Josh was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I was greeted upon entry to the store, and Mr Josh asked if I needed assistance with finding anything. I asked which aisle had canned dog food and he pointed me in the right direction. I then asked if there were any sales going on, and he walked me to the area with the sales. When I asked about limited ingredient foods, he recommended several brands by name while explaining what is good about them. When I saw the price of my usual, non-sale option, I calculated the "price to beat." He showed me a brand that was an excellent deal, which he had experience with and knowledge of. I purchased 3 cans, and saved $1 compared to my usual choice, which was already very competitively priced.

Best pet store around! Always helpful and if they don't have something you want, they do their best to get it for you. Curbside service is fast and easy. 10 out of 10 stars from me.

Walked in this evening no one in site. Cashing out I tried to pull up my account to redeem my points. Employee Josh stated he doesn't have the Wi-Fi pass word and no one ever gave it to him he further elaborated and said no one in the store has ever had it. I showed him in my email the points I have and my discount accumulated and asked if he could log in and see my points or if there was any way possible I could use my discount. Dead stare, attitude, couldn't be bothered. So I paid full price. Now I have to haul this bag of dog food back tomorrow return it and to retrieve my discount. Normally it wouldn't be a big deal but since a $38 bag of dog food has sky rocketed to $60 a bag the discount helps.

Brian in grooming is the best groomer we have ever been to! I think we r have been going to him for about a year now and he takes care of all of our fur babies! He does such an amazing job with the full groom for pancake and we couldn’t be more thankful for him. We leave our pups with him in complete confidence. When we drop off our dogs they are just as happy to see Brian as they are to see us at pick up and it makes us feel so good to know our pups leave smelling and looking fabulous ❤️ THANK YOU BRIAN!!Might I mention we drive 30+ minutes to go to Brian!!!

The customer service is always above and beyond. The employees are always very willing to help you. The Do-it-yourself bathing area for dogs is awesome. They even have groomers on hand During the day. I highly recommend you check this place out. Great selection of food and pet supplies. Locally owned....... need I say more?

I love coming here to get my dog’s nails trimmed and filed. Bryan is so good with my dog, and we’re always in and out in 15 minutes or less. And everyone else on staff is always so friendly and willing to help if needed.

Came into the store to get some dog food and there was none on the shelf even though online stock said low inventory on the item. I asked an employee if there was any in the back and she said no, what is out on the shelves is all they have. When I got home I looked again and was able to place a pick up order online for the same item. Disappointed that employees don't know how to check stock, so now I have to make another trip to pick up my online order.

Taking my one year old Shih tzu, Charlie, to the groomers is scary for the both of us. Charlie gets super nervous. This was my first time going to this location and I will most definitely be returning to have my pup groomed by Bryan! He did an amazing job and took into consideration all my request! He was so kind and gentle with Charlie and I appreciate him so much! Charlie looked and felt absolutely amazing! Thank you, Bryan!!

I love, love, love taking my dog to Bryan, the groomer, at Pet Supplies Plus. He is always attentive to my wishes for my dog, but more importantly, he is attentive to the needs of my dog. Cooper loves going to see him for his full service grooming and especially for his summer cut.

We decided to try this place and see if our dog food was carried there, plus get a toy for the 7 month old great Dane.The guys were so very helpful and yes they carry our dogfood. Not to mention a variety of other stuff. The asst manager I believe was the most helpful, educated and nicest man ever. He made you feel like more than a customer.Thank you

We love psp!! We bring our five year old Aussie once a month to the groomer and he gets so excited. Brian is always so kind and does such an amazing job with rusty!We recommend psp to all of our friends and family.

My son loves coming here! He likes to see all the reptiles and pets they have. The store is very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I like to buy the dog treats made up by the registered around the holidays for my fur baby!

This rating is for Michael,I called three other times to see if Brian was in to book an appointment and the three people I spoke with only would tell me he wasn't in and he is usually booked out for two three weeks didn't ask if they could help me book an appointment, Michael as soon as I asked if Brian was in he let me know he wasn't in offered to help me book an appointment and found one for next Sunday February 18.with Brian, In my opinion Michael went above and beyond and understands what customer service is about. Thank you!!

I don't think there's such a thing as a "bad" PSP.They've got such a wide selection of foods, from "supermarket" to "ultra super premium", so whatever your needs are, they've got it. They also carry a few brands that I've never found anywhere else, which just happen to be my cats' favorite.If you're a member, then you get all the great sales, plus just about every month I get a mailer with stackable coupons for purchases during the month. This is fabulous for when you need to do a big stock-up shopping trip, they have a bunch of sales on your stuff, and you've got that 15% off ANY purchase coupon!100% the best pet store in the Metro area.

Love this store. My dog Reba is so calm when I leave her and pick her up from grooming. Brian the groomer does an amazing job every time he gives her a cut and I know she can be difficult. So thanks for being so patient with her Brian it's greatly appreciated.

They do not honor sale prices displayed. Buyers beware and check your receipts!!**edited to add: Our family have been rewards member since the store opened refusing online delivery options to a local option however our customer experience here has varied, each a unique experience and not always great but this recent trip ended our relationship with the store. We did not make a purchase choosing to order what was needed online due to lack of time to look for other options, and in the end... the price was less expensive online, even if they had honored their 'sale' prices.

Disappointing. I had to go to 4 places before I could find a decent large dog nail clippers for my friend's Great Dane. I went to Walmart OP, Pet Supermarket then Pet Supplies Plus. You didn't have any decent nail clippers especially for a large dog. My last stop was PetSmart and I found one there.

Great place. Took my 12+ Bassett for do it yourself bath! Oh...so easy! I had to help him in the tub but that is due to his age. He loved it, and my back loved it too!!

Our blue tick has been having stomach issues for awhile, and we’ve been researching different food brands and products. After she had a bad night, I ordered her new food at 7:45 this morning from Pet Supplies Plus, and I was able to have it delivered! Although the confirmation said between 4-8 PM, it was delivered before 9:30 AM! We always have a great experience at Pet Supplies Plus and this was no exception.
