I've been going to Woof Gang for 7 years now and love the friendly staff and clean environment. Jordan has been Henry's groomer the entire time - Henry is 13 now! (I followed her to Waterford from Lake Nona). I cannot say enough positive and amazing things about her. From the ease of scheduling, last minute cuts, or just to know that Henry is always very well taken care of - that is why I love Jordan and Woof Gang! Henry always comes home happy and looks and smells so good!

Mallory consistently exceeds expectations as a groomer for my dog Ziggy. Her attention to detail and dedication shine through in every bath and haircut, leaving Ziggy looking and feeling fantastic. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE GROOMING PLACE FOR BIG DOGS ! horrible customer service and absolutely disrespectful! claimed my dog needed training. i have a Great Pyrenees and they completely ruined and shaved his coat! (when i stated not to) My dog is trained and they said he was to “jumping” but across the street at petsmart they never ever has a issue and state he is a good boy. Go to Petsmart and ask for Matthew or Kelli at the petsmart On East colonial By home depot. the address for it starts with a 6. I don't even know where to start because I love this place so much.I have a 10 month old large Goldendoodle, Rylo, and I take his hair/grooming a little too seriously. I started taking him to Woofgang in May after he had a HORRIBLE haircut at a different groomer (pic 1). When I went to woofgang for the first time I was super nervous to have to go to a new groomer all over again because I’m sooo picky with his grooming & haircuts. I had no idea that there would be absolutely nothing for me to worry about.My groomer is Alex and she is the most amazing groomer I have ever met in my life. I’m not even being dramatic she is wonderful. She has been doing Rylo’s grooming since we first went to woofgang and the day we met I told her about the horrific haircut he had, how nervous I was and my vision for Rylo’s cut. Rylo has/ had really long hair and my goal was to keep him really fluffy and puppy looking. I wanted to maintain his long hair while keeping him looking well groomed and clean. She completely got the idea because she did exactly want I wanted and some.Fast forward to last weekend. I wasn’t in Orlando and Rylo had some pretty bad mats (my biggest fear) so I took him to the groomer to get them out and I had decided I was ready to have him get a big haircut so he wouldn’t get any mats again. But they told me I would have to shave him and I was absolutely devastated because I love his long fluffy cut. I literally called woofgang crying and asked to talk to Alex because I wanted her opinion since she’s his usual groomer and she 100% raised my spirits. I sent her pics and she told me she thought she could do it w/o shaving because she knows how well Rylo does with brushing & how he is with grooming. I took him home and today Alex gave him his first big haircut (he’s had some trims but never such a big chop). I told her I was prepared for worst case scenario & I was super nervous especially with the mats he had, but I totally had no reason to be because again, Alex is amazing.She did perfectly. She even took before and after pics and sent me them (pics 2 & 3).She takes her time, she seriously cares about making sure I’m happy with how he looks, and she is honestly just a very skilled groomer so 10’s across the board from me. I could sing her praises all day to anyone who has a dog or not because she is so beyond fabulous.And it’s not just me because I have a friend with a Goldendoodle who asked me for my groomer and she went with Alex and was also very happy with her experience @woofgang.Besides grooming, the store is super cute and I love buying toys and treats for Ry there. Update: I have a very rambunctious shitzu-pom that I have started taking to Woof Gang for monthly grooms. Jamie is wonderful with my NeeNee! NeeNee just had her first full groom in time for Christmas. Jamie as usual did a fantastic job. Yes, it is more expensive than some other pet salons but to have quality work done by an expert, and expect your pup to be treated like family, you should expect to pay a little more. I have become a regular customer and appreciate the staff who look out for my pup, and would highly recommend Jamie for grooming especially if you have a feisty puppy! My NeeNee loves her and behaves for her (wow).Thank you Woof Gangs for treating her like your own fur baby!

Woofgang Bakery is a great place to bring your dog to get groomed, bathed or even just to get a simple nail trim. Mallory who is one of the groomers there does a wonderful job with the fur babies especially the ones that might struggle a little bit. I take my dog there and she can be very anxious when she goes in but As soon as she’s done she’s a happy pup thanks to Mallory!

We have been seeing Mallory at Woof Gang Waterford Lakes for years! She is absolutely amazing. Our sweet Mr. Ben had cancer and when he was going through Chemo treatments she would accommodate us so I could bring him in early and get him in and out. She was so patient and she loved him as much as we did. We now bring our shih tzu puppy Peanut to see her and he absolutely loves her!! We always know he’s in good hands and I never have to worry about anything when I drop him off. He’s safe and loved just as much as he is at home. All of the staff is wonderful and I can’t say enough great things about Mallory and everyone that works there!

I’ve been bringing my golden doodle to Woof Gang for years. We’ve had a great experience every time with them especially Mallory! She grooms our dog and is so loving and caring. I always hear from her at pick up she tells me how he did after each groom. Every time Teddy sees Mallory he gives her kisses and wags his tail. I highly recommend them!

I had to go buy some birthday stuff for my little pup because I didn't have enough ingredients to bake him a homemade cake. I found the perfect gift right there and was super happy. The staff was super nice and very helpful when I also asked her about the grooming prices. I'm definitely considering coming back here.

I have been taking my small Yorkie Rupert to Bri at Woof Gang Bakery in Waterford Lakes for over seven years now. Bri is an amazing groomer and takes great pride in grooming. I am very particular about Rupert's haircut, and I always prefer a puppy cut with a round face. Bri never disappoints me as she always does a great job. Whenever I drop Rupert off, he is always happy to see Bri and never struggles to get back to me. This makes me feel better about leaving him as I know that she takes care of him as if he were her own. I would never leave my baby with anyone else!!!

We are going to almost 6 years from being in the Woof Gang family. I've taken my fur baby Mia (Maltipoo) to Bri since she was a pup. I couldn't be happier it's been 6 years of professional ism, amazing customer service, and satisfaction with every groom Mia has had. I've shopped here many times and the staff is usually so friendly! My dog lovessss their snacks, and he's v old (17 y/o) so I make sure to get only soft treats for his old teeth, which you can bundle options for an affordably decent price! Pictures attached! There's often some cute or silly treats to buy. They always have good sales and goodies too. However, there needs to be a sign displaying prices per items if each one can range greatly within same table. Would've given 4 or even 5 stars if the young lady cashing me out didn't seem so judgmental when customer simply asks about those prices. Especially not after she charged me extra for two items without even disclosing the prices beforehand. Transparency and kindness or understanding is key to quality customer service.

Mallory was the first groomer my Bernedoodle, Arlo, ever visited. She has always been so wonderful with him. They offer a puppy treatment for when they are young and it is just to get them used to being touch and groomed, and now he is so comfortable every appointment. It is so clear that Mallory spoils Arlo with love and attention. Even though I've moved further away, it is worth the drive to bring my baby somewhere he loves. Mallory has become family. I would recommend her to anyone, and plan on using her for any future fur babies.

We chose this groomer based on all the 5 star reviews and it did not disappoint! Today was Maya’s first grooming appointment, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Kaitlyn went over the grooming process and made us feel very comfortable. She said Maya did a great job for her first time, and she came out smelling amazing! We also got her a special treat at the bakery! ☺️ We will definitely be coming back!

I've been going to this establishment for 5 years until the groomer we frequented had to take medical leave from a wound she got at work. Since then I was canceled on the day of for two consecutive appointments, which is frustrating. I decided to make an appointment at a different location and they too canceled the day of the appointment. I have been trying to get my dog seen for 3 weeks now and sadly have to say I'm done with Woofgang Bakery. I am very disappointed.Edit:Since this review was made 6 months ago, efforts have been made to be reliable with their services and an apology was made. I've had 2 appointments since then and I'm happy with the quality of their work.

I'm extremely pleased with the groomers at Woof Gang Bakery. The groomers are very caring and very good with my Shih-tzu, Gizmo. He's been there twice for a mini groom and he has done quite well for being 5 months old. They also have a lot of awesome treats, leashes, collars etc. I highly recommend Woof Gang Bakery for getting your pet groomed.

There's one star is because I was charged a 3% service fee just for bringing up the bag of dog cookies to the counter to be checked out. Imagine if you go to Walmart and they charge you a 3% service fee for you to walk around for an hour fill up your cart with the groceries and products you need and then they charge you 3% for somebody to take your money for the items you're buying from them. This review is directed at ownership and not the very nice employees who work there.

Our fur baby, Cooper, is so in love with Mallory. Everytime that he sees her he starts wagging with his tail. That’s how I know that she is taking care of him in an amazing way. The services that Woofgang provide are varied and the prices are pretty standard. Happy paw, happy life 🐾
