I absolutely love this place. When I picked up my puppy from the groomer, she was so happy and full of energy. She looks beautiful, and the groomer did an amazing job making her coat shine and smell wonderful. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and they clearly have a genuine love for animals. I felt completely at ease leaving my puppy in their care. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch grooming services for their pets!

The owner is aware of my issues and responded, but we will agree to disagree as to how the matter should be resolved. In this case the customer is wrong even though the pictures shared speaks volumes. I am declining a 10% discount that was offered on a future visit because of my lack of confidence in the facility given the numerous chances previously provided. I should have learned my lesson sooner. I will not be returning and will not recommend this facility to others. My advice is to not provide payment until the groomer actually comes out (as opposed to staff) with the dog and you are satisfied.Follow up to owner response:I would appreciate it if you don't misquote me. I actually never demanded a full refund. I was asked by the manager what refund I wanted. I said that I would share the photos of the poor haircut compared to the photo of the haircut requested and then we can discuss further. I also never threatened a bad review. I said I would provide an honest review which I did. I intentionally avoided the specifics to avoid public accounting of the details that I knew would get misconstrued. I was informed that I needed to come back within 72 hours to fix the groom but unfortunately unless you can make the hair on his ears come back within a few days, there isn't much that can be done in that time frame. We have been loyal customers in the past which is why I had higher hopes for a better grooming experience and greater professionalism. Like you said, we will move on and find another groomer.

I took my maltipoo last week for a groom. The groomers were very nice and they did exactly what I asked. My baby looks great. The whole staff is super friendly and they offer a great array of products.

Really happy with the grooming service here. Our goomer is Hermelinda, she did such a good job. The body cut are even and even though my pup keep moving, the round cut face looks good. Bit pricy than regular pet store but totally worth the price.

I love going here! Her hair cut was not right this time, it was an Honest mistake , the guy was so upset about it and so sorry and they didn't charge me for it. Doesn't matter cause I'll still always go back there they're always so great with auri and everyone is so nice. Would give it more stars if I could!

I can't say anything that comes close to my satisfaction with my experience there today. Staff was great. Service was prompt and the outcome of the groom is nothing short of spectacular. 1000/10 would recommend.

We had to go to a new location today due to our location moving at this time. Woof Gang Bakery has been my go to for the past year. No matter what location they are always so friendly and accommodating. My two are a handful and they took pictures for me and of us. They were patient and all around awesome. My dogs look amazing and I highly recommend! Thank you for an awesome experience!

I have a giant golden doodle and the whole grooming thing is always a problem because they can't handle him well, so his haircut is not always "perfect." I decided to try this place because of all the good reviews and oh god, they are so right. It is the first grooming salon where they did not give me any complaints about anything and instead they told me that he behaved very well; and by the way he looked amazing. My baby left his appointment very happy, I'm sure they treated him with a lot of love. I will definitely come back here, I recommend them 🙌🏻

So upset. I am a single mom and just moved to Florida so found them closeby. Was so excited sharing pics of their bakery and such. After I got my dog the very next day I noticed her getting poop caught around her butt again!🙄😡 So I got her in on wednesday. So I called Friday and they told me to try to pop in on Monday. But working full time & going to school full time and a sick kid this week I couldn't. I called today and they said well if you bring her back now we won't give you any discounts or any help and it will be a mini groom for $45.....😡😡😡😡cuz they couldn't groom her properly the 1st time! Mind you she is a short haired yorkie and only 15 lbs. Her hair barely grows to where she gets groomed at most 4 times a year!! Also a rescue into a groomer and 12 yrs old so grooming is hard on her......will not return!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Jessica took care of our Pancho today. I have to say he looks amazing! We originally tried a couple weeks ago at a chain that happens to be a giant popular animal store for with grooming services, yet our puppy was not groomed at all. This aside we decided to give Woof Gang a shot afterwards. Best decision we could of done. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Jessica ensured us on a haircut, and we got perfect results. Definitely coming back. Stellar service, fantastic results, professional team, and a beautiful store with plenty of items for your furry loved ones.

I moved out of the Orlando area but still drive back to get Buster groomed at this Woof Gang location. Rebecca has always taken such amazing care of him! We are sad she is moving but are assured he will continue to receive the same amazing quality of service with other staff members! Front desk staff is always extraordinarily friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. New regulations for deposits and double coat fees are more than understandable given the hard work groomers put into their jobs. Thank you, Woof Gang!

I’ve never had a more amazing bath on my dog mia untill I met Hermelinda she is an Angel with all the dogs and mine especially. The service Wolfgang provided me was A1 I would recommend anyone bring there babies bye because you won’t be disappointed. Mia also met Santa and the grinch this past Saturday.

Wow!!! What a beautiful job EDGAR did with our very nervous 3 year old schnauzer "Lincoln"! We are beyond HAPPY with the results, we know Lincoln was a bad boy, bless his heart, but Edgar never gave up on him, he worked on him until the very end, and what a BEAUTY!!!!💙💙💙 THANK YOU so much! More than happy with my boy's grooming. This was his first full haircut and he looks soo good. I showed the grommer a picture of the type of haircut that I wanted and that was exactly what I got. The price is pretty reasonable for all the cares that they give to the puppy and they accommodated our appointment with very short notice. I also bought him a few cookies there and he loved them

I live in the area and decided to stop in recently (first time customer). The women at the counter was sooo nice and helpful I ended up scheduling my dog for a grooming appointment. I dropped Kai off for the appointment and it was a different women working the front and she was also extremely nice! I told her I bought a $60 bag of food the other day and she didn’t like it (she’s a picky eater). She sent me home with different samples and 2 wet food cans! My dog loved the samples, thank you all so much! She also looked so cute after her grooming appointment with Gabby. She did a 5 star job! 😊 the treat selection at this store was incredible as well! Thank you all so much this place is amazing and I enjoy coming here! Will definitely recommend to friends/ family and be back!

We brought our 4.5 lbs Yorkie in for a spa day, which included the luxury bath, hair cut and nail trim. They were very professional and made us very comfortable with the process. They kept us informed and let us know as soon as we were able to pick her up. They even sent us the video they made of her transformation/ TikTok debut!

My Pomsky name, Nova have been going to Woof Gang on Orange Ave sinces she was 4 months now she is a year and 5 months and everytime have been a great experience. Nova is always happy to go inside and even more excited when I pick her up, looking great and smelling super good. I will definitely recommend them. Thank you.

I tried this location out of convenience to my home and not only wasted my time but also my MONEY!!! I took my two girls (Doodle & Pitty) in on Saturday and have no idea what they did. Picking them up was quite busy so it took me a couple days to notice the difference from when I take them to their normal location in Apopka. Neither of my girls smelled or even looked as if they were bathed (my WHITE pitty had Clumps of Dirt in her private area ) (Unable to see my doodles eyes after I specifically expressed to the groomer what I expected ).There was no love at all given to either of my girls :( I called the following Tuesday to speak with the manager and express my concerns. He tells me that different locations use different products, there may have been some miscommunication, going forward I need to ask for a perfume smell which I've NEVER had to request for my dog to smell good leaving the groomers. NO accountability for them just mishandling my babies and I'm quite upset that I had to go home and re-bathe them and have to re-book them for grooming. This is an unacceptable reason and or excuse for the amount of money I paid. Will stick to my normal location.

I took my 5 month old puppy Nora for a full service groom and I could not recommend this place enough! Every one there was so friendly and they went over all the styles they could do to pick the best option for Nora. When I picked her up I could not get over what an amazing job they did!

TLDR- They nicked my dog in a sanitary cut and applied WAY too much cologne.Giving 2 stars because I enjoy taking my dog here for their homemade treats. However, I decided to give them a try for grooming and was not impressed. If your dog is sensitive to scents (as most are), let the groomer know to not put too much cologne on. I had to wash my dog off after spending $80+ on a groom because she was so fragrant she was having a breakdown, curling up under furniture and just acting really odd. I could smell her from 3 rooms over. At first, I thought she was allergic to the shampoo they used on her, so I called to ask more about it. The employee said maybe her stomach is upset….that was irritating because she had literally just gotten groomed and had no other signs of stomach issues. The employee said that the owner wasn’t there that day, but she would call me the next day to discuss the shampoo they used in more detail. I never did receive a call back or any concern about my dog. I also noticed that when she went to pee she was acting very strange, so I gave a closer look and noticed that they had nicked her private area while doing a sanitary cut. It was raw and eventually scabbed over. I don’t usually write bad reviews but the fact that my dog was in worse shape after the groom, and I never received any rectification after expressing my concerns, I feel the need to share. I did end up washing her off a couple days after the groom and applied some A&D ointment to her private areas and that helped a lot. Obviously not an ideal post-groom situation though, and I was especially disappointed in the lack of follow up.
