One of the cleanest Petco I’ve been to. They did great for my peke-poo who is a difficulty one to groom due to her uneven feathering hair. My favorite in the area. The pitbull came back smelling amazing, which is hard given her short hair.

4 times in 2 weeks have i gone to the store ( very close to home) to get info/quote and to make an appoinment for my goldendoole and no one is never helpful. Only 2/4 have i seen a groomer working and she always alone and way too busy to even notice me standing there. I have waited at the counter in the grooming area enough time to feel awkward. Again today i see no one and when i ask who can help me, an employee told me she's on lunch. I dont blame the groomer. The store is a failure and not helpful at all.

This is my store to buy everything to my cat. Unfortunately the last 3 times the cashiers barely look at us, don’t pack items, and give us the bag IF we ask for it but don’t pack it for us. What is happening to your cashiers customer service? I don’t want to believe this is how your employees will take care your customers. Just to make clear, I’m not talking about the 150% customer service rule we have these days, only talking about been a normal person when you have a client in front of you.

I love this store and my dogs haircuts are always well done, there was only one time I had comments and they do it perfect ever since. I would like if customer don’t have to wait for too long to check in but I get it seems the same staff that handles the appointments does the haircuts and baths? then it makes sense. Overall i keep coming back.

Took my babies today zion and Enzo for their first bath at this location and they looked great, specially happy not stressed at all.I definitely recommend this location for dog grooming and supper affordable to get your fur babies clean :)

Do not take your dogs here for grooming services they are liars and will hit you with fees. Read every single word and do not trust the groomer checking your dog in because she will bump your package up and tell you oh well you signed it . I will never come back here AGAIN

We love Alejandra at the Lee Vista Petco in Orlando. She is the sweetest and really listens! Our Lucy gets excited to see her when we tell her she is getting groomed, which has never happened before! And if you are a member of Petco's Vital Rewards program, it really helps with savings that apply to groomings also.

I've could done myself. My puppy has unpaired hair all over his body. Horrible is the word for how he looks and on top of that I had to pay $55. He doesn't even smell nice. Definitely wont be back or recommend to anybody your services

If you are not a vip customer your dogs grooming is stopped, he’s put in a cage because all vip customers are priority. I had an appointment with Mia the best. When I got there then they told me she was transferred.

The ladies that handled both my dogs did a great job and were so gentle with my pups. You can tell their love for animals. Thank you so much for making my older dog Manchas' visit easy and anxious free. Even if it was a nail trim, I will definitely be back for other services with them.

I looked at the website for grooming 8AM instead of store hours 9AM. I arrived promptly at 8AM as my pup was WAAAAAY overdue for a nail trim. I was met at the door by Bailey (Petco employee) who let me know grooming did open at 8AM, but they werent sure if they could take a walk in. German (Petco employee)arrived a few minutes later and said although he wasnt sure of their schedule I could come in and wait at the grooming area. Both of them were extremely polite and helpful!!!!!When i got to the grooming area I was informed that unfortunately it was by appointment only and they couldnt do anything to help, but i could come back at 9AM. They then further explained, they couldnt take walkins due to the register being closed and I was welcome to come back at 9AM. I explained it took me over 35 minutes to come there & I couldnt come back. They politely directed me to the exit. I asked if I could ask a manager to open the register, could they take my pup to grind his nails then.. they said yes if i could get someone to open the register. German without any hesitation said yes and Bailey came a few minutes later and checked me outGERMAN & BAILEY SAVED MY DAY .....and my pup!!!!!Thank you!!!!

My dog’s coat is soft, clean, and his are nails trimmed good. The staff is great with their customer service. Their friendly demeanor always makes me feel welcomed and my dog loves going there.

Mia is absolutely fantastic!!! Emma responds to Mia tremendously and that is such a joy. Mia is very professional, thorough with her job and explains everything that will take place. God bless her because in this day and age, there are very few individuals who actually enjoy what they do and with Mia, you truly feel and see that she enjoys her job. Bravo !!!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This review is regarding their dog clinic. I brought my 2 dogs there knowing they had ear infections. Told them as much. Was charged $75 per dog for them to tell me the dogs had ear infections. Then tried charging me an additional $110 for medication. They didn’t clean the dogs ears out. Didn’t do anything other than look in a dirty ear and tell me what I already knew. Is $110 medication miraculously supposed to clean the dogs ears out? Supremely incompetent clinical care. I only went to them because, under this quarantine, many other capable places are closed. But rest assured I will NEVER go back to a petco again. Horrible service. Only interested in charging you. Not interested in helping your dog heal. This is what you can expect from a chain business. Care that isn’t personalized. Just focused on money over service.

My dog still has fleas and not sure what to do about it. The bath helped, but he is still scratching like crazy. He looks great! The staff were great!

I took my puppy Mila for her routine vaccines on Saturday 7/24/21 and also for symptoms of a urinary tract infection. Veterinarian was very knowledgeable and proceeded with urinalysis. On Sunday I was called that Mila had a UTI. Antibiotics would be ready for pick up as they were open until 2pm. When I got home I questioned myself why would they order clindamycin for UTI versus standard line of treatment. When I looked at the box; the medication was different from the actual label that was prescribed (Amoxicillin). A medication error had been made. I have proof as I took pictures. I called them and they apologized. They said I could come in to get the correct medication as they were open until 2pm. I said; yes I willBe in my way. As I am driving; they calledme to make sure I’m going to make by 2 as if their medication error was not a big deal. When I got there; the two young girls acted like this was not a big deal. I had to educate them on the seriousness of this mistake. I myself prescribe medications but for humans and this mistake is not forgiving and should not be for a pet. Thankfully Mila was not hurt. However they looked at me quietly because they knew they had messed up. I told them this was serious and needed to be addressed. I’ve never received a call about the situation but I can tell you that Mila will never go back because of the incompetence in their staff side. Very sad because the veterinary did the right thing meanwhile her staff was in a hurry to get off work and made a mistake.

I only get my dog's nails trimmed and buffed. Even though it was SUPER busy that day (everyone getting their dogs ready for Thanksgiving) The staff was really nice and fast!
