I highly recommend this family run business. Traveled to Orlando for work an d had to leave my pup in Daycare for the very first time. Janaien and her husband were very accommodating with my schedule and patient with my dog who at first had separation anxiety staying with strangers fr the first time. But by day 2, he was excited to go to Daycare which took a big weight off my shoulders. They really gave me peace of mind, I felt comfortable leaving my dog in their capable hands.

My puppy been going to Magic Pet for years. He loves them. I use them for grooming and day care. I feel very safe when Gucci is at Magic pet. They groom with top notch products plus cutting is perfectly even every time..Definitely recommend

Amazing place with excellent service! I bring my dog here for grooming all the time and she just loves them! So much in fact I decided to board her here as well! They give her nice, thorough baths. She's always so happy when I bring her here and it gives me such peace of mind knowing she will be taken care of and loved while I'm gone. The owners are very caring and knowledgeable. They also recommended and special ordered products when my cat needed to be placed on a special diet after her bladder stones. I've recommended this place to all my friends and recommend them to anyone who has a pet. Wonderful staff! Thank you for taking such great care of my pets!

They sell expired food. Make sure to check the cans and bags.In food emergency’s I go here cause it’s next door but every single time I go I find expired food. Every.single.time. This was only 5 of 10 cans I found today. I’m certain there were a ton more in there.

I ordered a $45 dollar bag of cat food on Amazon, which was fulfilled by Magic Pet, and did not receive it. When I contacted Magic Pet, they told me to take it up with USPS. When I contacted USPS, I received a message that the order was not eligible for a support ticket. Magic Pet deleted my Amazon review stating that the issue was not the responsibility of Magic Pet. If Magic Pet wants to be a reputable Amazon seller, they should use a reliable shipping carrier. Other reviews indicate that this is not an isolated incident. I am local to Orlando and would like to use a local seller, but am out $45 and still do not have the cat food. I will find another seller.

I used to go to this place faithfully for my dogs food up until yesterday I purchased 2 bags of Stella and chewy’s kibble. I opened the bag when I got home, and to my surprise the bag contained maggots and cobwebs. I returned the bags to the store and another customer informed me they had the same issue with their dog food. This place seriously needs to be shut down because that’s disgusting and not safe for consumption. Good thing I noticed before feeding my dog a maggot infested dinner.

While the staff were wonderful & accommodating, I am not at all pleased with the quality of my dog's bath. She returned to me full of dandruff and covered in something oily, as well as with dried product on the top of her foot. She came out greasier than she went in. Again-- the staff were all wonderful and polite, hence the two star instead of one star, & they helped me greatly by taking her in as a day-before appointment, but the quality of my service was very low.

Waste of money. I took my Siberian Husky for grooming and they did nothing at all and charged me $ 95 and caged my dog for two hours. Her hairs were simply flying in the air when I went to get her back. I had to take my dog for grooming to Petco very next day and spend money again.

Absolutely TERRIBLE my 7 month Yorkie/Havanese Stayed 2 nights at the daycare and came home severely dehydrated!!! And reeked of pee! I called to express my concerns and never even received an apology or a call back!

These guys advertise brands on their website that they no longer carry. I wasted an entire trip to their store to pick up a bag of Nature's Logic and the guy who worked there had no idea what I was talking about. Their website is basically one big bait and switch scheme. They only keep in stock the smallest handful of what they show on the website. I will never return. I hope they go out of business.

sold me expired cat food (june 2020 and i got it in may 2021) and wouldn’t give me a refund and every time i come in to get the cat food i usually buy i have to wait 3/4 days. it’s become too inconvenient and the expired food was the last straw
