I always enjoy visiting this location for my cat food, litter and treats. Items are well organized and easy to find. The location is also convenient, and I receive coupons in the mail so I always get discounts. The itemized receipts are very clear and show exactly how much was saved on each product. Overall I'm very satisfied and will continue to visit. Thanks!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They have a great selection of items for dogs, cats, reptiles and fish. Their prices are good and if you find it cheaper online they will price match. They also have live crickets and frozen mice for feeding your pets.

RUDE employees and the new owners stopped giving a military discount. I've been overcharged a few times. The female manager today refused to tell us how we can contact the new owners and blew us off. She was not the only rude and unhelpful employee today. Despite us purchasing a large & heavy bag of dog food and multiple bags of cat food & a smaller bag of dog food, not one employee offered to help us carry the stuff to the car.Customer service has become HORRIBLE since the new owners took over.

I went to get my dog groomed, they’re more money than any place else and they don’t do everything that other groomers do. But it was close to where I lived and I thought I’d try it. They did the worst job that’s ever been done on my dog. The one thing I made a point of, make sure you do the feet, they did not do the feet. Then I told them can you do the feet so they took her back and they only cut a little bit under her pads and I wanted her foot to be done it looks like they didn’t even shave her. They also did not cut her nails.I was in shock I don’t think they knew what they’re doing. So I wasted the money and now I have to go to another groomer to have her done right, but I have to wait until next month now to have the money. I’m so disgusted.

Awesome place. I find the products I need here for my Koi fish. I have a 300 gallon pond. The staff is great. They know exactly what I need when I explain my situation. My fish are thriving and very healthy. Just finished getting my last four Koi. And a couple of other items I needed. Thank you so much. You guys were great.

They had a lot of stuff suitable for my frog and they price match almost anything. Both my mom and I were able to get stuff for our animals.Also. I got to pet a snake. That was awesome.

Definitely, I love this store. The prices are literally cheaper for the same product in different stores. Gordon helped me a lot when I was choosing my fish tank. I prefer this store than others in the area

Good selection of toys and supplies. Surprisingly large store and well stocked. Great selection of high end healthy food and treats, and although I have not had the need to use them myself, grooming services and a selfie dog wash in back. It's a great local shop for pretty much anything for a pet but the vet.

UPDATE…..I’m giving this store a better review now because they have improved on some of the things I’ve originally mentioned, also because now Gordon works there he was at the Hoffner store which is now permanently closed and he is the best employee! He remembered me when I came to the store. He helped me tremendously with trying to find food for my dog is an asset to the company. So definitely shout out to Gordon.——————————I use the Self service dog wash 4-8 times a month. The “Dirty Dog wash card” is more expensive at this location than any other and now they are increasing the cost even more to $60 for 5 washes. The towels are stained and old. The dryer on the left Tub barely works. The bathrooms are permanently “out of order”. I understand the need for price increases however the services need to be up to par to warrant it.The location on Goldenrod and Hoffner is where I will be going from now on. $35 for 5 washes (big difference) bathrooms are always available equipment is in good shape - proof is in the pudding

Everyone’s super nice and helpful here! Far better deals than petco and petsmart!They also have food like Victor and Diamond you wouldn’t otherwise find at petsmart or petco.Check ‘em out!

I came in looking for dog food and a water container to fit on my kennel for my dog's flight to Panama.I asked a young man who worked there where I could find the products and he told me where the water bowls were. When I stated that I was looking for something that fit on the kennel, he was very surly and told me that what was there was what he had. However, another employee told him they were by the kennels. He just pointed and grunted where they were and walked away.They did not have what I wanted.

Customer service is horrible, bugs all over the dog treats, and the dog-wash area apparently closes 30 minutes or depending on whomever is working an hour prior to the store closing.

Great location and super nice staff. Grooming services were affordable and they did a great job. I was so happy I was also able to pick up puppy food at the same time. Store is well organized and easy to find what you need!!

I used the dog wash station. The tubs were all gross. The corners and edges in every one were covered in mildew and mold.I considered not even putting my dog in the tub to wash her. While we were washing an employee came over to “clean” a used tub and all she did was rinse the hair down the drain. The tubs need a good scrubbing BAD.

One of our go to pet shops for pet food, they always have a great selection. Very disappointed on our last visit. They had a three tier ferret cage that had messes on every tier and had fallen on the floor around it. I have never ran into a pet store with such a dirty cage.

Customer service is non existent. The 2 currently working have 0 clue how anything works there. After telling me I had to wait 24 hours to wash my 2 dogs. The female manager "katt" playing with her mouth piercing was totally unprofessional and disgusting, the whole time we spoke. She didn't explain nothing, the fact she's in management and has 0 clue how things works shows how well the job market is doing. She didn't even care to try and explain how any of the process works. That shows how much she really cares about her job. She sure wasted a lot of time before just taking a moment to write something down, Idc even what it was. Just the simple fact that she had to take a moment out of her "BUSY schedule" and show a LITTLE CUSTOMER SERVICE was good enough for me. Because that's what a REAL MANAGER would do in the beginning. They don't waste time avoiding GOOD customer service. I do REALLY appreciate the Owner telling her NOT TO YELL AT HIS CUSTOMERS! Kudo's. Now, just replace her with a respectable manager and I would have probably been sold 2 dog washes on top the soap just for my daughter to "pamper" her pups. Instead, she let me walk out with my refund.

Love the self-service bathing, has everything you need while saving you the mess at home. Employees are always nice and keep the store clean, plus they have regular sales so I never need to go anywhere else. So many cute seasonal items too, makes me happy they have a rewards program now.

After checking there website and driving 45min to then wait 10min for a very slow sales associate ring up a lady with about 50 can of cat food . I was then told the dog grooming area was closed since 8pm and it was now 8.25pm which would of given me plenty of time to wash and dry my dog . Buy I guess I should of know when they were pulling in there signs. To then I could come back at 9am . Don't offer a service if you don't advertise that you close at a time.
