Visited Sunday 2/25/24I’ve been to this store many times and what compelled me write a review this time is the cashier, Joanne. She was pleasant, efficient and was smiling the whole time! Interacted nicely with all. What a great employee!!The store is generally chaotic and pretty dirty. They need to revamp the whole thing in my opinion. Self check out be great at this location.But Joanne made the experience very pleasant!!

The success of your store really depends on your how your employees prioritize customer satisfaction and their customer service skills. This dollar tree is lacking in both. The first thing to work on is at least acknowledging or speaking to your customers.

A store is only as good as their workers. If you walk in and see a really really long line, then most likely, they have the rudest workers at the cash registers. I suggest you turn around if you can. The lady that helped me today almost broke my glass items and then scoffed at me. And I know they’re not all like that because I’ve had a really nice lady help the last time I was in.

I visited Dollar Tree #2401 looking for a can opener — but they had none. (Went next door to Walmart #01220 who also had none.). Eventually bought the 3-liter Stars and Stripes Root Beer which I found hidden behind the Orange flavor. Since it's an extra liter, it's a good value. But in that size there are very limited choices of flavor.

Orlando Florida has a lot of individuals who migrated from places where good work ethics isn't taught. Part timers getting paid minimum wage, no benefits, complete dead end job.... what do you expect ?5 star service for $1.25 items, lol NOT

The fact that no employees are properly trained and they admit it is sad. Even the management needs training. I guess Dollar Tree only hires people that have no expectation at work. Because I would want to be trained to give the best of myself to help customers in need. But here… they didn’t know how to resolve a situation, nor did they even try to find a way to help me.

Always a hit or miss at this store, many shelves were empty, very messy. Seems understaffed and uncleaned. Cashier was talking the entire time she was ringing my purchase to other staff members,that she "forgot to" get my change out of the till! Took great effort from another staff member to get the register open so she could retrieve my change. Very unprofessional staff, not at all helpful or friendly.

I'll admit it's been a little while since being here, but today I came to get a few little things for my small family and I for breakfast. They didn't have what I originally wanted, was told they had sold out, that's cool, I'm not a stranger to changing a menu. Grabbed eggs, frozen hash browns, and a package of regular frozen and a package of maple sausage. It wasn't till I was waiting in the long line for some time, one person in front of me, that I noticed the expiration date on the regular frozen sausage links. It read: Use Before March 31, 2017. I had to look at it a few times to make sure I was seeing this right because if I read it correctly (which I did) was 10 days after may birthday and a little over 3 months from todays date. I kindly asked lady behind me if I could run and grab a new one and nicely she obliged. Went back and every single one of the regular sausage link packages had the exact same expiration date. So, grabbed me another maple (these fortunately were well before the expiration date) and returned to my place in line. When my turn came I let the nice lady at the register know about it. She than went to her manager and returned. I told her I don't want to complain, I just don't want anyone to get sick is all. I brought it to their attention not just for that, but as a mother whose husband happens to be a chef I'm familiar with what you can and can't get away with serving. She said thank you and apparently the delivery was done that day and was still going on. All in all everything and everyone was nice, just please do yourselves a favor, please be sure to check expiration dates before unloading on your shelves. It saves time, energy, and the potential risk of a not so nice customer in your store.

I Love this store. It has everything you need and it's only a dollar!!! From greeting cards to trash cans only a dollar. From baby items to your favorite junk food still only a dollar. From housewares to cleaning supplies and guess how much??? Only a dollar, I love ❤ this place.

I have bad experience here today. I Got home and double check my receipt. The cashier scanned the item twice for almost all the items i bought. And i end up paying for the items i do not have. I lossing money than saving money going in this store. Cashier named on my reciept is Tonya.

I usually come to this store. But NEVER again. The lines were long. The Manager conveniently closed his line AFTER talking a long time with a "friend" & the cashier i got named "Dyamond" has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE QUALITIES AT ALL. This store can do much better..Get it together guys!!!

This store is forever out of things. You would think by looking at it that there are going out of business. The customer service… man I don’t even know if I want to go into details about that right now. Let’s just say that there are other locations that are better than this one.

I USUALLY DON'T LIKE GIVING BAD COMMENTS BUT I AIN'T GOING TO COVER UP THIS ONE. STORE IS NOT AT ALL CLEAN, NOT STOCK WELL BUT THE WORST IS THE STAFF. I HAVE PICKED SOME ITEMS AND HEADED OUT TO CHECKOUT, FiRST I WAS NOT GREED THE LADY DID NOT LOOK AT ME once BUT THATS OK , THE WORST WAS WHEN SHE WAS TRYING TO SCAN 6 LOLLIPOPS AND THEY WOULDN'T SCAN I TRY TO TELL HER TO USE ONE THAT THE WRAPPING WAS WRINKLE, SHE IGNORE ME TOTALLY THEN AFTER A FEW MINUTES OF TRYING SHE ASK ME WHO THE LOLLIPOPS WERE FOR🤔 THEN SHE SUGGESTED I TAKE THE WRAPPING OFF and give it to HER WAIT WHAT😳IF COURSE NOT ! IMAGINE THE REST..... SHE ARGUED WITH ME ...I JUST LEFT..UNREAL

I have just witnessed a sad example of poor management of staff. Witness a manager belittling a staff in front of customers, felt sorry for the staff member, but angry for who is responsible for hiring the manager. Not how any company should handle situations involving delegating responsibility to staff and even worst doing this in front of customers.

It was an amazing time. Even with the pandemic,, everyone wore a mask, lines were marked to stay 6 ft apart which majority listened. Hand sanitizer before you get on any rides. Also hand sanitizers stations everyone. There's marked spots for resting so you can sit, or stand, 6 feet apart without a mask to take a break. All in all, amazing experience for my first time

I did not go to Dollar tree I went to Sally beauty place to get me some peppermint oil so they were on sale and I got two peppermint oils today but I didn't go to Dollar tree it was too crowded

My husband and I'm, we was in the Dollar Tree on the 8/25/2017.When we was ready to check out , we was going on line , the lady behind the register [ because we was next] say to us you have learn to wait,we say nothing to her before ore after we checked out. Silvana was her name.So she had a private talk with her coworker on the next register ,than she wringed up the coworkers stuff ,when both was still working . Very rude she checked us out,but she never stopped her to talk with the another lady at the register. This was the rudest check out, I ever had it!

Really good store, you can find a variety of items that you may need, from kitchen and food to gifts and patchwork... everything you'll find here! And all the staff members are really good at this store :)

Thursday, December 6th at 6:15 p.m. I enter Veronica's checkout line and put my items on the belt. We made eye contact so she certainly knew I was standing there.She calls to a lady passing by with a bag of chips in her hand, and then proceeds to ring it up and check her out in front of me.She knows that I'm already annoyed, so she stops a young man who is possibly the store manager; and begins to talk to him about bluetooths. This was obviously just to create a distraction.Are you seriously that rude?! Veronica, you are exactly where you deserve to be!

This location is trash! The low class people shop here and there is always fights breaking out over dollar items! The manager doesn’t know how to schedule her employees and you never see her there. What store manager goes home before the store opens? The lines are long all the time and the employees are under paid to even really care! Even the employees are low class and drug addicts and they can’t even spell or count change. Corporate is trash too! This place can’t keep good employees

Found all of my family and pet needs here just remember you get what you pay for and it's not always the right price [with Walmart and target sellers @.88$ & .99$ happy hunting..;<)

One of the worst stores I’ve been to. Always understaffed, extremely messy, and none of the employees have a sense of urgency. I worked for Dollar Tree for 3 years and I know the expectations of the company. I’d rather go to Walmart than there.
