Terrible experience.I ordered a dog collar over a month ago. I emailed them and called multiple times about lack of shipping information. They never responded. It took me leaving bad review's on Facebook for them to finally answer and send the shipping info. Still have not received my purchase and the website for shipping says they're waiting on them to dispatch package. I asked for a refund and now they're denying it after stating in a previous email they would send one if I still didn't receive my order. This business is a scam. Their communication is terrible and I will be reporting them to the BBB and my banks fraud department. Buyer beware
