Lots of different items for your pet here as the name indicates.I stopped in here with my 12 year old Malamute who was on his leash.Upon entering the store, I was harshly told that I better keep my dog on the leash. And that they didn't want any more incidents.A little confused, because I'm visiting from out of state and it's my first time ever visiting a pet supermarket, I just responded with okay.While I was looking for his brand of food, the employee who spoke to me when I first walked in stayed by my side the entire time I was there.I literally walked over to the dog food section to find what I needed, and from start to finish she was by my side less than 4 ft away the entire time watching me.I made my purchase, and left, but I will definitely not visit a pet supermarket again.

My Mishka enjoys going to get her bath. This store is always clean, clean towels and provides shampoo and conditioner everytime we go. I just dryer! The employees give treats. Plus for every 6th wash the next one is free. Definitely recommend

I've been coming here for 4 years and the staff is absolutely incredible everybody is very friendly and cordial I recommend the puppy bath for $10 it's worth it to give your dog a bath I have a wide selection of food and toys I'm always in there and additional animals I recently became homeless I called and asked if they had the dogs food in and they said no but they had some food that they wanted to donate to give to my puppy and they did because I've been bringing him in for the last 4 years they've seen us all the time and I just asked for some kind of help because they didn't have his food and they gave me some food for my dog so he can eat while we're homeless everyone is very friendly they told me to come back anytime if you just want to come in and give the dog a bath just walk around just to stay safe they're really really nice people in here I mean I'm very pleasantly surprised how kind and courteous the staff truly is and I highly recommend coming here it really is a treasure for animalsI came in on January the 8th 2024 and I spoke to Christina and I told Christina that I'm homeless I wanted to know if there's anything they can do to help me get dog food for my service animal since we're homeless and Orange City and she went out of her way and made sure that she gave us two bags of dog food and treats for my dog so he wouldn't starve while we're homeless so I just wanted to thank Christina for everything she did and I went back in today and got buddy his treats and she was more than helpful I highly recommend this place they do care they also said that I can come back anytime I want to just hang out if I want to stay comfortable so the dog doesn't have to be in any danger so I highly recommend if you have a furry friend or looking for a friend come on out here they will treat you like family

Just a small step down from Petco. But they do offer the doggie car wash. Which I thought was pretty cool. It really does mimic a self car wash with the hose and scrubbing bubbles. Weeeeeeeee.... They do carry enough to be a pet store but not enough to be a Petco pet store.

My dog Cash and I bath here twice every 12 days Dirty or not!! Great hair and body soaps and conditioners makes my hair light and fluffy and smells great too! Be careful some hair products can cause a slight chafe or irritation if not applied as specified in directions!

Rosa is amazing. I came in with a very excited 6 year old, who had his own money to spend on a fish and a tank. He went back and forth trying to decide. She was so patient with him and even asked “how much money do you have?” She helped him make his decisions and keep to his budget. He’s been staring at them for the past 2 hours in his room. Honestly, so many nice things to say about this store and the people there. Thank you.

Just wanted to give my thanks and appreciation to the staff/manager of this store for helping me and my kiddos get everything we need to set up our very first fish tank! It was an awesome experience for my boys. Meghan answered all my questions and was extremely patient with us. We look forward to coming back here for all our pet needs in the future!!!

I am the proud of owner of SHERMAN.... We went in for a Hamster and after seeing this little guy, I absolutely fell in love and continue to fall in love with him daily. Your staff on Sunday, roughly about 3:00pm to 5pm I am sorry, I do not know their names but they were amazing. Great customer service... I told them to make sure they tell you or the MANAGER that they sold their 1st SKINNY PIG, to this gushy loser who could not resist!!!

I love the staff here!! I wish the pet owners who entered this store had a little more respect for others and their pets. I brought my pet in to be bathed and ended up having to ask for a refund because there was a lady with two dogs in the bath area, one of which was unleashed. I was trying to walk around outside, went down all the isles, and eventually went to get a dog tag made. While I was waiting for the first lady to leave, another customer entered the store with their dog who they allowed to run right up to mine. They also asked for a bath so then I asked to just refund so I could come back another day. The staff was so very sweet and understanding, they even gave me a voucher for a free bath for next time. Thank you guys, I appreciate you!

I have shopped at this store for over 7 years. 4 years ago I received my first Service dog and began to feed victor dog food. Over the years we have changed the formula and eventually landing on Victor Elite Canine which has glucosamine and condrontin. Well today, 7/7/23 I enter the store to get my dog food. They are out, I find a replacement and approach the cashier. I asked the cashier, I learned later her name was Hannah, if they had Elite Canine. She states they don’t carry that one and never had. I explain that I purchase it here all the timeAnd she look at my transactions. She argues with me and states again they don’t carry that one. Well damn I guess over the past 3 years I have mysteriously picked up the bags here! Staff changes continually in this store and I wish they could find competent people!

I took my 85lb dog for a self wash bath. I will never use this service again. The tubs are concrete, and are not built for big dogs. Maneuverability, is a huge issue. If your dog is older or has arthritis, I do not recommend. The water hose had a leak at the spicket, and I could not get the water to an acceptable temperature, I kept having to adjust between hot and cold.It was just as challenging to get out of the tub, as it was to get in for my dog.If it wasn't for the lovely staff, and kindness, I would have given one star.

Nice selection of stuff, but you probably shouldn't let your teenage/youngadult(?) staff play their personal inappropriate music. Not only was it garbage but it was user loud and full of cussing, ill just buy stuff online.

I often go to pet supermarket to buy stuff for my aquarium. I have several aquariums at home and I'm always in need for supply I find pet supermarket one of the most reliable places to purchase fish the food and other amenities all the staff seems to know their job very well and it was always pleasant and very respectable.

The staff was friendly and very helpful, the guy who sold me my bunny didn't just sell her to me and then stop talking to me. He was patient and let me ask him questions for over an hour and even gave me a care sheet since this was my first time owning a rabbit and he offered to let me call the store and ask more questions anytime I need to. The place was clean and had a great selection of goods for your pets.

My first time visiting a pet supermarket, and I can say that I am satisfied: this particular location was a delight with friendly and helpful staff. I appreciate the cleanliness as well ! And the fact that the smell doesn’t smell like a pet store:) prices are a bit steep for my liking… but every now and then it’s nice to splurge.

Apparently Chad thought I was trying to steal because I was adjusting a basket muzzle to see if it would fit my dog. He stood next to me for a while and then had a police officer stand next to me the entire time I was in the store, or walk around me. When, I had been in there just yesterday talking to him about how I'm getting a new dog and I'm a rewards member. Pretty upsetting and I won't be back. I used to be loss prevention so I know when I'm being followed.

Very friendly staff clean store free of any pet smell, big plus for a person that works in a kennel for a living. When my poodle needs a bath on my days off this is the place I go. The self-service bath station is very nice. The store manager and staff checked on me several times, it takes a while to get a poodle dry.
