Very pleaee the selection of items, for all my pets, place it big, spacious, it's kept clean, and had no weird smells. Considering the amount t of pet traffic they receive, it's a plus that you can have so many services in one location, from. Buying pet supplies to vet services, spa and bath services, and even pet training, I love that they hold pet adoption days and prices are very competitive compared to other stores.I would love to see more exotic animals... some us love snakes more than dogs, or other types of reptiles more than birds... over all, very please with the visit....Found everything we needed for my cats, dogs, birds, and reptiles.

IMO: Gabe and Charles are the only two in the store rn that know anything about Hamsters. You guys are awesome! Tysm for the great customer service.

You shouldn't waste people's time ..I drove 25 minutes each way to come to your store because your hours on maps said you close at 9pm and your own phone when I called for store hours say you close at 9 but the store closes at 8. So when I got there 8:20 your store was closed already. Thanks for wasting almost a hour of my time driving ..for nothingHighly unprofessional . Your stores management needs to get it together ..I'm mad you wasted my time , and my gas. Neither of which are cheap

This PetSmart is clean, organized and well stocked. The staff here are friendly, professional and very helpful. The shopping center it’s located in has a traffic light so there’s easy access to get in and out. There’s ample parking with easy access to the front of the store.

We took our pup to get her nails trimmed on a Sunday. We did not make an appointment. The groomers were friendly and quick with the service. This Pet Smart was clean and had a lot of variety of supplies.

Their grooming is AWSOME! I have 2 small dogs that need constant grooming I needed someone fast. So far They've visited about 4 times and each time they were perfect! My fur babies are soo happy! 😍Here's Mo! Thank you Nikki!

We bring our two dogs here to get their check ups as well as getting them groomed. Place is always clean, staff are always helping. Except their grooming. Came back with our dogs cut wrong and had some cuts on them.

Always has a great, inclusive items on hand. Especially used when I adopted my 2 cocker spaniels a few years ago. Used them for grooming until I found a groomer who came to my home. They did a great job.

I went straight to the register to pick up my order. There was already a customer checking out and I would be the next customer. My wait was no longer than 2 minutes when another associate saw me standing and helped me at another register. Justin was friendly and quick to find my order. Probably my favorite petsmart location

I love Petsmart but find some cashiers harder to deal with than others who are friendly and make your shopping experience a pleasant one.One of those cashier asks to show him a picture of the food price , published by a competitor company now, to match it for me , it has to be the same brand and size, which I respect, but to make sure the internet shows same flavour under shipping tab is hard sometimes, and the internet does not work at the store most of the times, and he does not accept a previous photo shot, he says it has to see the price on the internet now!!When I show him the pic and the price by a package of 24 cans, he doesn’t know how to divide the price over 24 !! And people in the line behind me start to complain about the writing time ! I buy big amount of food.This Petsmart in Orlando is on Colonial next to Semoran Blvd, and I admire the experienced managers that I knew for years they always come to help and they have all it takes to solve the issue fast!but recently none of them were available and this cashier could not calculate the price on his calculator!! The very young “ assistant manager?” Wanted to go to the office to look at my old receipts to match the price of 6 cans with a last week price, and took her time to log in and search !!I decided not to wait any longer as the amount I was purchasing was very small and does not with the wait.I am not going there anymore although I will miss most of the employees and old managers.

If you love your pet, DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS PETSMART GROOMING!!!!!They seem to all be in training, and the main groomer wasn’t doing a good job at training!! The groomer that had my smaller dog was rude and stated how she’s not used to dogs with disabilities and next time she would have to charge me double because of his disability!My dogs upon picking them up, were upset, stressed, the haircuts were choppy, one of the dogs had nicks! I paid for the extra pampering and grinding. Neither of them had grinding or extra pampering!Find a different PetSmart if you have to go to a PetSmart, otherwise go somewhere, anywhere else!!

We took our amazing wonderful dog for grooming this morning after we had an appointment at the colonial drive Pets Mart grooming department . He has been going there for the past 12 years . Today they refused service claiming he was too old to stand and won't accept liability . His nails were too long and could not stand on plastic bed to be groomed . To make the story short . They showed no compassion or mercy toward our family dog . All they wanted was an easy job in and out . We are so disappointed in this corporate store that shows nothing but rude and unprofessional service . We don't recommend this place ever again .

I bring my senior schoodle to this Petsmart location regularly for grooming. This most recent grooming completed Nicole was great. His ears were well cleaned, the pads of his feet were perfectly trimmed and he overall looked and smelled great after his appointment. She even took great care to clip down his nails fully (as requested during our initial review of services) since they were quite long. Very happy with the service and will continue to return.

I wanted to get the prices for the grooming and end up buying toys and a couple stuff for my dog. The toys are lasting longer than any toy I’ve bought him but I also bought a container and didn’t check the lid and the cashier didn’t either because it was inside of the container and when I got home discovered that it was broken.Making the change was pretty easy.
