Every store you go to it’s a shame when it comes to closing the workers has no respect ! It’s 9:45 I enter the store to buy a few things 9:50 pm I hear over the intercom the store is closed a fella come back to follow me to the cash register I said wait a minute I need boxers for my 3 years old grandson ask him he told me where they at 9:53 “ you have to get out the store is closed”and i said I’m like “wow your website states 10:00pm the door states 10:00pm you aggressively forcing me at 9;54pm to get out the store “well he explains the manager and him has discussed to close the door at 9:50 pm really I would not want to miss the money a business can make in 10 minutes however he explain his store has capped out enough money and my $40 does not make a difference!! Well hell these $40 possibly will help pay your rate hrly,,This is reason business loses profit the manager teaches the wrong concept of keeping business open until it’s time now if no one was not in the store shopping of course shut down in which I disagree it’s a store that everything sold in everyday living ! Any minute someone can use something in the store .::REVENUE!!

THE cleanest and most organized Family Dollar I've ever been in. Kudos to Edwin, the manager. He really takes pride. Will only visit this location from here on out!!

They Need To Hire Grown Adults, Bad Customer Service, You go in there st night and I have to carry my firearm with me cause there's always some guys that hangout in the store by the cashier...i dont know if they watching my money or idk what tbeir intentions are. they probably friends of the cashier, The Spanish Soeaking Puerto Rican girl once stated a Racial Slurr towards me, Mngmnt needs to Hire People that do their jobs and NOT do Whatever they Feel Like Doing..

You need to train your cashier to do a better job… I came in the store bought some items and asked your cashier Jessica if I could use the restroom… She was too busy flirting with a man in a hoodie, she replied I can’t get to it right now then turned around and went right back to her conversation… Do a better job vetting the people you hire. I get the neighborhood isn’t what it used to be, but we don’t need the people there to match the environment. Do better!

Rude employees, I went the and ask the price for a bottle of the big downy beads for laundry one employee told me he don't know I ask him if he doesn't work there his answer was I work here that doesn't mean I know the price turns out he was the manager the cashier who was a male told me if I'm on a budget this is not the place for me I just sail what I was buying right back on the shelf and walked out nobody is ever going to disrespect me when I'm spending my hard working money

Im not too happy with how the business here is ran. I just recently bought a $20 gift card, never used mind you... And i went to scratch off the code and it was ruined before i could use it! I asked for any way possible for another card that I just bought with my money on it and management couldnt figure out how to replace a simple card! Im very upset and may not be returning again.... Im sorry but as of today Family Dollar has just lost a customer. Thanks but no thanks! 😡

Store was very crowded and couldn't find products because they were everywhere. The lights went out and we had to wait 15 minutes before the systems did come back until. Maybe this store needs to invest in a generator because a worker said it was the 2nd time that day that the power went out.
