I'm going to tell you all this right now do not get hired by these people they are the rudest people ever. They're hiring management sucks they do not want to hire anyone else. And I'm telling you right now I am so sick and tired of calling these people I have been calling them for weeks and weeks and weeks now. And they never called me back once. I had to go to the store and talk to the actual boss about it. And they cannot do anything about the Hiring staff. When I keep calling them, all they do is literally like just say "Okay I have your name and number" that's all they say. So do not I'm telling you to not apply for this job do not apply for this company sucks.

My dog had his bath and haircut yesterday by Miss Robin. We’ve been going there at least 5 years and I wouldn’t let anyone cut Bruce’s hair but her. Bruce gets quite anxious when in a kennel and Miss Robin understands that. She will have the staff call me 15 mins prior to her finishing up.

These were Kerry Blue Terriers. No one in Jax seems to know how to groom these dogs. We wound up with a summer time puppy cut for $70 on one dog and $80 for the other. Extra money for matting. Every place we have used has charged this fee despite my bride combing them out. Seems to be a trend in this industry. Further, to get a true Kerry cut would have been $104 ea. In the future I will adjust the tip based on the so-called matting fee. With a summer cut why would matting even matter?

Never again. A waste of time and money. Drew blood and advised there was nothing wrong. Took my dog to her vet the day after the 4th and she was literally dying. Her white blood count was beyond bad. Never again.
