Stopped by with my wife just to look but you know how that goes. She fell in love with a beautiful Aussie and I couldn’t tell her no. They made the process really simple and we were able to take him home right away. Very playful and loves our kids. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for cute puppies.

The experience that me and my family had was out of this world. The worker Kyle went above and beyond to make sure we found our furever pet. Kyle was able to answer a lot of questions that we had dealing with dog size to different breeds, to even if dog sheds or hyper allergenic. You receive the best care. Walked out the door with our Milo.

I got my Fiona bean from here - She is healthy and in good condition the only complaint is they told me she was fixed and shes not. The employees should not give put misinformation. When I got my puppy from the store she did have a ear infection. On the other hand the puppy is my new bestfriend and she is real playful.

This is the worse! I got a pup on 11/05 when I took her to my car she did something like a sneeze (or at least I thought it was one) as hrs went by the “sneezed” got more frequent and worse so I took her to the vet the next morning.Vet told me she had worms and that she could have “kennel cough” and so we started a treatment for both!Days go by and the cough was still the same I called this shop to let them know since 11/06 and they told me was kennel cough and to leave her at their shop (I wasn’t going to do that because if SHE WAS SEEING BY THEIR VET THEY SHOULD’VE KNOW WHAT SHE HAD).I continued the treatment and long story short after going to the vet 2 times a week and now once a week , after many test and X-rays they found out she has PNEUMONIA!!!!The insurance said that THEY WILL SEE IFFFFF they reimburse me but more likely they won’t because “it’s for other reasons” when at the shop they said covers EVERYTHING FOR A MONTH!PLEASE I WILL ASK EVERYONE TO BETTER GET A PUP FROM A PRIVATE PERSON AND TAKE THE PUP TO THE VET BEFORE BUYING IT . I PAID $3400 CASH! And w all medical bills I’m at $5743!

Bought my schnoodle from here. Unlike the other dogs place I been to, you can actually walk around and view the pups. The team there is so knowledgeable and they were able to help me find the perfect dog for my spaniel. The insurance and warranty benefits make me feel confident that I’m covered if any problems arise.

I went on Sunday afternoon, and despite them being incredibly busy they were able to help everyone with their needs. We bought home a cute little Yorkie. The process was super quick and easy; even with multiple people purchasing at once. The employees were super nice. They are very patient and super informative. This was my first time purchasing a puppy, and it was an easy and comfortable experience, thanks to the employees of BFF Puppies.UPDATE: We recently bought a Pomeranian! He is the perfect little puppy. They were extremely busy as they usually are, and they still made the purchase easy and quick. They even provided us with his registration showing his family tree. The lady that helped us with our Yorkie even remembered him and my name. I was shook! They gave us a lot of items to help him transition, and we are so happy to have him!!!

Zero zero zero stars! Not only should you NEVER purchase a dog from here, PLEASE call the local animal control!! These poor puppies are confined, without toys or comfortable bedding, and visibly upset. Not to mention the overwhelming odor of feces. I've seen a lot of pet stores that I didn't like, but this one broke my heart. Despicable. Should be put out of business immediately!! An environment like this does not produce healthy, happy dogs!

Decent pay, poor choice of work.If “Shop, don’t Adopt” was a lazy, care-free business…I recently worked at BFF Puppies over a yr ago, back in Nov.-Dec. of 2021 I’d always been against the idea of purchasing animals rather than adopting them for free, but I’d been facing my own personal troubles and decided to give this place a try! In the beginning, I enjoyed being able to work with my most favourite animals; dogs. The babies are extremely sweet, very playful and absolutely adorable as I dont know what!Management at this place is very much so far from free of ridicule. While going through “training”, I was often rushed to complete small tasks, that fairly had taken me maybe a minute or 2 longer than any other employees. I was often told either to hurry up or anything other than “take your time” or any sort of compliment for the hard work I would put in. While learning the ins and outs of the store, I was often rushed through training and told I “need” to remember everything explained to me, instead simply acting as a helping hand if ever I had questions and or complications during my shifts. The worst thing I disliked about working at BFF Puppies was the lack of concern the manager showed to the employees, and the only one to ever show any concern for me was Mike who often times tried being as helpful as possible. However, that doesnt excuse the manager’s poor attitude towards me every morning before my shift began. With everythiny being said, was pretty obvious favouritism may’ve been a pretty existing thing at this establishment.In closing, I’ll never forget the store recieving the most precious frenchie puppy I’d ever met, and the poor baby was shivering. Very little bedding is provided, maybe something I could provide for my guinea pig and a hard, cold plate of glass at the bery bottom of the kennel. Never for a 1-10lb puppy… However, I was able to provide the frenchie a towel to warm her up with and she instantly curled up on it. So adorable, yet so sad they can’t have blankets during the coldest time of the year…Key of advice: If you’re looking for good, noble work for good pay and you’re working with animals all day, I’d recommend applying at PetSmart, Pet Supermarket, Pet Paradise, etc. However, if you’re looking for a job that consists of providing families with a new, healthy best friend that won’t constantly end up sick at every hour and isn’t over bred, apply at your local animal shelter.Also key of advice, there’s free, healthy pets all over the state of Florida. I have plenty of them myself and have only had to make 2 vet visits within the 6yrs of me having them.Adopt, don’t shop!Thank you x

The staff here absolutely adore these animals and it shows. When we got our dog Shula from BFF a staff member was notified from the back and came out to tell us all about “her baby”. She said she would just carry him around with his arms around her neck while she made her morning rounds and he does that exact same thing with us. They have called three times already to check in on him.

We stop in frequently whenever we’re at the mall just to see the puppies they have. They get in some very unique breeds I think like dalmatians and cane corsos. On our last visit we fell in love with this little golden retriever. They’re prices are definitely on the high end, but we’re very happy with our newest family member.

I purchased a puppy from BFF Puppies. I am very pleased with the service I received from the staff there. The puppy is very healthy and surprisingly calm for a 3 month old puppy. The staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful, didn't pressure us into buying. I would totally and have already recommended BFF Puppies to friends and strangers who have asked me where I got her from. Thank you for my fur baby, I love her so much!!!

BFF Puppies is EASILY the most fun store to visit in the Orange Park Mall. My kids would rank it up there with the Jax Zoo!!Upon walking in, one can't help but fall in love!! Every single little playful baby seems happy and well maintained and that's all I could hope for.I wish I could've brought (them all!) the wee dalmatian home with me! Maybe one day ❤️*SidenoteI live closer to the Avenues Mall, and grew up visiting Puppy Avenue. These days, that place seems more like a vip nightclub. I don't feel comfortable taking the kids in that store. I am so glad to have found a much better alternative. See y'all soon!!!

As a dog lover who is looking for a dog I would not buy one from here. There are so many dogs in need. Who wants to buy a dog for 3500$ when you can get one in need of a home. But other than that it’s pretty clean place

*I will start by saying that Chris is Awesome. He sincerely goes above and beyond for visiting customers.*PROs: We are in love with our puppy. He's perfect and appears very healthy so far. We didnt have have wait or search breeders or wait on litters. We were able to go in, play with our pup, and take him home with all his accessories/needs covered in one place.CONs: You of course have to expect a premium when purchasing from a store with overhead and employees- And with such the price is very very high, even with the included puppy package and vet visit. If financing, I highly recommend going thru your own bank. You will pay twice as much using the finance options provided.I do recommend visiting this shop for your next fur baby, if you cannot find a rescue for your desired breed! :)

Got my dachshund here back in September and I couldn’t have been more thankful. I believe the employee there was named Tony. The financing was worth it and I just finished paying it off. Never going online again, this place is where people should go for pups with papers.
