You guys need people at customer service who actually knows walmart return/ exchange policies. Charlotte claim she worked there for a year and said I couldn't exchange my item after 90 days. I had the original receipt. It was 2 days before the 90 days and she was trying to turn us away, not knowing we already contacted corporate since absolutely NO ONE answers the phone there! Well she embarrassed her self when she notice that the item CAN be exchange. The item was a gift and she destroyed the new box we were going to give someone. She needs coaching and please consult with someone with more experience rather than feeding customers incorrect information. Luckily the young lady with the mask jumped in and help resolved the issued. Posting a picture of what Charlotte did to the new item we were going to gift to someone. She ripped the box to only write "Exchanged" and todays date. Please train your employees or give them a refresher even if they worked at walmart for a "Year"... she was trying to school us on walmart policies giving us wrong information and she didn't even open the box we returned to make sure all the items were inside smh...

Definitely the best Walmart that I've visited since moving here. Not a lot of riff Raff going on in the store. Their fishing/outdoors section was ten times better than the one on Orange Blossom. The associates were pretty helpful. Going back today to purchase another fishing rod.

Tire/oil center is absolute trash. I pull up with 2 cars inside the bay and 2 car in front of me. I ask the guy how long he says 1:30 mins. After 1:30 mins I notice my car hasn’t moved in 45 mins and I still somehow have 2 cars in front me. The guy then tells me another 2-3 hours. So let me get this straight it takes y’all 3.5-4.5 hours to do the oil change on 4 cars? Yeah I can tell you get paid by the hour. You deserve to work at Walmart. Good job

Wouldn't take return despite having receipt and the UPC being on the sewn pants tags because I don't have the pull off tags. Everywhere else online says they should still be able to process this return, but lady had a bad attitude and didn't even seem to want to make an effort. They don't honor their own return policy so buyer beware from this store.

Pick up is supposed to be convenient, my orders never comes right out. I’m always there for nearly an hour watching other cars come and go. They told me I picked up an order before and I had not and when I called to report it they magically brought it to my car. Today I sat there from 10:00 till 11:45, this is the last dime y’all get from me and I’m returning that janky a ss laptop.

I know people don’t go to Walmart for quality service but this one has the worst automotive center I’ve ever had my oil changed by. They finished my car and didn’t provide notice for over an hour and half. Then when I showed because no commercial oil change requires 3 hours unless something has gone wrong. The cashier lady acts personally offended. I called in over an hour before I showed up and she claimed my car wasn’t ready even though it clearly was. I’m gonna go back to real car shops for my oil changes from now on because it’s not even cheaper to do it At Walmart anymore.

Car service is horrible. Phone IF, I said IF you are lucky and someone answers your call, the next step will be you and your self on the phone. In person, they treat you lake they are doing a favor... So, I'm a Walmart lover, however the crew over this specific store under my visit was the worst experience ever. I was changing my car's oil, after that I saw a very small leaking on my oil filter. I've come back and they treat me as a joke. Look the picture, os more then words.

Walmart did not resolve my issue, they did not resend my groceries that was delivered to wrong address, they have me with no cash to shop, waiting for 1 week processing refund( which i didn’t need -I needed food instead) I am on no dime. They think everyone has money on standby, that’s outright wrong. I just paid my rent and bills and now have to wait a week to eat because Walmart messed with my order and don’t care to resend my groceries? Really not right.

Today, my sister and I went inside of the store to grab a few items and in aisle 25 there were 3 workers laughing and joking around as we sat there for 5 or 9 minutes debating on which broom to grab. before you think I'm a Karen, here's what happens. Later on, we're walking around and the worker that was in aisle came up to us with a cop behind him. He walks up to us and says "Sorry to bother you ladies but give me that iphone back." We were confused so we said "What iphone?" He stares at us and speaks. "The yellow iphone 11 in aisle 25 that you guys took." We told him we didn't take anything and he just walks away. Not even apologizing, instead we stood there embarrassed because we were being rudely accused and interrogated. The worker had locs and seemed like he was gay (sorry if that offensive..) And as we were leaving the store he just watched us.. I noticed him as we were walking around, almost as if he was following us. This is unacceptable behavior towards customers AND 16 YEAR OLDS AT THAT. He never apologized, we were embarrassed and shocked that we'd been accused of stealing all because we were standing in the same aisle as him. MAYBE, if you were SMART and didn't put your phone down! It wouldn't have been stolen! My mother was close to coming inside of the store and giving him the attention he deserved! I should have let her because that was rude and not cool! And for the manager to watch that happen and not apologize for his workers behavior is crazy. So we left after PAYING for our items even with WORKERS staring at us. I'll say it again, if you all were doing less talking and more working, you wouldn't have forgotten to grab your phone.

Not the one to make this type of review but I got treated so wrong today. I was not having a good day today. My family and I went to grab few thing. When we were ready to leave I stood behind a lady in the self Check out line (near to the food section) the lady when to the machine that was available making me first in line and next to me was employed. Shoulder to shoulder.. At the same time a man stood next to her a machine open and she take a look at me and the man and ask who was here first and said there only one line, I said I was and the man said “she was”. This employee just ignore and let the man pass and I was like okay what ever It closing time let it be. She look at me and said again “it one line not two line the line needs to be over here” which was on here left side there was nobody else I just stay there because i was literally next to her all I had to do move to the left side of her. Then another lady came on the left side of her and let her go to the machine as soon as it opens and ignore me again that’s when I started to get annoyed and she just look at me and said the line start over here and turn her back at me and ignore me. I ask her for her name she didn’t want to give it to me. I ask one of her coworkers name Meg or Me… something. I know I could of move 2 step to the left side to please his lady but i was not happy on the way she was talking to me with nasty attitude… I was the only one there for a few seconds and I stood behind the lady that was there when I got there I was forming a line.

Good store for saving money. BUT TERIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE for HANDICAPPED people. Only 2 electric shopping carts for the whole store. Don't go their if your handicapped or have trouble walking. No one will help you. Go to PUBLIX STORE, they have plenty of electric shopping carts.

Lots of employees keeping grocery items tidy and restocking. They also have the PROOF Alcohol Ice cream freezer there. Look for it sitting next to the frozen floor freezer past aisle A2/A3. It's creamy, dreamy ice cream with 7% ABV alcohol per pint. I got those strawberry dessert shells in the bakery and dropped a scoop of strawberry moonshine in middle and drizzled with chocolate and whipped topping. What a great new dessert.

They make me wait for 2 hours in auto care then they told me that the oil is sold out for my car nissan rogue it start with 0 or something. They could check cars in the line 2 hours before and inform the people it will be sold out when our turn comes. This is disappointing for Walmart. The crew does not do their job with care. They are too slow.

They want you to get in and get out with as little interaction from the staff as possible. We were able to find just about everything we needed. My only gripe was that when I went to get acrylic paint someone had stuffed the wrong color into the one I needed. I wanted the pavement color, and they only had black.

Bought several products from Walmart. Damp-rid hanging bags are 1 such product. Didn't like them at 1st, thought they were not working, but eventually got to like them. Had about 2 weeks now, hanged in clothes closet so we will watch for the final result. Bought online. See photo attached.

Customer service desk has a lot to be desired . Doing a Market Place return.Auto Center . horrible...think we waited in line 2.5 hours for an oil change while girl directing cars diverted cars behind us to pull in other bays. The guys doing oil change were great once we got in.

It was 22.30I take sa e fruits and chocolateOne lady came I said that they gonna close and I need go to cashier (there already was closed) so I go to automatically cashier and there was another 2 lady , they say me put my staff to trolly and came tomorrow, because they gona close automatically cashier but 1 miss still using automatically cashier. I see this and asking:"Why I can't to pay after this miss who was finishing?"And the lady even don't answer me nothing, another one lady told me the same. That I need live without my fruits. I was disappointed of 0 service of this shop and people, I can't pay for my stuff . It's not normal to do thing when you live in community and work with people. No humanity

I usually shop here but lately alot of their pricing is wrong. The beer rang up to $16.98 showed the front self checkout manager it was labeled at $9.98 and she didn't even cared. Terrible service. Taking my business elsewhere now.

I called the automotive department 8 times during normal hours of operation and nobody picked up the phone. A manager named Chris was supposed to pick up the transfer from the operator and the phone rang for 2 minutes and still nobody picked up.

Walmart in Orlando Florida on Kirkman Road offers the worst customer service. Dirty and filthy service. I bought my car tires a few months ago and got a free tire rotation and balancing. This morning I was at Walmart at 7am and I asked to have the tires rotated and they didn't do the balancing, which I found strange because the service was done very quickly. I asked if they had done the balancing and they told me it wasn't done. They asked me to leave the car key and come back in 1 hour to pick up the car. I came back after 2 hours and the job wasn't done. They didn't give me any explanation and they simply ignored me. Very poorly trained employees with no education at all. We also have to think that we're dealing with Walmart. We can't wait quality service. My advice is? Never do service at Walmart. Pay more but do it elsewhere. Walmart is like the end of the world. Last option
