Worst Dollar General store I have ever been in my life. And since I travel clear across the country, that's saying a lot. The over weight female manager sits outside on a chair and talks non stop on her phone. The rudest person I have ever encountered and this person needs to be immediately let go. She is doing a complete disservice to this company in her actions and words. She lacks 0 customer service skills !

They forget to put items you purchased into the bags. This time the fabulouso that I paid for didn't make it in. Last time it was body wash. Before that it was Dawn soap. This store is awful even without that. Can't reach anyone by phone, ever. No manager ever available. Locals refer to this store as the redneck Dollar. No shoes, teeth or personal hygiene required. The employee checking me out looks like she hadn't showered or combed her hair in months. Crack heads and homeless hang in the parking lot. It's dirty and unsafe

This location could use some TLC. It seems like this location gets whatever is leftover. Staff could use some customer service training. The Management (District/Corporate) must not visit this location very often. This is sad.

I love the store I would go 2/3 times a week but I have changed my trips due to lack of customers walking in and around the store with out a mask on! Also lots of homeless people sit around the outside and don't feel safe. Thanks!

Difficult to navigate as usual as there are stocking carts placed throughout but in the way. Wouldn't be a problem but there was a ratio like one employee for every three cats in various places sooooo... I had to move huge boats to get to the things needed. I'm disabled and just glad not in a wheelchair because no idea how I'd have gotten my items. Store just doesn't overwhelm with a feeling of cleanliness and COVID-19 means it should literally shine for our concerns.

Great for quick trips, very resonable pricing. My main complaint is that there never seems to be enough employees working during the busiest times of the day and the long lines. I have left the store because of that alone. A quick trip for a few things - 5min, waiting in line, 20 minutes. :(

This one is close to my house but not like the one on curry ford road. This one is focusing on food more than furniture,carpets,and other house hold things. I prefer the one in curry ford. Even this one will be my destination for the things that I need and available in the shop. Doesn't mean its not good, I guess they focus on the things that can be sold in the neighbourhood they serve.

Not great, but pretty standard for the area I guess. Shelves usually messy, creepy vibe inside, cashiers just kinda "exist". If you feel any chest pains, try to get outside quickly because this isn't exactly the place you want to be caught dead in.

They need to work with the employees, some,like this dark skin lady on her 60 s,she can be really rude, doesn't help a customer if he or she needs it, always with this attitude,like she's working only for the money,wowww what a shame.

My favorite Dollar General! Great Staff. Special Shout out to the store Manager Tom who always takes special care of our transaction even at times when we have crazy long and confusing transaction. also another special shout out to Tiffany, she is so helpful to all the people in the store. She lights up the store. She is always helping people. specially older customers. I stopped by today and met a new face Megan and the person who was working with her. Didnt catch his name but he was really helpful too. There was an error of a clearance item. but they were quick to fix it. Not the closest dollar general but I dont mind the extra miles to get to this one. always in stock with things I need. 🙂

This was the closest store to where I live and I will not be back.1) The store is cluttered. Have messy shelves and very dirty.2) The cashier did not greet me, however he greeted the next customer in line behind me.3) Due to the area, I felt unsafe and wanted to run out of there as fast as I could.Never again!

The current manager is a major improvement over the previous manager when it comes to customer service my only complaint is there always a lot of stuff I need LOL but I understand it's a very small place that's hard to keep up with stuff but I love Dollar General and I don't like going to Walmart and a lot of things are the same price or cheaper when it comes to Health and Beauty items

Tom and John are really nice man and their store is packed with stocks. It smells kind of funky in there and of course a lot of people from Bithlo go in and sometimes they're not showered so they stink good to go in and get things at a lower price their Gatorade is dollar bottle where Publix is a dollar fifty each . dirty but lots of merchandise

The dirtiest place I’ve ever been to! Leaking ceiling with over flowing buckets in the middle of the isle, dirty carts and carriers, cluttered isles. I even saw something brown, stained and dried on one of the shelves SO GROSS

Dirty , Crowded aisles, Staff doesn't have a clue and does NOT care. Checking out is like pulling teeth from a horse. The parking lot is like a landfill . And i would NEVER recommend this place to my worst enemy .

Will not go back againThe drugy cashier is so rude .She is lost , just started this job and fightingI had manufacture coupons that I used then I wanted to punch my number to get the 1$ from my account so the manager said you can't use digital coupon neither the MFC the item will be so cheapI said publix is cheaper than here , I needed this dollar for singing up will DG he said ok , she turned around and said you just said don't have a digital coupon I said this is for signing up with DG .I TOLD HER IM NOT COMING BACK TO THIS STORE SINE THEY DONT ACCEPT 3OFF 15 THAT THE DG OFFERS , SHE SAID YOU HAD THEM SO CHEAP WHY YOU ARE MAD .THE MANAGER AND HER ARE THE WORST AND THE RUDEST THEY MADE ME FEEL BAD THAT IM COUPONINGIM CALLING THE CORPORATE TOMORROW MORNING

This DG has very friendly employees! The only reason for 4 stars is because it seems like 3 out of 5 times we’ve visited there are homeless people outside begging for money and rides. Kind of scary.

Always one cashier. This specific day, there were tons on of merchandise on the floor waiting to be shelved.....so some aisles were clutter and that's a hazard.
