This is the most amazing dog grooming place I have ever been to!Eric was so kind and talented and good with my dog. She came away, clean like she’s never been clean and even a week later she is soft and sweet smelling. I am now spoiled, and will forever Wish I lived here so that Bella Could get pampered like this every month!

We moved to Fleming Island about 8 months ago and I have tried several local groomers, but just wasn’t quite happy with any of them. Then someone recommended Eric at Puppy Love and I’m so glad! My girls were clean and soft, nails were cut and filed, ears cleaned, the works! They even smelled fantastic! Eric was super nice and very knowledgeable about dogs in general. We will definitely be back!

I absolutely adore these guys. They give personal attention to your pets and treat them respectfully. They also do a very good job cleaning my puppy and trimming his nails. This is a great little small business.

Mrs. Karen and Eric are both amazing. I have a standard poodle that is not a huge fan of grooming so I know she is a handful. They take such good care of her and put up with all her antics. Rosie always looks amazing and smells great! Best groomers around 💛

Eric did a beautiful job on my Australian Shepherds. He took wonderful care of my 11-year-old seniors. They returned to me looking like their younger selves, and they were full of energy and happiness. They spent the whole evening romping in the yard together as if they’d just spent a relaxing day at the spa! I’m over the moon with happiness at how well they look and how happy they were afterwards. I highly recommend Puppy Love, they’re a 10/10 across the board!

Very reasonably priced. Took my dog for a nail trim. They took him right in, did his nails, and he was done. $10. For trim and grinding. I will check out the grooming options next. ♥️

Eric does a phenomenal job, && with great prices! Please be patient and ok with possibly leaving your fur baby for a few hours. Eric works diligently and as fast as he can to ensure your baby gets the best care.

If you go anywhere.. COME HERE. This staff is so kind so helpful. They treat the animals that come in here as their own. Erick sat with my dog to trim his nails, with all of the patience in the world. I looked over and the two were cuddling at one point. If I could give them 10 stars I would. These guys deserve a puppy medal for all the puppy love !!!!

Today, I had my poodle come in for the first time to this groomer. I felt immediately comfortable leaving my girl. She has special needs and Eric took the time to listen and reassure me. I was not disappointed when I picked her up. They did an amazing job with her and were compassionate with her needs. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for their furry baby to be groomed at this place…Thank you for taking good care and making my girl look so beautiful…

I was able to call and get an appointment right away, my pup got a full grooming done in a timely manner, and most importantly the groomer listened closely to all the concerns I had (especially from past issues with groomers). Will definitely be returning again!

People very nice. However, requested express 1 hour service because my fur baby is blind and very anxious. Appointment at 10am , done at 1:00PM. Shaved cut line down the middle of his back like it was an oops!!! One side of snout not done. Told he was moving and snapping 😞. Overall very disappointing. Have to pay another groomer to fix the cut. This trauma to him is exactly what I wanted to avoid.

We took our dog to this groomer. Both times we were very satisfied. However we have been trying for a month now to make an appointment. No one answered the phone and we left several messages. We finally got someone to answer and I made an appointment. Unfortunately when my husband showed up at the scheduled time, no one was there and they did not answer the phone.

Yesterday my Chocolate Lab 🐕 Rory and I got to meet Eric at Puppy 🐶 Love. It was a special day from his initial warm welcome! Eric did a great job grooming Rory, a 112# lab that needs to shed a few pounds. He looks 👀 great and his fur never felt so soft. Thanks so much.We’ll be going back to this outstanding business. My husky Nala looks like a different dog and smells amazing even after getting wet in the rain! She never let me trim the hair around her paws, but now her feet are so cute and dainty! The extra fur around her hips looks 100% better, another spot I've had trouble maintaining. Overall, Eric did a fantastic job! Extra added bonus my girl was happy when I picked her up, not trying to dart out the door to leave. Definitely will return and highly recommend!!

Eric is such an incredible groomer and very reasonable. My dog always comes back clean, smelling good, has her ears cleaned and her nails clipped and trimmed up if she needs it. I would recommend Puppy Love to anyone!

Karen is a charm and my dog is looking the best in quite awhile. I’m not giving a five star review because they do not have a payment processing system. Cash or Check. My check took an entire week to clear only after calling and saying I would stop payment on the item. Then the next day it cleared. I would like to take him again although it’s very inconvenient to go to the bank in the 20th century or wait a week for them to deposit the check. There are reasonable small payment systems out there. With this the owner should realize more sales will cover the cost. I’m not sure if I’ll go back because the payment choices are limited.

They say first impressions leave a lasting effect. This is true with Eric the owner. He explained everything that my girls (Maggy and Iszy) were going to have done during there day at the spa (groomer). The girls smell so good and are so soft. The girls will be going back to have more "spa days." The prices are very reasonable as well.

Eric is absolutely wonderful. I called on a Thursday evening close to closing time, assuming hed be too busy friday to squeeze me in for a much needed spa day for my pup. Not only did he help me, but he really took the time to talk me through everything, the process, what all goes on and how well my dog would be cared for. I had not found a dog groomer since moving here and I didnt even need to call anywhere else. When I pulled up, I was surprised at how small the placed look from the outside but boy, do big things come in little packages. The inside is to die for, so cute and homey! When my dog was finished, Eric didnt rush me to pick him up, as I was needing to take my other pet to the vet, so he happily agreed to hold him for me until I could make it back over there. I wish I could give this place 10 stars! So glad to have found a good place for my pup to go when he needs his baths. :) Thank you so much, puppy love. Myself and my puppy sure love you!
