I have been taking Archer to Yoko for years! She is always so kind, thoughtful and thorough with him. He loves her as well. I can’t imagine going to another Groomer when Yoko makes it so simple and knowing she’ll take good care of my little one!

Petco Grooming Services posts its hours as 0800 - 1800. However, when I showed up this morning - a Saturday - shortly after 0800, Stephanie told me she was all alone, taking care of 2 dogs & that I’d have to wait 1/2 hour for her to be able to trim Sweetie Pie’s nails & brush her teeth. Another tech wasn’t on duty till 0900 & a third tech not till 0930, I believe she said. I was greatly disappointed that I was unable to be served as a walk-in. Petco Grooming Services should advertise its hours according to the techs’ schedules; i.e., when they are fully staffed, be that 0900 or 0930. Petco loses much business by being unable to accommodate multiple walk-ins, especially during such busy times as weekends. That being said, depending upon the tech - Kayla producing the best results for Sweetie Pie - I am usually quite satisfied with the grooming services provided.

Terrible customer service. I was a loyal customer and just had the worse experience with the “new grooming manager” She was rude, wanted to charge more than I used to pay for years. Kayla and Andrea always did a great job, this new lady did a poor job, overpriced and she was very pushy. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Not coming back ever again.

Was told that I’d have to pay for full service although the dog groomer was unable to clip my dog’s nails. The dog groomer didn’t seem helpful when I asked her why I’d still have to pay full price for a service that wasn’t done.

Great service. The groomers are animal lovers and you can tell they are passionate about their craft. We went to pickup our dog and you can see the pride one of the groomers took. She took her time to make sure our pup looked perfect haha.

Would give them more stars if I could. They are amazing with my pup, excellent service, and reliable and responsive. I myself am a terrible planner, but they are always so accommodating when I call last minute. They are the only ones I trust with my lil senior nugget.

Horrible service, my dog has been going here for the last 2 months, walked in today and was told she can not groom over 25lb dogs….. they know how much my dog weighed prior to confirming his appointment and waited to tell me this when I arrived with my dog. They constantly have little staff or new staff.

It is clear that the groomers, at least Glorimar, are dog lovers and they treat their customers with patience and care, even if they are less than cooperative. Wish the place looked nicer, but in the end, it's the service they provide that counts. At least for a first experience, I'm very happy.

My dog always comes out happy and smelling fresh. It's a great friendly pet place. The only thing I'd want is his nails cut a little lower otherwise I have no complaints.

Let me first say I have always had great experience with Petco the groomers are always courteous polite in very attentiveI have been going to Petco for 2 years and my dog Maximus just got the worst manicure and face trim ever. I Have always been satisfied with previous groomers but this visit october the 19 was the worst ( new guy)

I love our groomer Natasha. I bring five dogs up there to be groom too large and three small need not only bass but also to be shaved I trust no one other than her to touch my dogs and if she ever leaves I will no longer bring my dogs to Petco she's the only reason that I come there and she is the only reason that I go specifically to that groomer.

I waited for over 29 minutes for someone to wait on me for a scheduled appointment then was refused service when I got testy. Extremely poor customer service. Offered a 50% discount the next day AFTER. My dog was groomed at another pet store. So disappointed

Petco has the best groomer's, they are very well trained to take care of all different breeds of dogs, and dogs reactions to being groomed. The petco groomer's are also very friendly, informational, educated, and good at communicating.
