The best aquatic selection I've seen in a pet store in a while. Service was on point and every employee was making sure that all customer needs were satisfied. The fish tanks are very well organized making it very easy to go over budget when selecting new members and/or decor for your aquarium.

Some of the poorest customer service I have experienced recently. I was never acknowledged by any employee. I found what I was looking for without assistance. Then, when waiting with $75 worth of merchandise behind a stalled transaction, apparently related to cashier inability to correctly handle the transaction I was ignored by a cashier in adjoining lane who stayed face down in paperwork rather than offer to help me. Finally, a manager was called to handle the stalled transaction, which she did at the adjacent lane, while the original cashier stood with her back to me watching the completion of that purchase. After the first customer left, she turned back to her screen, not me, spent some time there, and finally turned and said the first and only words to me. "You'll have to wait while I get the manager to clear my register." Never an apology for the wait, never any indication my purchase was appreciated, nothing. I put down the items and left. Still no attempt to correct the situation. The only reason I am going 2 stars is the store has what I wanted. However, I am going to make do with another store's items.

The store associate is extremely knowledgeable in dog food. I went looking for my normal brand. He suggested a different brand for my dog. I could just tell by his explanation that he cares more about my dog than a sale. It saved me money and my dog loves it. I'd rather go to this store than be just another Chewy subscription.

I went in the look for a raised dog bowl for my great Dane. They didn't have much of a selection of food dishes but lots of selection for food. The salesperson was very friendly and apologized for not having a selection for feed bowls

I’ve been coming here for years. From the manager to the staff- everyone is friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and smells fresh. Even with the shortages there’s always rotation of some sort. They try their best, and I appreciate that! Fur baby and parent approved! 🐾

Clean, always friendly.They always ask if they can help me with my big bags of dog food and you can usually always find a great deal! Freshly made dog treats delivered regularly, really cool toys and cute little critters from cats, bunnies, guineas and birds. Ect.Everything is well taken care of and up to par. Worth a stop in.🙂

My daughter and I went in for the first time at approximately 6:35 p.m., and the store closes at 7pm looking for last minute much needed doggie food for my daughter's Pug. We were fortunate to have met Chloe , mgr at store, who took us on an educating whirl of dog food knowledge. Chloe did not withhold her wealth of wisdom which she shared with us excitingly. By this time it was well past 7pm and we left pleased. To date, my daughter's Pug is happy with her organic pet food. 100 stars 🌟

I called the store to ask for the Manager, Adam who is a very great manager of this store!! The Assistant Manager, Sarah came to the phone and I asked her was Adam working today and she said no. So I asked her when would he be in and she Saturday but refused to give me a time he would be there!! The guy that answered the phone also didn't even want to take my name and number!! Sarah was very very rude and told me I told you I would take your name and number!! She had a very bad attitude and I told her I was going to call Corporate and she said go ahead....and I did just that!! What Sarah didn't know is that I had just put my dog down of 16 years on yesterday!!!! This is the kind of treatment you get from an Assistant Manager??? Wow how insensitive and non-caring about the loss of an animal and she works to a Pet Food Store!!! Really!! I will no longer be shopping at Pet Supermarket for my other two dogs needs!! I can get the same items and more and don't have to put up with the attitudes!!

Always get a feeder mouse for our snake. Most of the time they are available. Our daughter always takes pictures of the cats to adopt...too cute!

I would personally recommend this place for bones and things like that. They are very reasonably priced and enjoy taking the kiddos to pick out bones for the pups.

Staff was great and helpful at the time. Was excited to use my points on next purchase, only to be disappointed that they lied to me saying I was getting money off my next purchase. When in fact only a couple months later I have 0 points. Employees need to be explained how the rewards system works, as to not lead on customers to thinking they will get a discount on this stores over prices merchandise. Never coming to any pet supermarket location again.

It a nice clean store. Employee's aren't very knowledgeable but are friendly. I am editing this review because there were 2 bags of dog food purchased from this store that was full of meal moth larvae. Buyer beware!

All this costs less at Pet Supermarket than it would have at PetSmart or Petco. Thank you Christan M. for letting us know we had reached out FREE bag of dog food and had Reward $$ available to use. That's why we are loyal customers. The filtration system alone would have costs more than everything at Petco.

I went into the pet supermarket looking for a heat pad and they were very pricey and when I went to leave said guy asked me if they didn't have what I needed and I said yeah you have it but it's way too expensive and they do price matching but they do price matching which makes it great. I didn't have to drive to the other side of town to get what I wanted
