Had a horrible experience with the front staff today. If you are unhappy with your job find a new one. Customer experience should always be number 1 in a business. There’s a way to speak to customers that does not include a sarcastic attitude especially when we are being polite. You also do not interrupt people in the middle of there sentence. I am rarely quick to anger but this girl can definitely get you there. I would not trust my pooch in a place like this.

Amanda was great! She is patient and gently with my pitbull who is very fearful of grooming and public places when we arrive. Afterwards, she is happy and calm, so I know that she is in good hands there! There may be cheaper groomers out there, but in my opinion Petco is worth the money. You get what you pay for!

I take my dogs to get their nails done and they do a great job and my dogs aren't nervous because of how they handle them. I have taken my other dogs there for grooming and was always happy. The dogs that were getting groomed have past on so only need them for nails now.

I will never recommend Petco or any of their services to anybody again ever! We were treated very poorly on New Years Day at your Orange City location! We had purchased a couple days before Christmas a harness for our large breed dog only a few days later to realize it was defective. When we tried to exchange it we were told no, so I requested my money back and again told NO! So I was in the process of signing up for the monthly grooming service, I gave them back the paperwork and let them know we will NEVER spend another penny at Petco! Piss poor customer service at best! Now listen to that!

My dog Pearl is extremely frightened of strangers, but Daimar was very gentle with her. I didn't want Pearl to be caged at any point in the grooming process, so we had the Rush Rover grooming and I waited and was able to watch the entire process (with the exception of her bath). Daimar was kind, firm and efficient, and did an excellent job. I loved the cut and have already scheduled another grooming for Pearl with Daimar.
