I had a groomer my dog never had before. Now my dog can't stop itching her belly and is in immense pain. The groomer made too close of a cut on her belly, shaving it completely, and I see a harder red mark where she actually cut her (her skin actually peeled). She can't sleep and even with antibiotic cream, coconut oil, Shea butter and castor oil, she isn't a happy dog.

Really enjoyed my first experience with earth wide pets grooming. Tanisha did an amazing job with my pup. He is very anxious and she understood that. Her care and patience is something I greatly appreciate as it has difficult finding a groomer that is this way. Thank you so much Tanisha. We will definitely be coming back.

I have been taking our puppies there for about 3 months now, I love the cleanliness and the welcoming feeling. Also, the groomer is amazing, Jean has been grooming my baby girl since she was 3 months, she is 2 years old now and we love how loving he is to my baby. Now we have a 2nd puppy and we wouldn’t take him anywhere else. Jean is absolutely amazing and his grooming skills are great. I would def recommend it.

My daughters dog was cut on her stomach by a groomer named Tanisha, she never used this groomer before. Now the old groomer, Jennifer, she had before, said she doesnt want to groom the small dog with no reasons to give. The dog was going there for over 2 years.

This is lengthy but worth it. Today was our first time coming to Earthwise Grooming and let me tell you it was the absolute BEST decision we made was bringing our puppy here!! As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted with such a warm welcoming and they made us feel like family. The owner, Nick, was present and to say he is truly AMAZING is a complete understatement. He was extremely informative and SO CARING towards our pup that this will be our forever groomer. The groomer, Sophia, came out to introduce herself and welcomed Max into the store. She also listened to my needs and handled Max so gently. As I was leaving, they asked how Max was adjusting to being home as I had just got him last Saturday, I mentioned I was having issues with our puppy eating and was feeling defeated prior to bringing him here. When Nick heard about him not eating, he immediately jumped into action and provided me with so many tips and nutritional items for him that made me feel like he was invested in our boy Max. When we arrived at home and I gave Max everything he recommended me and he was finally eating!!!! I literally started crying with relief!!! I am so so so grateful I found Earthwise Grooming and they have found a forever customer!! I HIGHLY recommend coming here for all your pets needs. They care and love on them as if they were family and you truly couldn’t ask for more. To all the team, Nick, Diane, Sophia, and Bella, THANK YOU! Thank you for ALL you do and please don’t ever stop being amazing!

Went in for grooming for the first time today and what a great experience! Trish helped Bailey feel less nervous at a new place and did an awesome job on her haircut! Doodles are not always easy to do right! Also got her a cute toy from their store, cannot recommended enough.

We’ve been bringing our 8 month old Maltese mix every month for the last 4 months. We also purchase his puppy food and treats here. Today, I was told that the groomer has been having difficulty with him (full groom) and did not want to book a future appointment. He’s still a puppy and obviously will not stay still. I’m dumbfounded that someone would turn down business at $90 + 20% tip for a full groom done on a 9lb puppy. Unfortunately, we will have to take our business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience from setting the appointment to picking up our pup. This was by far the best grooming experience our Great Pyrenees has had at 4.5 years old. You are leaving your pet in good hands. I know this because of how happy our dog was at pick up and how he interacted with the staff. The entire team is amazing and caring. I wish I could remember our groomer's name to give him a shout out. We will definitely be back with Theo!

Hello, I have come to leave my review, apparently they did not have patience with my dog today, I took my Pomeranian to do a full grooming today, Sunday the 23rd at 9am, everything was fine until the moment I went to look for my Pomeranian. As a dog, it began to tremble, which seems strange to me because I have always had these scissors for when there are some annoying hairs on it and I had never taken that attitude, apart from that, I have always asked that only one person attend her so that she felt more comfortable and the times that I have taken her, she is always attended by someone different, which is not comfortable for a small dog because if they trust one person and then on their next visit that person is not something totally different for them and it is not peace or tranquility, I feel that they should improve their patience time to do this type of service, unfortunately I will not take her to this place anymore, her previous grooming was in Miami and well, I will have to take the trip once a month because I prefer my dog to be in peace than to save that trip but having to see my dog suffer.PD: select this place for its good opinions but apparently it is not what they say, search and investigate better before leaving your pet anywhere my pom is 2 years old and has only been in 2 groomings in her entire life for the same reason that I have investigated well so as not to let her be in a place where they will later make her feel bad, unfortunately this investigation that I did in Orlando did not go completely well

I came to this place today to take my dachshund to get her nails trimmed. I went there to try the place because I had read good reviews, to my surprise they did not treat my dog well because they cut her nails badly, my poor dog was bleeding from two of them and they did it in about 20 seconds without any care. The main reason I take her is to have them cut by a professional. They took her in the back without explaining what happened and then they have the nerve to ask me if I want to bathe her for $45.
