I have been coming to the CVS for many many years. The outstanding customer service from Doug, Miriam, and John are truly appreciated. When I walk in there, I feel like I am family. I am always greeted with a greeted with a hello, is there anything we can help you find, and just good conversation. They are always willing to help and they are fantastic at what they do.

They take my insurance and that’s about it. Perhaps explaining what it is they need to have my insurance cover it rather than trying to bill me. I don’t know but they definitely earned those top performer and sales over store plaques with techniques like that. That red haired lady was cool but all the others seem clueless.

Mai, Cynthia and the pharmacy team there are amazing. Looking out for us and each other is important and they do just that. Please be patient with them as they have been bombarded by the CVS on Princeton/Edgewater closing. However they are handling it with grace!!!! Keep it up!! You all are amazing!

Randomly holds up filling prescriptions for no good or legitimate reason, like wanting to call to ask prescriber if he wants to add more refills to the last one.

Wish I could give this location 10 stars. Outstanding customer service, not like those jabronis at the corner of Lee rd and Orlando Ave. If friendly & dedicated professionalism isn't reason enough for you to frequent this location, then consider this; it's hands down the most attractive staff I've ever seen assembled in a drugstore nationwide. Especially the lead tech. I probably should have asked for her number.. but I have strep throat and i'm off my game. 10/5 stars can't wait to get sick again

Need to say it’s not the first time this happns to me and a friend the Pharmacist is extremely rude like right now 5/6/22 at 2:40 she was so unhelpful with a patient in front of me so rude We don’t need people treating so bad Patients that come sick to get their meds. Please get lovely people in this Farmacy

Really upset with the cashier with the blue hair that works at this location. It all started a few weeks ago with my girlfriend trying to buy a bottle of spray alcohol for me because Covid19, it was my request because I couldn’t make the trip to purchase so I gave her my membership number. Cashier became very angry/irate and started yelling at her but eventually sold the bottle and continue to be irate as she walked out of the store. Today after some thought my girlfriend wanted to apologize for upsetting her. Walking into the store today to apologize the same cashier wanted absolutely nothing to do with us and again she started yelling at her and me, we just turned around and walked out.Question to upper management is this the way CVS allows employee’s to speak to customers? CVS you lost a couple of longtime good customers today. This lady need a course in customer service 101.

The head Pharmacist stereo typed and discriminated my Friends Medication and they didn't want to fill them anymore from her psychiatrist for over 20 years of him prescribing the same medication she said she takes so much cocktail meds i said what did you say and she didn't want to repeat herselfP.s. my wife has been without her medicine for 7 days so sad 😞😞😞

Ashli is the absolute best. She can put a smile on anyone’s face. She is extremely helpful when needed and makes you feel like family. My family and I shop there instead of the surrounding stores because of her.

Had my husband send his prescription here from urgent care. He showed up with 5 min to spare to hear 'they closed a half hour early today.' Had to wait for morning to get flu meds... :-/ thanks for the delay in care!

On hold waiting for someone to answer their lines for 30+ minutes.. Finally when someone answered they didn’t even allow me to speak and put me back on hold ...very frustrating considering all I needed was to cancel a prescription I did not authorize to get filled— so my preferred pharmacy could fill it.

This location is labeled as a 24-hour pharmacy on Google and CVS's webpage. So I just drove all the way out here in pain to find out that it is not. So thank you to CVS and Google for lying to me on your web pages and making me deal with my pain even longer.

Absolute zero stars given tho these "people." Either trailer trash workers or people from the hood. Waited 25 minutes at a counter where there was no worker. Gave me the wrong prescription after waiting another 20 minutes in that line. Terri le experience, go to Walgreens right down the street on Edgewater.

Customer service is horrible and store is a mess. Shelves are always empty. Stuff always on the floor. Never enough employees and when you’re ready to pay you have to ring a bell to get a cashier. Wish I could I could put no stars!

Just pulled all meds from CVS on Mauray Road Orlano fl 32804. They are rude and very unprofessional. We have given them so many tries. We will not reccomnend to anyone.
