I love ❤️ this store!! So do my greyhound Douglas!! He took pictures with Santa and The Grinch in December. He loves his baths that the groomers give every month! He also gets to pick out a chew from one of their pink buckets! That’s his favorite!! 🤩

Dropped my long haired dog for a full groom I showed them a picture of what I wanted. What disturbed me was that the groomer cut off his whole beard, which I never wanted.My dog is a soft coated wheaten terrier and the groomer gave him a doodle hair cut.Also he mentioned that he had contacted my husband to confirm what we wanted. The thing is that I DONT have a husband, I’m the only contact. I have no idea who he spoke to.I am never bringing my dogs here again. They were unapologetic and disrespectful.

It is with the heaviest of hearts that I write this review ... It makes me so sad at how callous, rude and unhelpful this team was ... my heart is absolutely broken!!!! BEWARE!!!!! Take your babies someplace that cares, to someone who has compassion!!!On Dec 23rd, I took my precious boy and girl to be groomed! They did the groom, text that they were ready and I went right there to pick them up ... I paid, exchanged Merry Christmas wishes, they brought my 2 little (5 lb) babies out in their carrier ... I gave our groomer a Christmas card with a tip ... thanked them and headed out the door ... as I got to the sidewalk, I looked in the carrier and noticed my boy dog was not moving. I quickly set the carrier down, opened it and found him non-responsive and bleeding from his mouth! I quickly ran inside with my babies and begged them to help me ... in a complete state of shock, not thinking and scared!!!The response I received was COLD and RUDE! As I held my dying boy, they responded with "maybe you gave him too much medicine" (referring to the perception meds I give my girl dog! He received none!) ... I was shocked by the response, replied he doesn't get meds! her next response was to yell at me saying ... "you need to calm down!" ... ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! My boy was unconscious, bleeding froths mouth and dying in front of our eyes!!! I recall being filled with FEAR, looking straight at her and pleaded with them to "HELP ME PLEASE!" I was in such a state if shock I could NOT even think straight and NO ONE WOULD HELP ME!!!!They were ill prepared for a tragic situation ... they recommended I go the vet by Ace Hardware, said they were open, and yet they were closed ... then off I went to the Dr. Phillips Animal Hospital as the next closet vet ... and although OPEN, there was NO DOCTOR THERE! My precious boy died!!!! I am devastated ... completely heart broken!!!I share this in hopes that my story may save another person from going through this living HELL I am living everyday!!! I feel horrible that my boy went through this! PLEASE have an emergency plan ... and STAY CLEAR of this establishment ... they are cold, rude, unkind and completely unprepared!!! IF this establishment is going to take care of peoples babies ... YOU should have an emergency plan in place for when the owners are in SHOCK when something goes wrong! AND have some COMPASSION!!!! They were so COLD! Its heartbreaking ....

Took 8 yr old Pom. Requested no lion cut and trim dew claws and gentleman acknowledged knowing what dew claws are. Dew claws not touched. Choppy rushed cut. Legs not feathered and uneven. Hair between toes not trimmed. Butt not trimmed - had to ask groomer to come to lobby to trim her butt. Belly shaved spotty. I actually thought my husband tried a home trim and was tricking me about a professional groomer.

Do NOT take your four-legged here!! I made an appointment for my son’s little three pound Yorkie to be groomed, expecting the same level of service I’ve received with my dogs at another Woof Gang. Sadly, it couldn’t been more different.We picked him up and he was HORRIBLY uneven EVERYWHERE! It was almost laughable. She said he was squirmy and hard to groom. But what happened next could have ended in tragedy. She was holding him and he got excited and lept right out of her arms and was headed to the ground head first and would have had he not landed in a bucket full of treats. There was no apology, no anything for this.We paid and left, still in shock, but then began discussing it and decided that kind of money deserved a decent groom. We went back inside, and the girl at the register took us to the back where another groomer was working on a dog, but was asked to clean my son’s dog up. He spent about seven or eight minutes on him, and he looked completely different. It was night and day. They tried to blame the very poor, first grooming on my sons dog not staying still, but the second groomer had no issue with that at all.The skinny of it is this, the first groomer, did a horrible job, didn’t even know how to hold the dog when he left out of her arms, and they were OK to let him go with such a poor job. Not OK!Additionally, they invited us in the back to watch as he was groomed. I think we would all agree it is very stressful for our pets to be apart from us, and to be bathed and groomed. One would think there would be either no music at all, or something calming. Not so at this establishment. They were playing the heaviest of metal rock you can imagine. I felt so bad for the dogs. Stay away!

I went to the Dr. Phillips location by the Conroy-Windermere and Dr. Phillips Rd location by Fresh Market. Customer service is great, but holy overpriced food. If you want to pay double or triple for your pet's food for whatever reason, this place was made for you. Everything they have can either be found elsewhere locally or online. I already own most of the items that were on big display.I initially came in because I just wanted to buy ice cream for our three dogs, or doggie whipped cream as a special treat. They had neither so I grabbed three cupcakes and three trout sticks. It came out to around $40. The cupcakes were $8/per and the trout sticks were probably $3/ea. Nothing, I mean nothing, is priced at the store. One must ask. That is usually a good enough reason for me to leave the store but I was there and I wanted to treat my dogs.I'm a lifelong DP resident, and while we all generally have more money to "throw around" here compared to other areas, I don't believe one should throw money around for that reason. There are far too many underfunded, legitimate causes out there that could have used the extra $12 these fall-apart cupcakes that not one of my three dogs ate took. They didn't eat the trout sticks either. Woof Gang is not hurting for profit to the point they need to charge what they do, and if they were, overpricing to the point of ridiculousness is not how to save a struggling business.Again, great staff, they were kind and accommodating and I didn't mention anything about the cost because they don't set the prices.

I took my pomchi for a grooming appointment and she is little miss personality and will let you know what she doesn’t like. She loved Len!! She actually got groomed and came home happy. I’m super impressed and happy with the staff and quality work! Will be coming back for future purchases and grooming needs.

I can't say enough good things about this place! I took my baby, Angel, in for a mini groom with Sabrina. She did awesome! He came back to us sooo happy and fluffy💙 they are so sweet here and even the customer service is amazing. I get my dogs food here and they always make sure they have food for him available. I really recommend this location!

Worst woof gang in Orlando by far. The groomers are great and very knowledgeable but don’t get me started with the store owner or the people at the counter. The store owner Kay is snobby and very unprofessional and frankly she reminds me of a Karen. I really do hope things change there.

Great customer service. We were given small samples of Wondercide previously so we placed an order which came in quickly. When we picked up our order she also gave us a full wondercide bar to try. Also the raw food recommendation really helped our dog. He is doing very well on it. They are very nice and knowledgeable. Thank you.

This Woof Gang bakery was one of the best I’ve ever been to!!My Dog Star desperately needed kibble and I was kindly helped by Laura, one of the staff that works in the front. She taught me everything I needed to know to better care for my beloved dog. The store did get a little busy while I was there and Laura helped everyone with such kindness that I was astonished!!!If your ever in need of any dog products I recommend passing by the woof gang bakery next to the fresh market on Conroy and Windermere, also make sure your getting helped by laura!!!!

My family has been a long time customer at Woof Gang. The owner is exceptionally knowledgeable about dogs and has been able to provide us with natural ways to help our pups who have extremely sensitive stomachs. She also has great ideas and solutions for our lady who is getting sore from age. Everyone is a pleasure to work with. We moved across the city but still make the trip because they are the best.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. Here’s why: They cut the tip of my dog’s tail off and didn’t even offer so much as a refund! My dog is 5lbs and I’ve been getting her groomed for 8 years with no issue. She’s an angel for anyone who grooms her and is so well behaved. There is no excuse as to why this happened to her. I’m so disappointed/upset because I spent 3x what I pay at her usual groomer.At what I thought was a nice, professional facility, only to have them do the worst experience I’ve ever had and Bailey (my dog) has ever had. I personally, wasn’t there to deal with the situation because I was out of state, so my boyfriend picked her up. The groomer played it off as a”Knick” and told my boyfriend he (the groomer was a male) took her to the vet to have it fixed ( any injury that requires medical attention is pretty serious) and “please don’t sue”. My boyfriend called me and told me what happened and I immediately started hysterically crying because Bailey is like my child. How would you feel if you picked your kid up from school, with a pretty serious injury, inflicted by the person taking care of them? I took her to her original vet and they said that the groomer cut a good chunk out of her tail. Her tail healed okay, minus the chunk that was cut out. They are so lucky I didn’t sue for damages of property. I NEVER write reviews, but people need to know this actually happened at this facility.

I took my puppy to get groomed here and he came back with fleas. When I called them to report the fleas, they were dismissive and asked if I’d taken him to a dog park and said that they were sure it wasn’t them and that grooming could bring out fleas that were already there. Not only is my puppy on flea prevention medication and showed no symptoms of fleas prior to his trip to the groomers, but he spends the majority of his time indoors. They didn’t apologise or offer anything to correct the situation and tried to push the blame on me. Definitely will not be back, especially when I’m paying over $60 for the privilege of fleas.

New to area took my small maltipoo in for grooming with a picture of last service. I said dont cut too short, I dont want to see pink skin. The new groomer totally butchered my dog, gave him a puppy cut and chopped off his ears. I had to take him back to get face trimmed from the lion cut and staff was not accommodating. Owner was not pleasant. Offered next service free..I said I will NEVER come back. Horrible customer service. We should have been offered a refund.

Although we did not purchase anything or use their grooming services, Bree was a great resource and comfort when she shared her lost dog story with us. I will definitely be bringing my fur babies in to visit Bree and to get them some yummy treats!

My dog was not groomed as I requested. I went back a couple days later to get it fixed, and was charged for it. I clearly stated that an extra charge was not disclosed to me when I called it in. The lady simply said because the original groomer was not there and another groomer fixed it, she needed to be paid for her time. I'm not going back, this lady didnt do anything to try fixing the situation.

First time went today with two small maltese dogs to get them groomed. Only thing asked over the phone was needed only belly, back and around eyes cut. They said OK if we arrive before 5 PM. What you understand before 5 PM means that they are OK to groom your dog if you enter that store before 5 PM. There are couple ladies who did not ask or tried to listen to you. They only shaved the dogs and did not even brush off the hair which was shaved or gave them a quick shower because they were trying to close the shop. First employee charged $40 and while waiting for the receipt other ladies said we need to pay $30 more. Even though money is totally no problem to me, I felt very STUPID and did not even argue with them. They said we will give you some credit when we take the dogs later but it does not even worth to go back there. As being a business owner this place does NOT deserve to be in DR.PHILIPS area because they think that they can make a fool out of you. There are too many better groomers around that area. DONT GO THERE....

As soon as I entered the store on a Saturday morningat 10.30,the lady with crazy colored hair let out a big sigh. Was not friendly at all or helpful. Not happy at all. When I go on weekdays, I am always greeted by a friendly lady who is very nice and helpful.

I love this place. They offer grooming services and healthy food for your best friends that you can't find anywhere else accept here. The food I buy there is actually a little cheaper than online though and there are other places nearby that I like to shop at, so for me it is a win win.
