Bought a bird for $400 he died within three days, went back and bought another bird Didn’t get a free replacement or a discount on it and spent $900 like an idiot and she died this morning. Had her for about a week and a half. It’s obvious they’re selling sick birds there.

This place is absolutely awful. I came in to look and the filth of this place is disturbing. It’s obvious none of the animals are taken care of. The rabbit is left in a small cage stained with piss. Too many animals in each cage and too small of cages

Sold me a sick bird. A month later, the bird died. Should have seen the red flags. Between the living conditions of the animals and the fact he heavily insisted there's a NO return policy. Wish I read reviews before going there. Waste of money.

This is such a horrible place, I bought my mom a parrot 2 days ago, as a birthday surprise. The parrot died 2 days after, so we decided to go back to the store, and the dude that’s there always claims “to give you instructions about the animal” which he clearly don’t and all he said was “there’s nothing I can do about it” seeing all the reviews and comment’s on this store it’s horrible. They are stealing your money and selling sick animals… Hector, I’m pretty sure he’s the owner, he was there as well and he didn’t say a WORD about the situation. PLEASE DON’T GO HERE.

Don’t go this place they have sick animals. And they are stealing your money. We brought a canary and the day after he died. We called this place and they told us to bring the bird, which we did once my husband got there they told him that they could sell him another one half price where they told us they were going to replace the bird for free. Don’t go here !! It’s a shame honestly

I bought a mouse from here. My snake did not eat it. It rejected it. Come to find out the mice was pregnant... There were about 5 baby mices that were born. Interesting experience.

This is the best pet store around Hector is an awesome person and he is very knowledgeable on every pet that he carries in the store I just bought two conures and a cockatiel and I am very satisfied with the price and very satisfied with the customer service

These poor animals!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting place. How is it possible to have a store open like this where no animals are taken care of and shoved in super tiny cages. This place needs to be shut down and the animals need to be in better care.

My experience was really badMy son wanted a female Guinea pigThursday was the day … visit a few shops and there were not many females availableCalled hector shop and was informed they had many females…. Yay great on my wayThe boy on the shop was really friendly but when arrived surprise the females are pregnant , only one really small not aged enough to be pregnant beautiful but NOT looking healthy ( was told she get hurt by the male )that was the only choice even because we thought she really need a nice home !!! she was cute and it was her out new babyBought her a 7,5 feet cageGave her kale , strawberry, hay and mangoSaturday morning 1 day and half after she was deadWent to the shop and the owner did not refund me speaking about Florida lawsWanted to give me another one but I don’t want pregnant Guinea pig right , I wanted a refundAt this point didn’t want risk a pet that could be sick from the same cage and seeing my son cry for 2 hours all over againThis was this morning

The shop was great! I am happy to get my snakes fuzzy mice here for a great price. Their hours are convenient and the service is be always friendly. I'm a return customer and am happy to recommend. They have a good variety of pets of all types and the prices are very fair.

Absolutely joyful being in a pet shop where all the animals and birds even the fish 🐟🐠 are well cared for by attentive keepers who truly love what they do! I walked in for the first time and the cacophony of birdsong was enchanting! I ended up leaving with two adorable orphaned parakeets whose owners had to abandon them!

They have sick animals that are damaged. They stole my money and sold measick pet. There is a spanish guy in the back doing heroin.....drugs and its on OBT. The reptile babaie tutles have broken claws and missing arms. They are sale sick animals

I bought a Pac-Man frog and it's habitat at the store was really dry. I babied it and hand fed it for a month and it died with it's intestines hanging out after trying to poop. I should have known better to buy it from there, but I was trying to save it.

I was sold a snake with mites only had him for a month and he passed. So I would assume the other pets there as well have mites, as well as their cages. Some of the reptiles look sickly, there has to be 15 birds in each caged shoved together. The animals here are not being taken care of at all. Would not spend my money here again.

I have never seen such terrible care for reptiles in a store in my life. No hides were provided for any reptiles (snakes, geckos, etc.) improper bedding for the ball python enclosures. Under the snake cages was a gerbil cage filled with at least 5 turtles (one looking dead) with no water, substrate, or light provided. About 20 birds shoved in each cage. Will never give my money to such a neglectful business.
