Opens at 8, 830 still not open. Store says 8. Google maps says 8, And still I sit and wait at 838am for them to open. They change their hours with out changing it in store sign or Google maps

Most of the items in the store are not stocked properly and the price at the register is different from the price on the shelves. When you bring it to the Manager's attention he then becomes argumentative stating that a customer must have moved the items. Mind you it's multiple items. So I'm assuming the customers work in the store for so many items to be stocked in properly in the wrong place. Management is very unwilling to honor customer satisfaction. But you can expect this since this store and most of the stores are in low income neighborhoods.

I have been in customer service for over 40 years and have never seen such bad customer service. The manager has no time for nothing. The cashiers are on their personal phones while checking customers out and not even acknowledging them accept to tell them what they owe. The district manager can’t be bothered either and won’t take 2 minutes to talk to a customer about the employees. I would rather go to a different store and pay more money than to have to endure their ignorance.

Paola the girl at the register is very disrespectful. I don't feel it's appropriate to call customers names. My name is not babe or ma or anything of that nature. When asked to speak to the manager she said oh that's my friend she knows how I am. I hope that's not true. It's never ok for anyone to disrespect a customer.

Love this store the staff greets you when you walk through the door and they know their store like the back of their hands. I couldn't find a particular item but when I asked they were willing to take to the item I was looking for. They really go above and beyond for customers. Keep up the great work Herbert!!!!

A much larger store than the one closer to my home. Larger food see section, especially refrigerated and frozen foods. Friendly cashiers greeted me upon entering the store. (Mostly empty store toward closing time.)

The sales associate followed me out of the store and ask me did I fond anything? ummm you don't follow people outside to see if they found anything. I came in looking for something and didn't find it and I left. That is my right. Better yet that is how people get hurt. If i was someone different they could have done something to her. Horrible experience.

It's okay. It isn't a store I would go out of my way to shop at. The staff were okay, the people shopping there was a little​ odd. When the ac came on it made a loud noise. Which I'm not use to hearing in a store. They had almost every that I wanted.

I shop here frequently because it's close to home but I don't like this store at all. Items are frequently priced wrong on the shelf and they will not refund for it. They will fight refunds all the way, doesn't matter if they priced something wrong or it was purchased defective or you bought the wrong thing. Lost a lot of money on this store. Avoid it if you can. They claim it's corporate rules but no other stores follow these kinds of rules... Technically, it's illegal and a huge liability. But hey it's your store and your money...

Store is dirty and disorganized with merchandise open or laying on the floor. Items in the "Dollar" section are not a dollar and should be marked appropriately. Two employees at register but only one checking out customers.Needs another overhaul

Lots of crazies in the area. Should have security. People that shop here are rude to the staff. Makes me feel bad for them. But the store is clean and I found everything I needed.

This location is close to home so very convenient. Prices are cheaper then other places. The lady cashier was super friendly. Only down side is location.
