I don't support big pet corporations due to the mistreatment of countless animals they house. HOWEVER, the staff are so very nice and through PetSmart charities, they house cats that have been rescued by Whisker Town Cats. These cats do not belong to PetSmart and are properly taken care of by numerous, passionate volunteers. Please adopt, donate, or volunteer with the cats there. They are so very sweet. I volunteer with and fully support Whisker Town Cats.

Easily hundreds of dead fish in their display. Zero customer service. I asked for assistance, and was basically brushed off. Then I walked past the managers office and wasn't even acknowledged. The most disappointing pet store i have ever walked into.

So I am disappointed in pet smart along with the Harness KONG. I have Huskies (Akitas) & I was looking for something to use for a replacement collar since he broke out his choke collar somehow. I was led to a harness that a dog trainer agreed with me that it should work until I find something better for a collar. Well as you can see KONG HARNESS has False advertising & my dog has strong teeth. Please beware if I didn't catch my dog in the act 😅 he would be gone 🤯 thank you pet smart for wasted TIME ,ENERGY & MY MONEY!

We use this location for all our needs. Big shout out to Patrick the trainer. We have seen a great change with our dog and will continue to work at home in anticipation that Patrick gets certified to give CGC tests. When he does we hope to be back!

Great place, good selection of stuff. Very clean and organized. Decent prices but great sales on many items. I also take my dog to the Banfield veterinarian which is usually inside Petsmarts. It's very convenient. Only thing I've noticed is that there is usually only one person on registers and the line can get pretty long. A self checkout would definitely help. But overall recommend for your pet needs.

Excellent grooming services! I took my puppy to another Petsmart and they butchered her hair. It looked so bad. I came over to this Petsmart and asked for help and they were able to fix her up for free! She looks beautiful now. They were so accommodating, especially the Grooming General Manager. She cut my puppy’s hair and offered us an appointment on the spot. Don’t go to another Petsmart, go to this one!

I was bothered that they don't have to many pets for sale. The location is okay they have all the good brands of food. I took my dog for a cut. Great process for a haircut.

I went to a petsmart by my house and the lady informed me that they didn’t have girl hamsters and told me to head to this one that they do which she was correct . when I walked in I got a warm welcome and they found someone to help assist me when the hamster I wanted the lady who helped me even recommended food to me that was better for the hamster.It was a nice experience!!!

Oh my goodness what a nice crew. Had ordered online while out eating dinner and an hour had passed so went to store to try to pickup. Of course the order hadn't even made it to the store, but the employee up front( that was answering the phone and checking people out too} went above and beyond to get my order processed. As kind and helpful as anyone that has ever helped me!

Great place to shop, nice people, clean store and friendly. If making s online order for pickup you might want to be ready to wait for pickup when you arrive. Seem orders are early pulled in a timely manner but it's still convenient.

Akhaiti or Sukhaiti the manager of the grooming salon is a harsh bully of a manager she should be fired and deported for the way she treated me as a humble honest customer. Her poorly trained groomer cut my dog and gave bald patches all over my dog and the grooming manager BANNED us for speaking up! NEVER GROOM YOUR DOG AT PETSMART. Nothing SMART there! Also google petsmart grooming dogs are dying after going to petsmart. BOYCOTT PETSMART.

I will probably never return to this location- 8219 S John Young Pkwy. On October 7th 2022 the manager-STEVEN really aggravated me. i went to the store for an even exchange on my Dogs costume and was advised to call customer service for assistance. I spent 32 minutes outside the store on the call to get assistance for and exchange on the same costume! I then return to the store to exchange the costume again with the gift card provided by customer service. A very polite lady (Des) assisted me with the exchange WITH NO ISSUES AND IN SECONDS. I did NOT need to call customer service nor did i need to pay anything after all. I could not believe how i was treated by the manager and other staff, I left this location so agitated and angry. i just spent all that time for a simple exchanges for a smaller size costume. Ridiculous!!!

Got my kennel for my Pitbull to go in the back of my new car (no hair in my new car) and it was a perfect fit. I got the mesh one that zip up on the sides so that It could fold it down easily when I'm not using it. And it's just perfect for what I need. and I also got the bed on sale for $22, it's a Christmas bed, but he don't care he loves it. We found some treats that look just like chicken, like REAL CHICKEN 🍗 and thigh and wing. HOPEFULLY THIS REVIEW IS HELPFUL TO SOMEONE. WE JUST LOVE PETSMART! 💯

I hate doing returns or exchanges. I always feel like a nuisance, especially when the exchanged merchandise was used. Granted only my dog and I only went on one walk but I failed to realize the leash wasn't adjustable.So you can imagine the anxiety I had when I asked for an exchange of leashes. They helped me without question and now I can walk my dog with various leash lengths!Thanks pets mart! I'll be more aware of leash length in the future but know that I may be able to exchange when I need is amazing.

We hAv bot many fishes from them,each one is doing well...the last batch betta we bot we did not even change her into the tank she was dead n she did not even look dead until the morning I realised she is not moving...they exchanges her no questions asked.As said sometimes there is no one to help

I went in to purchase a dog crate and I truly had a great experience. The associates greeted me and treated me very well. I found what I was looking for very quickly and the cashier was very professional and friendly. I did not feel like I was being rushed out, on the contrary, I felt very happy to be there and was treated like family. I will continue to shop here and recommend to my family and friends.
