I live in seminole county and the Walgreens I usually go to is close to my home. I have had a severe migraine for 3 days and I couldn't get my prescription to my local pharmacy. I did a Teladoc appointment at work and they sent a new script to this location as it is closer to my job. I looked online and saw the pickup was going to be in another 4 days. I called the pharmacy and asked if it could be ready faster. The gentleman on the phone was very kind put me on a brief hold and then said "we got the medication come pick it up." I went right away and got it. I am very thankful for them and their kindness. I wish I would have gotten his and his coworkers name.

Store #15332Nicole and Marilyn in the photo department was amazing. It was a rough day for because I order photo books, a canvas and magnets for Christmas present. The first welgreens I order the items for waited untilChristmas Eve to tell me the machine was broken after ordering a week in advance. I called Walgreens call center 3 times that day. Every single store they redirected my order too had an issue with the machine. Finally this location was able to process my order and get it done the same day. These two ladies went above and beyond to ensure my order was completed the urgently and efficiently. They turn a horrible experience to a wonderful experience. Thank you Nicole and Marilyn.

Walked in here at 5:01 PM on a Saturday to get my antibiotics for an illness, was greeted with the rudest glares and disrespectful attitude to tell me to leave cause their pharmacy was 1 minute past closing time. There were plenty of people to take care of me and give me my prescription, now I have to go back tomorrow, will never come back here.

I went to this pharmacy to get the vaccines and I have an appointment at 2:30. I got there at 2:35 and a pharmacist saw me I walked in and he went to lunch break in front of me even I have an appointment. A lady at cashier told me that he just went to lunch break so I need to wait 40mins. I waited until he came back from lunch break. Finally, he came back and he kept talking and laughing with coworkers. He looked at me and he called the other patient,who just got there,to come in after I waited 50mins. He didn't even try to help me. That was so mean, racist and unprofessional phamasist ever. Walgreen has to get a better phamasist than him. I never ever come back this Walgreen again.

Walked in at 4:55 pm. They told me to leave with a rude attitude. They close at 5 pm. We are from out of town and need these meds.Never again. I will continue with Publix, they know how to treat people.

I went to the pharmacy to get a vaccine this lady by the name of Adriana she’s Latina and she works at the pharmacy had a really stink attitude towards me I have no idea why maybe because she see that I look and shape better than her. She shape like a big box of KFC. I was gonna talk to her but then I realized that she doesn’t deserve all that attention, someone like this should never be placed in customer service but after reading some of the reviews I see that looks like all of them workers have bad customer service. Walgreens needs to do better

5 stars because THEY ALWAYS ANSWER THEIR PHONE. I know I can't miss a call at my job and I don't give out life saving meds. Can't say the same for most pharmacies. Quick and reliable. Very happy

This young lady who were the cashier was soo busy on phone she ignored two customers who walked away disgruntled and unhappy. I was cashing out she stared slamming my stuff in the bag. I asked her not too she stupes I left my stuff and walked away. Am not putting up with rude cashier who phone was first priority she is been paid to help.

Came up to a girl working by the makeup aisle today for help. I was super polite and kind since I overheard her talking to the manager about how upset she was about something. Well this super rude employee replied “hm” with a stank face when i asked a question and just pointed in the direction of where I needed to go. When I tried saying thank you politely she replied with another sound. It’s not my fault you’re upset, no need to take that out in the customer. She also saw my phone fall and tumble to right in front of her feet, and of course she doesn’t have to help, I’m just upset at the fact she saw my hands were full and all she did was giggle (and again, it was like a foot away from her). Not to mention the manager tried getting on me for my service dog (he did not have the vest) but after I told her he is a service animal and his vest broke she kept trying to tell me they usually have a metal or pin or something and he doesn’t. She was polite about it, but the entire situation was annoying for no reason. I know how a service dog works, no need to question me as if I’m lying. I work in customer service and this would never be acceptable

The employee there always have a horrible attitude. It’s always different employees I’m shocked when i told them please or when you can to the employees, they either roll their eyes or say I’ll go to you when I’m ready. I moved here 3 years ago and today topped it off. This Walgreens always have ppl with very bad attitude. Today asked to get a perfume told the guy when you can he’s the one that rolled his eyes and didn’t say a word. Then another employee got off the register and started doing her tags she noticed i was walking to her and when i spoke her about me wanting a perfume after 20mins of waiting, she had a whole attitude. I told her nvm I’ll come tmm i can’t deal with someone like that.

I had a prescription that required a pre-auth in their records for a full month and a half. I called them repeatedly when I was told by my doctor that they never received the paperwork for it. I watched them put the pre-auth paperwork in. I asked them to do the pre-auth about a dozen times, once every half week. They NEVER got the pre-auth to my doctor. I moved prescriptions last weekend. I talked to my new pharmacist about the problems, figuring that Walgreens must have screwed something up.4.hours.later.the other pharmacy has the pre-auth and it was approved. I am never using a Walgreens again if I can help it.

I honestly wish I could give them a negative star review, this was honestly the worst experience I have ever had in any store ever. I am from out of town and needed a COVID test because I am visiting my grandmother. I had signed up for a test online and even received a confirmation code saying nothing had changed so I drove 45 min to get my test. Upon arriving I discovered the pharmacy was closed, I had received no warning, or any form of notice they were closed. So I went inside and talked to Brian to see if there was any way to get a rapid test of some sort or a way he could help me since I had tried the night before to make appointments elsewhere and was unable to do so (there were no available appointments anywhere else) and I had just wasted money on gas to get here. When talking to him I was met with nothing but attitude and he went so far as to YELL at me. In addition to being flippant and rude he was extraordinarily unhelpful, I asked if he could give me a rapid test like one I could do at home, and he said in the worst attitude he could muster, "I can't do that." And upon asking why he would not provide me with an answer. Then I asked if there was anyway he could help us and if he had any suggestions or a possible solution to my dilemma, being a manager I had expected him to be a bit apologetic, sympathetic, or something, but instead he chose to yell, and I mean YELL, "What do you want me to do!" I am a very non-confrontational person and it scared me honestly so at that point without a further word I left. He was the prime example of the exact person you would never want to hire, and this experience was so bad I am unsure if Walgreens will ever receive my business again.

Monday, October 30 at 9:35 am, the employee by whom I was served was super rude, an unpleasant and rude attitude towards me, I really don't know where these guys are trained to serve their customers, I felt discrimination when I He said with attitude that he did not speak Spanish, I hope they take action with these types of people so that no one else goes through this unpleasant situation.

Not my usual store, but was in the area and needed a few things. The cashier was very slow, and not very friendly to anyone, and there were a lot of people standing in line, waiting. Then she went off somewhere and a woman I assumed was a manager type person checked us out, and was equally unpleasant. I’m glad I’m not local, so I don’t have to stop in that store on a regular basis, I’d definitely avoid it.

Cristian Rivero is a bad cashier. And Brian is even worse. They messed up my order and didn’t even apologize. And actually blamed me for their mistakes. If any responsible person read this you should trained your personnel better. Not happy with this store at all.

Pharmacist is lying about my doctor not sending in an eprescribe. They have stolen my paper prescription and have ruined my vacation. Avoid like the plague - knew I couldn’t trust Walgreens. Absolute garbage

How is it possible that the price of a product in the store when scanning it with the app is half of what you have to pay at the checkout? This only happens in Walgreens, because according to them, that price is only if you buy the product online.

Huge SHOUT OUT to DEEPAK (pharmacy on Conroy/Kirkman) in the Pharmacy department. He went the extra mile in helping me out even without me asking, and made my day better after my own (now Ex) physician was giving me the run around Deepak took it personally to go out of his way to sympathize and help me when I was feeling discouraged. You deserve a RAISE. I don't personally know you, but you made my day!!!!!! Props to DEEPAK!!! Shout out to DEEPAK!!!!

The pharmacist who helped me at the drive thru was very helpful, speedy, and friendly! The poor guy had a long line but was making sure everything was correct for my prescription and even changed my address for me! The turnaround time from doctor to pharmacy was super quick!

For your own good, avoid this store. I placed an online order to pick it up at this location and it has been seating in their mailbox for 4 days after delivery was made. If I don't call to check the status, they will not go to collect all the orders accumulated there. Then, the employee complained because he does not have a car to go to the mailbox and got all wet due to the rain. No, this is not the pharmacy around the corner, I'm talking about Walgreens. Welcome to corporate America!

Today was the worst experience that I have ever received at the pharmacy. It was a New African American woman wearing a red scarf around her head there and I called regarding my hbp meds. She was so rude to me over phone. She had zero compassion unlike all of the other employees of the store. People have serious health issues and we look to our pharmacy's consultants to be there to understand our needs and concerns. When I arrived at the pharmacy counter I stated that based off her actions I knew she had to be new, she corrected me and stated that she isn't new to walgreens just new at this location, she never apologized for her rude customer service, she just walked away yelling for a manager. I feel she need to go back to her previous location. Her skills don't match the warmth I feel from all the others. Highly disappointed with this new hire.I been coming to this location over 3yrs and now I feel like I need to switch to CVS pharmacy.

Manager doesn’t know their own policy and tries to give you BS reasons why they can’t accept coupons such as “coupons don’t apply towards in store promotions” when it’s basically a form of payment.She used that as an excuse to diss other store managers and even indirectly claimed I was having managers override my purchases to “coupon” and that I’m making them break the rules.Extremely unprofessional overall. Even a good manager would recommend calling customer service in case a digital coupon doesn’t work and not talking down to a customer and assuming things about other store managers just because you don’t understand your own policy or that sometimes the system glitches out.

Automated system said prescription would be ready any time after 9:15 pm. It was called in at 7:45 pm. However the prescription was not ready and I found out after the fact that the prescription was not ready at 9:15 pm because the pharmacy closes at 9pm. Had I known this I would have gone in and waited for it. My sister had major dental work done and needed that prescription tonight. Don't tell customers it will be ready when you know that the pharmacy will be closed before then.

I will give 2 stars in respect of the some employees that are very respectful but there is an HIMSELF ASSUMED Indian guy that discriminate Brazilians all the time. I can see him being respectful with other people but with us he is very rude and disrespectful even if you aren’t saying something. He almost break my bottles hiting it on the counter to show how angry he is with you at that moment. He almost tored my ID on porpouse and I interfered when he was manipulating it with ignorance. When the employers will take an action about this? I heard from other people that had the same experience with the same guy.P.s.: I love Indian people so I’m not saying they are like this guy, I’m just being more specific because other employees doesn’t have to be included

This was perhaps one of them worst experience I've ever had Miss V the Walgreens associate smelled of alcohol an extremely bad attitude could not read the receipts the numbers on it for my return probably cuz she's drunk automatically gave me back my item and took the customer right behind me I went to the manager the manager lewis was able to do the return without any implications. I believe this woman does not like being here and should not be in any customer service whatsoever I think Walgreens at the very least needs to make her take a sensitivity workshop class. The manager Lewis it's a perfect example of what a Walgreens associate Sudi and everybody else should strive to meet this standard.
