This particular location is very convenient to my home but it's small and doesn't get anywhere the volume of inventory other stores have. Oftentimes they are out of the food that I need be wet/dry/snacks. Staff is always friendly but I have to split my shopping with the competitor in Ocoee (where it seems their reward program might actually be saving me more money) so whenever I'm out that way they are my 1st choice and P.S. Is my backup.

Went to buy a specific hamster cage… there was one left in stock but the box and bags were opened….Big thank you to Derick for taking the time to assemble the cage to make sure all the pieces were still included. Great customer service. Thanks again, Derick!

I was here on vacation and felt so welcomed in this store. I had two people help me, both were very kind. I didn’t catch one of their names but the person I had asked to get something on a high shelf was Alex. He was so accommodating and kind. It felt like he really wanted to be there to support my shopping experience. Just a really genuine and kind person. This store is very lucky to have him.

I have visited this location several times In the past few years, and the aquatic section is littered with dead fish in each tank, so I only buy fish food. Sad!

Clean neat store seems small by comparison to other stores. Neat and tidy but prices are high. Unfortunately the computers were down and could pay cash only due to national system problems per the ast manager. Staff was helpful and friendly..

The ferret section is small but they do carry the food my ferrets enjoy and a nice selection of snacks. They have tons for dogs and cats and they have a great selection of squeaky toys

Nice to order online and pick up. Just be careful of the fish. They had ick and we had to buy the medicine. Still lost several fish. Our tank has been up for yrs.

It was a great experience I got everything that I needed. The staff was very helpful. The store was clean and best of all my daughter got to pet the bunny she was so excited. We happened to show up on a Friday when petting the bunny was allowed. I'll definitely be going back soon.

Good local pet supply store, with always friendly staff.Staff is helpful and there is an assortment of supplies.I have noticed that stock of some items may be unavailable. You should contact the store or check online if they have live inventory list it on their website.During my last visit they were out of 5 different varieties and sizes of cat food.Example... Only had the largest bag of two of 6 types and 4 types in the medium size.This may be due their shipping... But checking ahead is always a good idea.

I will forever be a loyal pet supermarket customer, about a year ago I found four abandoned turtles in an empty aquarium on my front step, and not only did they help me with resources to get the turtles to a sanctuary where they could be adopted, the one turtle that couldn't be adopted out I kept and they made sure I had everything I needed! They remember me and ask about my turtle and dog, and to me that's excellent customer service. They are incredibly knowledgeable about all different kinds of animals, even the rarer ones, and make excellent recommendations that have been really beneficial to my pets

This pet supermarket always has great dog clothes choices. This last time that I went there my parents had come down from Washington state and were looking for some warm jackets for their dog. They were able to find 2 good ones. The employees are always really friendly and helpful.

They staff is always kind and helpful. Spent a abundance of time educating us and answering my daughter's incessant questions about the fish.Admittedly the prices are a little higher for supplies than you could get online, but if you want to keep a brick and mortar business in the community, it's worth a couple percent.
