Amazing! I was in Orlando for work and decided to drop by the famous WWC to pass some time. I'm so glad I did, whilst I was unable to buy any of their stunning corals (because I wouldn't be able to take them home on the plane) it was great to see such amazing examples of every species you could imagine. Fantastic show tanks, great people and had the pleasure of chatting to one lady (whose name I can't remember, began with M?) for ages about all things reefing. If only this was my local store!

I can’t express enough how amazing this store is From the Coral section to The stuff you can learn by just seeing there tanks in action! Vic talked to us at the convention and he was amazing we have watched his videos for years I’m glad we got to see this mega store in person! Winslow is amazing one of the coolest people in the hobby so far he has a lot of knowledge and understanding of the hobby!

We drove hours to see WWC in person. We purchased last year, a few tangs and corals last year online. But seeing this in person was amazing! They didn't disappoint! Loved this place! Staff were above and beyond, friendly, courteous & super informative. Healthy & beautiful corals. Super clean spot.

The store is nice. Prices are higher than your typical shop, lots of overhead here I would imagine. I spent over $300 here. All the corals I bought are healthy and look good. The yellow watchman goby I was sold was sick and died a few days after introducing him into the tank. He was properly acclimated but it was clear he was ill from the moment I put him in. I would expect a shop of this caliber and price to properly quarantine, medicate if necessary, and sell fish in good health. Unfortunately, in this case that didn’t happen. For that reason, I probably won’t return.

Great customer service, friendly knowledgeable staff. The fish and coral they sell are healthy and the store is very clean.They have a special rewards program which is great for regular customers. For every dollar you spent you get points that you can use towards Coral fragments. Another great thing is that they offer different financing options.I definitely recommend coming here if you already have or are looking to start your aquarium.We have been going to this store for over a year and can say that the service and quality of their items has stayed consistently the same. Even if your not starting an aquarium but just want to see beautiful fish and coral you should visit their store, you will fall in love with what they have.

I was in Orlando for other reasons ( Live in Tx ) and was excited to be able to stop in. The customer service is over the top. Within 10 minutes me and my wife have five employees ask if we needed help with anything, was able to answer the one question I did have and they were all over the top friendly and pleasant.On top of that, the shop is INCREDIBLE. Best selection and assortment of corals I’ve ever seen. I’ll go out of my way to support them by ordering online from them in the future. Their tanks are also absolute amazing!

Had a lot of things arrive dead / missing entirely. After a very frustrating argument for 10 days about how my water could not cause things to die in shipping, or be incorrectly counted, the manager it was elevated to, Alex responded. He told me I was too rude and to never contact them again.Forget the 10 day no hassle policy. I have ordered from them twice and had this happen both times. The first time instead of beating me up, they gave me $50 store credit. This time much more than $50 was lost. Beware of this place, read the non paid for reviews about the actual coral and fish they ship.

I live about an hour away and while in Winter Park area decided to see if any fish stores were close. I picked WWC as it was close by. The best stroke of luck! This place is clean! And a great selection to choose from, the wife was with me and normally she is less than thrilled looking at fish and corals for our tank. She actually is excited for our next trip to WWC.

Absolutely the best place on earth to buy corals. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The owners are great and it's amazing to see how they have grown over the years. Real testament to vision coupled with hard work, dedication and a commitment to excellence. The best thing about the place is the opportunity to learn from these guys. If Lou is at the counter he will talk about corals all day. Chris is crazy knowledgeable about everything and Vic is more than will to share their secret to success (stability). The store staff is super nice and helpful, but the online department is extremely unresponsive. Unfortunately, the best pricing is online, and they can not ever be reached in a timely manner. It's super frustrating to deal with and unfortunate that it says they work 11am to 7pm yet never answer the phone. They require random emails and get back to you whenever. Don't expect any online assistance whatsoever. Most unfortunate because they carry good quality corals and fish.

Just had a consult with Alex. I am new to the area, just moved from Miami to Orlando and lost a few of my guys. I requested a consult for service and to get things back on track.Alex communicated with me within 5 minutes of me sending my inquiry, which was around 10pm so definitely loved the quick response especially at the hour.We made the appointment for today at 12, he showed up early - another plus.Went through everything that needs to be done, went through some specials that WWC is having for it's Anniversary and is setting everything up.While there, we were able to realize that we grew up not too far from each other in the Bronx, and so that was good to know I was dealing with someone from the block, even thought his was our first meet.Why am I writing this review so soon - because I am sure that there are others who need to have service done, or are contemplating it. Go for it. They have the name to back up everything they do. I had heard of them from watching BRStV and am glad that I get to finally work with them on my tank.I will post some pictures as the services go on to help with your decisions in the future.- Update 7/26/19Matt came out for the first service.- Fixed my Protein Skimmer- Changed out my Medium- Repipe- Cable Management- Reorganized the sump- Even mounted my power supplies so they were not on the floor.- Left me 10 gallons of RO- Tested levelsGot some new equipment- 2 New Power Heads- Auto Top Off-7/29/2019Alex came by just to see how things were going with the tank, get a visual and answer any questions that I may have had. Also brought over a test kit that just came in and tested my magnesium levels.-8/3/2019Stopped by the shop and what a difference from other shops. Who ever is in the area should definitely check it out and get addicted. The staff overly helpful and when I mentioned I was a new customer, they were happy to see me stop by. Was not blown off at any point of time. Very impressed. Can't wait til the new shop opens up.-8/5/2019Routine Clean up and things are looking 10000% better than when we started, Have not forgotten about the pics, I will post them today or tomorrow12/18/2020Got an early Christmas present, my Waterbox 220.6 was delivered and set up today. I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and have had amazing experiences with the whole staff. Some names come to mind are Steven, Rachael, and X. All 3 people have been more then helpful with getting my tank to exactly what I want it to be and beyond that. I don’t go anywhere else for fish or water. As for corals their selection is the biggest you’ll find in Florida, so no matter what you want, they usually have! Couldn’t ask for more friendly people.

Spend around $500 each visit came today spent another $500, thousands spent at this store location to be told I can’t use my points on a frag because it was a monthly special.. I don’t see where spending points and cash could differ in price relative to the amount of money spent at the store… points count for the same as money or at least we are told so why would it matter.. the frags were $49 each and had enough points for two of the orange hammer frags… when I brought it up felt like they don’t really care about me as a customer so I’ll use my points and stop driving an hour to this location and search for another store within a hour from my home.

They do not give full refunds. I ordered 3 zoa frags for a total of $316.68. AOI (3-4 polyps) I received 2 small polyps. Rasta Frag (3 polyps) I received 2 polyps and a tiny baby, Laffy taffy frag descrption said 2 polyps, I received a frag with 5 polyps also with a big piece of rock glued to the plug. Only 2 of the laffy taffy polyps are opened and with the rock being glue in the middle it looks very unattractive, and the color is no where near what the picture looks like, even in blues. I know they only been in my tank for 26 hours and the colors may get better. With my experinces with colors after a few weeks in a tank they slightly get better, but slightly better color on these corals will be no where close to the pictures. Im using red sea coral pro salt, im using abc+ red sea reef foundation with abcd trace colors so the best of the best. I wish I could have just got what I ordered or got my full money back. Also they shipped my corals with a heat pack and water had to be at least 85-90 degrees if not more. I was on the phone with one of their employees they hung up on me and was arguing with me. They refunded me $148.50, Im still not happy. They never offered to refund my whole order that is a complete lie. And the money better be added to my account my guy! and look at their response it shows how unprofessional they are

This was the most AMAZING coral store I have visited, and I've been to many. The guys here were extremely helpful and knowledgeable... prices were fair, considering they had some pretty unique corals. Wide variety of fish. And the Tanks!!

Great selection of corals and a decent variety of fish. Marked down to 4 stars for lack of consistent expertise in their employees (high turnover) and they're prices are high because of their popularity. The store is beautiful and a fun outing. "Luxury brand" type shop. Lots of high end stuff. Was pleasantly surprised to see budget tanks for sale when visiting today. Typically only carry high end, pricier equipment, so it's nice to see them be a bit more appealing to all budgets.

I cannot recommend World Wide Corals enough. Every time I go the store is clean, service is great and knowledgeable, and the corals are juicy. I was new to the hobby when I walked in their store and I feel confident and empowered that they have helped make smart and affordable purchasing decisions. They carry top of the line products and also very affordable alternatives. Fast forward to 3 months later and I have a beautiful tank, happy fish, amazing Corals, and almost perfect parameters. I gotta give a shout out to Ricardo. He seems to always be there when I am and is always there to share ideas, opinions, and knowledge. He remembers me by name and always comes to greet me when I'm there. His customer centric attitude is an asset and he's always sporting a smile. I love how open ALL of the staff is and how they are happy to share in your excitement for your successes and purchases. I have NEVER had a bad experience and I go there every week. I absolutely recommend checking out some of the YouTube vids on the store as well. I was amazed when I learned about the behind the scenes tanks and coral farm. The care that they take in these facilities is amazing. I could not have asked for a better LFS.
