i love this place!! im 16 now but i have been going here since i was 3. ive owned conures and now a parrot but i would always choose this store over any chain store. we also are currently boarding my birds here Monty and Joker if you ever want to stop by and say hi. The staff here is so sweet, Arden is the store manager i believe and she is great. Along with Sandy and Glenn! They are all amazing people and this store has absolutely everything!!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience boarding my Roswell here! It was her first time boarding and my first time boarding anyone here in general and I was very confident after dropping her off!All the ladies were very sweet and knowledgeable and even let me set up the cage for her. I knew she would be well taken care of and loved how she could see/interact with other birds! I would 100% board Roswell here again if I needed to!

Love the Bird Store's fancy Budgies, I train them to be the the Emotional Support Pet. Love all of them (Parrotlets in the photo are from breeders, only parakeets I got from here). All enjoyed going out to places. Super wonderful n affordable companions, the parakeets.

Great place for boarding your bird there is an individual there that clips birds nails certain days of the week of course. They have a variety of a lot of things that are helpful like bird food and mixture of everything good place.

I brought my 91 year old friend to get a parakeet. This place is amazing! ARDEN was so helpful and patient! She’s such an amazing asset to the store. She got our cage all ready and told us everything we needed! We were so pleased. Thanks so much. We love our new baby bird😍

The people here are always super kind and helpful, the prices are very reasonable and a good selection of things you might need for your feathered friend! It's also always fun to say hi to the birds that are boarding there whenever you visit.

Sandy and team at the Bird Store are great. Perfect portions of food so we don’t have giant bags laying around. Cage variety and prices can’t be beat!

I have to say these are the most caring people!Last week I was on the phone with Arden. And called here because it’s a bird store. And my baby girl wasnt acting right. When I called the vet they were like OK well just make an appointment and got off the phone with me.They didn’t asked me questions or nothing so I decide to call them. And I was on the phone with Arden we were trying to get down to what’s going on with Locaã. And unfortunately she passed away. But Argan was on the phone before that with me. She helped me a lot we when we were trying to figure out what was wrong with her. When she called back I told her what happened and she gave me her condolences and they were very good to me on the phone.I actually went by there to say thank you so much.They are the most caring employees again thank you so much.

Very helpful and has all the foods birds love. My bird who is never been over 90 something grams is now at 106 g. He loves their millet. They were great little holders for holding the mail at all kinds of little dishes I could put extra feet around his cage for him to find. Really helpful

Massive selection, caring/knowledgeable staff, small/moderate selection of cute birds. From the moment you walk into this place, you see the giant selection of anything you could want from your birds, at very surprisingly good prices that are even competitive with online prices. The staff was very friendly and clearly cared a great deal about the birds and had no problems answering any questions, even more technical questions. Get offline and check out this store!

I had to board my bird for over a month and I am very impressed with The Bird Store. They let me board my bird in her own cage and were very attentive to all of my questions and needs. Debra in particular helped me a lot and was very considerate when I was in a hurry. The store is also very clean and the air quality (as far as dust put off by the birds) is excellent. I definitely will board with them again.

So Great. We have a 3year old Scarlet McCaw. He’s finicky with his food, and play bites (but so young he doesn’t understand it hurts). The lady was great with helping me with a good mix that he loves. A new chew toy, and some solid advice. Thank you so much

Me and my son walked in smiled and said hi. All we Got was a head nod and that's it. Ignored completely while in the store.. Me and my son went to the back of the store to look at the birds. The young girl watch US like we was going to steal Never once was ask if we needed Help. We felt very uncomfortable.. Smh..
