I had a great experience all because of Demus, store employee. First, he was great when he gave information over the phone. Next, at the store, he guided me through my first dog-wash experience while I was traveling with my dog. He was so very helpful and patient so I truly appreciate his kindness after a long flight/business trip. Thanks again, you’re the best!

We use the self-wash stations twice a month. The staff are generally helpful. We drive to this location from 12 miles away because our local locations doesn’t have the wash station option.

I’ve had a few unpleasant experiences with this store. I tried to price match an item and was told “why didn’t you just go to the petco nearby” which I should’ve because they would’ve had more options.I also tried to make a quick grab for cat litter once and their store hours didn’t match their posted hours so they had the door locked and gestured from inside they were closed.Overall I’d take the extra 15 minute drive to Lake Nona and visit that store!

Great customer service I was helped right away after looking around for less than sixty seconds. I'm sure I looked a bit lost therefore an employee approached me kindly and professionally asking if I needed help. I sure did, since I was new to the store. Nevertheless, I found the food for both my Doberman and Charles King Spaniel quickly exactly what I went into the store looking for. An additional plus is the place is clean, organized, and parking is pretty close or far if you prefer there is a ton of parking it's right next to lots of shopping centers.The staff whom were friendly they are also very well-informed of the pet products and I am extremely happy with the service and will continue to go here.

Do not trust any animal advice these people give you. See advice from professional sources. These are people who grew up with a dog in their house and think they're animal experts. These people have no credentials or legitimate experience caring for animals. Pet supermarket deliberately hires people lacking in knowledge and experience because it turns a profit. All advice given about exotic animals is especially untrustworthy. Many of the products sold for domestic and exotic animals are unhealthy or life threatening to pets. All pet supermarket cares about is money. You are delusional if you think these people are "pet care specialists".

We always have a great experience coming to this location. The staff are friendly & knowledgable, store is bright & clean, and we like the option of a wash station. Last month, Devon was super helpful with finding the right food for our stomach-sensitive pup. She loves her new diet now and when we went in today to buy some more, unfortunately it was out of stock. Both Graham and Devon spent a significant amount of time tracking the item down for us online and at other stores. We left the store feeling well taken care of. We so appreciate the amazing customer service here. Thanks, guys!

I’ve been a customer of this location and the location on aloma for awhile. My review is for PetSupermarket as a whole. My biggest complaint is the self wash stations. I love having this option but the area is not well maintained all the time. It really depends on who is working. Yesterday at the lake Nona location I used the self dog wash and the cashier stated station 2 in the middle is ready. When I walked into the area I almost fell and my dog slipped on the steps twice. The female worker seen my dog slip but did nothing to clean the area. The floor was soaked. There was piles of dog hair over the entire floor. There was a customer and her husband washing and then blow drying a their dog that had hair flying all over me, in my wash station, and over the entire area. When I put the harness over my dogs neck it was full of hair. I had to clean the area before I could wash my dog. It was disgusting and I wish I took pictures like I started too but I didn’t want to upset the owner of the excessive shedding dog. I was blowing hair out of my mouth as it was flying in every direction. There should be a restriction on excessive shedding. This was not the first time my experience was horrible due to owners whose dogs shed beyond control.The staff is relaxed. They don’t do to much they do what is the minimum at lake Nona. Aloma staff is amazing but have shedding issues as well.Can’t really review merchandise as I find the pricing higher so I shop elsewhere. I really hope something is done about the shedding.

The staff is so friendly and has always made great recommendations for us. We have two cats that are very picky eaters. We were able to get recommendations on the highest quality cat food, across multiple brands, flavors and textures. The ladies in there really know their kitty stuff!

Five stars!!!! This place was great. There staff was friendly and they have a great $10 wash in place for pets, including an apron, shampoo, towels and of course a dryer! I love the experience of using a high sink for my Pet Bull by the way yes all breeds and sizes are welcome here 😊

My boyfriend and I went into the store to get treats for our puppy. My boyfriend has a peanut/tree nut allergy so we knew from the last time we went to ask for the ingredients of the treats in the clear plastic container. The sales associate Jesus told us everything had peanuts. So I stated oh the last time we came in the lady helped us and had a book with the ingredients and told us what we could get but we forgot. He just goes yeah they all have peanuts. I wasn’t really happy about this as allergies are very serious. Probably will not be returning and just go to another pet store since the sales associate does not want to be a good customer service associate. Really upsetting :(

I've shopped there twice for my 2 dogs. Selection is good, staff is friendly and prices are reasonable. I've bought treats, calming treats, a leash, a harness, toys and even had one of my dog's tag made there. I have not shopped for food here as I have it mailed to me from Petco.

Rude and disrespectful staff. All 3 of the employees all ganged up on me and my family because we wanted to was our dogs AN HOUR AND HALF BEFORE they close. They all made up things and couldn’t get there reasons straight on why they turned us way. But bottom line, they were just lazy and did not want to clean up and do THEIR job. They made smart comments and remarks on my way out and I chose to ignore it.

If you don’t care about your health or Covid, then I highly recommend shopping there. They have a sign on the door that reads “Masks required” but today I was in there and 5 different people came in and shopped, washed their dog with no masks. I spoke to the manager who said they were told they can’t enforce it. What about making other customers in the store uncomfortable? I left. I guess they are anxious for business.Our county has a mask mandate and just because people don’t want to wear masks, a business should not allow people in without one, even if they refuse to wear a new one that store provides. .

I used the bathing station today for the first time. I bathed my 60 llb labradoodle. It was wonderful. They have everything from shampoo to towels to hairdressers. Staff was great in pointing everything out and how to use it.

Edit: Aquarium section has improved. There are still a few fish with clamped fins but most are bright eyed and lively. Plants look good. Changing 2 star to 4 star.Fish section is awful. Dead fish clogging the filters, crawfish in tanks with fish who have clearly had their fins ripped off by crawfish, dead betta in one tank, dying betta with very little fin breathing hard laying on substrate, and aquatic plants do not look good. Do not recommend for fish.

Be aware of taking your dog a bath there the shampoo and conditioner where watered down my dog still smells the same . Very disappointed when businesses do short cuts especially when you paying a fee for tjis horrible service
