his teeth once. Which tells me even more that they are good people! The place was very clean and welcoming. Prices are very fair for the services. I always worry about paying an arm & a leg when I take my babies to the vet but I paid less than $100. If you're looking for a vet I recommend Bayshore 100%.

Above and beyond! I take my precious little Maltese here and the staff are so very good to her. I could hear both the vet and assistant with my baby in the back, and they never stopped cooing or talking sweetly to her. They really love animals and it shows. I’ve never been more at ease handing her off to anyone! She even stopped shivering by the time we were leaving and that’s never happened. She always shivers at the vet and the groomers! Anyways, I really just had to take a moment out of my day to help others seeking a professional, caring, comforting environment where they can feel confident bringing their beloved pet(s). This is the place!

The staff at Bayshore are wonderful! I'm so glad that they now have a location here in Ormond. Dr Carnathan is absolutely the BEST. I was making the drive down to Port Orange, which was at least an hour's drive, but my cats would get stressed from the trip. I would not trust anyone else to take care of my cats! Thank You For Everything! Mickey, Benny & Boo are all waving their paws!Stop in and I guarantee you that you'll be glad that you made the trip!

Based upon several recommendations we were advised to see Dr. Carnathan and his great staff and practice. We have several pets. From two and a half years old up to 20 years old. we would drive all the way down to his office and Port Orange. But now to have him right here on Granada locally it is such a blessing. He splits his time between his two offices. But it's the same intensive care that he gave at his other office. And a wonderfully dedicated staff. His prices are much better than anyone in the area as well. But as far as Love of animals. It's abundant the minute you walk in the door. Everyone there is a true animal lover

Dr. Carnathan & Dr. Jordan have taken great care of our Boston Terrier Oreo over the years. They both take time to explain test results and a plan of action to best care for Oreo. Yesterday I went to pick my cat up from a procedure, when I noticed a new sign on the door saying that they do NOT require facial masks to enter. I asked the receptionist about it, she said that the Manager said, that there is a Vaccine available out there now, so they will no longer require masks. Although FL is among the highest in new Covid-19 cases.The receptionist admitted to not having gotten a covid shot, was at the front desk greeting people not wearing a mask. I told them I will never be back because of this.

I was visiting from out of town and my king charles spaniel started crying out in pain after swimming. I took him to ER vet but they treated him for pancreatitis when the problem was back pain (IVDD). He continued having times of screaming/crying so I took him to Bayshore. They were an answer to prayer! They were compassionate and Dr. Mohan knew exactly what was wrong(IVDD not pancreatitis) from his symptoms and x-rays, and what my sweet boy needed to get relief! After starting medication he was more himself and the crying in pain moments stopped! I would highly recommend Dr. Mohan and this team! Thank you thank you!!!

Doctor here detected cancerous tumor and removed it. Vet several months ago clay oaks in Ocala totally missed it and his bill was more than Bayshore total surgical fees for amputation of the dewclaw and tumor. If you are looking for a new vet you can’t go wrong here.

I want to thank everyone today especially Dr. Kim Jordan. I had took my dog to the emergency vet last night because I thought she had something stuck in her throat. They sent me home saying they didn't see anything. I got to Bayshore today because I knew my little chorkie (Littlebit) was still hurting. Amanda took her in and in no time Dr. Kim came out to us with a piece of plastic from a squeaker toy she found lodged between her teeth and gum. Littlebit is fine now. I want to thank both Bayshore offices( Ormond & Port Orange receptionist Lani & Demi)for working together to get me in today. Amanda for explaining future treatments. And Dr. Kim for finding the problem. Everyone was so kind and caring. I thank you and Littlebit thanks you.
