I got to say Jianna is a very well informed, kind, and personable employee. She greeted me and while ringing in my items noticed my kitten was traveling with me, and greeted my kitten as well. She gave me personal opinions about the food I was buying and advice on how to get the best experience out of the product, she directed me to a toy that was near the register and shared that her cats enjoyed playing with something similar. It was only $5 so I added it to my purchases, my Kitten loves it, great recommendation. She upsold me on this item that I wasn't even looking for, it is a hit. Her hair is also so pretty, warm and welcoming smile, and great attitude. I hope she enjoys working with this company as she seems like she cares about making someone's experience a good one.

I come to this Petco all the time and have never had any problem until I spoke to a manager named Cassie who was completely rude and had a very bad attitude towards me the second she saw and spoke to me. I came to return two fish because it was within the 30 day return policy. And one of the fish we had purchased prior had too babies so our tank got too full. She asked me what I was trying to do and I told her I wanted to return the fish. She then proceeded to ask me questions about why I want to return them which honestly she does not need to know if I’m within the 30 days. But she then started talking down to me as if I was stupid and kept trying to push me to buy chemicals for my tank or two more fish. I told her again I am just trying to return my fish and she proceeded to give me the nastiest attitude I have ever received in any customer service experience I’ve had IN MY LIFE. I then calmly asked her why she was speaking to me like this and with an attitude she says “I’m trying to figure out what you want me to do” I then say again like I said multiple times that I just want to return my fish and I don’t know why you are speaking to me like this it’s very disrespectful. She’s then leaves and I turn to the person who was checking me out and say how that was a very uncomfortable situation and that she was very rude and shouldn’t be working with people if she has an attitude problem and doesn’t know how to speak to someone with manners and respect especially the customer. The other coworker then tells me they have issues with her all the time from other customers as well and that she has an attitude problem with the people she works with as well. I come to find out after talking with the cashier more that there was no room to put my fish that I wanted to return and that that seemed to be the reason she wanted me to buy more fish and didn’t want me to return them in the first place. In all honestly I don’t care if you don’t have room or that you want to me buy something. I followed the return policy and she was in my personal business needing reasons on why I was returning them and then proceeded to be one of the rudest people I have ever meet. Multiple people that work there with her have also complained about her attitude. She needs a reality check if she’s gonna keep talking to people the way she does she will definitely cause a serious problem in the future. And if I had to work with her that would be the most uncomfortable and toxic work environment I have ever seen. She was talking to someone that was helping us on a different day before all of this and she tapped their shoulder and once she walked away they swiped where she touched them. That right there is all someone needs to see to know that their manager is a pos. If I could call the Petco CEO and complain I would because she seriously was so disrespectful as a 50 year old Petco manager who probably isn’t married for obvious reasons… thanks for listening

Absolutely the worst grooming place I’ve ever taken my dog. Here’s a picture right before she goes into her first grooming appointment at Petco. Kayla was the one who attended me with my dog and she was nice but then later called me stated she’s going to give me the service for free all because she couldn’t cut my dogs nails. I said well ok then. When I went to go pick up my dog which is literally my baby my world. She looked like she was mistreated and harassed. She doesn’t bite. She’s not aggressive she’s the most loving dog I’ve ever met and Kayla gave me no explanation in person until I called and asked again. I feel so bad for my baby. She doesn’t even want to play with my daughters or even wants anyone to touch her. She’s been crying and seems like she’s in pain. By far the worst place I’ve gone.

The manager with the cross earning is very rude. His attitude was terrible when I asked him why there was stickers on the dog food bags for $65 and they are saying it’s not 65 and it’s 79. I asked him to go take a look at the other bags and he said no I know what I’m doing and walked away

Absolutely awful place. I used to love coming here. The staff used to being incredibly helpful and nice. Lately, they want to impose a ten cent bag fee or no bag at all. I spend hundreds of dollars a month here and have been coming to this location since 2008. They are incredibly rude about it and Brandon the manager said that he was perfectly fine with losing my business.Your ten cent bag fee goes to YOU not the planet. If you want sustainability then find sustainable methods to supply your customers their products instead of plastic bags, NOT an insanely increased cost PER BAG. You are profiting and not benefiting the planet.If you want to REWARD customers then give them a discount for bringing their own bags.

The cashier was sooo nice and a pleasure. Location usually never carries my size dog food but love the option for my dog treats. It’s never a lose lose situation, some way there’s a win. Not too bad :)

I went to this store today to buy a Ferret and the blonde attendant with glasses gave us terrible service, her prejudice against Latinos was clear and she said she couldn't sell it to me because I didn't have a SSN, just because I'm not American and I didn't want to. He showed me the ferret and said he couldn't sell me without a social or just one, he could only sell the 2 together because they don't live alone and we know they live very well alone, just to let you know, I have a SSN, I'm not an asylum seeker , I'm a nurse and I serve this country and I'm going to seek my rights because of her prejudice towards me, terrible service, terrible professional and prejudiced.

Generally, the store is ok.This store carries a food brand that isn't at all pet stores. However, their quantity is usually only 10-12 cans of a specific variety. This could be due to popularity?I am not keen on 10 cent bags for purchases. It doesn't feel like an attempt to save the planet as much as another profit center. The bags surely cost the company less than 1 cent each at the bulk prices they are paying. Bringing back plastic bags to reuse. Other companies that do this have significantly higher strength and quantity bags. Gee.. this review turned into a discussion about plastic bags.It's one of the last impressions your customers have upon leaving your store.

The cashier was not willing to assist when asked if there was a product available. Only stated if it’s not on the floor then it’s in the back and we can’t touch it, then proceeded to go back into her phone. Another employee ended up getting the product and was very helpful. When checking out the cashier again was on her phone while ringing up. When the total was different from the price we had she rudely replied “Well just tell me what it should be that’s all you gotta do”. The entire time she was again on her phone and ringing me up, mind you there is now a line and she’s still on her phone. Being cashier you’re the first impression and the last impression of the store. All the other times my visits have been great, the cashiers always on point. This day and this cashier, however I appeared to be bothering her while she was on her phone. Very disappointing.

DONT TAKE YOUR PUPPY TO THIS PLACE .. Staff is very unprofessional, my dog went there for a first check out and they just refused my dog for VetCare.. If you are a “vet” you need to help dogs not leave them alone, and send the dog to someone else. What a useless individuals work here, specially “the manager” and “the vet”.

I love this Petco. It's near my home. Not far off from the Millenia Mall. This is where I get all of my dogs food, and toys. As well as various other items, blankets, leashes, harnesses. I also get my lizards stuff here. I have a leopard gecko and they have a vast supply of items for him unlike other places where I don't have as much luck.They're always clean, and very friendly. Even when it's busy it's a big enough space to not feel overwhelmed or to be overcrowded. The prices are always fair and good, and it's in a shopping center that has good parking.Highly recommend!

Took my 2 dogs in to be groomed. I told her to trim close around the faces but not too short on my Maltese's back because he could burn in the sun. His back was shaved very close in spots...as well as completely uneven all over. He's never had such a poor grooming. Won't be going back to that Petco.

A helpful young lady saw me looking at the frozen dog food. She assisted me and recommend dog food for my very picky dog who is also suffering from allergies. So far my fur baby is a little better from her allergies after a nice bath with the recommended shampoo and she is kind of eating the food. Still a little picky.

What a great store! Lots of sales and a pretty good variety of products for your pets. I went in looking for chews for my dog because she is such a biter. I was surprised at the variety of good toys and different types of chewy bones that are easily digestible.

I used to love bringing my dog here to be groomed but they have become incredibly unhelpful and refused to see my dog even though I had a vet letter that they requested. They didn’t even call me until the morning of the appointment to request a letter that they refused to even look at when we brought it in.

Due to a scheduling conflict I had to reschedule my dog's appt. But he wasn't feeling well for his next scheduled appt., due to my giving him a Capstar for fleas. When I called to reschedule they told me I needed to take him to the vet and bring in a note saying he was ok to be groomed, because he was 12 years old. This was completely unnecessary, and he was groomed elsewhere, hassle-free.

I take all three of my dogs this Petco I absolutely love their grooming department and the people that work for them they do a fabulous job even on my drama queen of a dachshund. My dogs are always excited to go the staff is very friendly courteous customer service is unbelievable. I've even had to do an exchange there in a return and it's always very smooth and easy I'd recommend this specific Petco to anybody if you're looking for a decent price good customer service excellent classes and a great grooming department this is the place to go.

Dropped of my dog to get groomed at 5:45. I was told to give them 1.5 hours so I planned on returning at 7:15. I walked in at 7:20 and the person that took care of us first words to me were, "where have you been, (the groomer- i dont remember her name) said she has been calling and texting you all day". I received 1 call and 1 text at 6:58 that my dog was ready. I was already driving there so I didn't answer or text back (I'm 20 min away from that location).The grooming service was ok but very poor customer service - will not be coming back to this location.

10/10 would recommend Petco at Millenia. They’re friendly like Jason who usually runs the cash register. He’s informative, very helpful & kind to everyone. Don’t get me started on my baby’s groomer Yoko. She’s the best and the only one I trust to groom my baby. She’s very kind and loving with him because he’s a bit much. Petco at Millenia will always be my pet store of choice!

Staff was super helpful and made sure we had an established tank before allowing us to bring home our first few fish. Make sure you are signed up for their rewards program, I ended up with 1 free fish because of it. We purchased the Glow tank and love it!

I had an appointment for 2 and when I got there they did the regular thing they asked stuff about my dog and a phone number and said it would take 1hr and 20min, first I didn’t know it was a drop off and when I had asked about my dog they told me the girl was on break I didn’t say anything and they explained that it was a drop off. After that they gave me the ticket to pay without showing me my dog and I paid. It took them 3hrs and my dog was still wet and her paw pad was ripped off, i went back and asked her and she said it was like that but she had checked my dog before taking her to the back to groom.I’ll never take her to grooming again!! I put two photos for comparison of the two paws.
