The customer service was nothing out of the ordinary, outside of the mumbling and groaning of inventory. Cashier is pleasant efficient and informative.The location was not wheelchair friendly but is wheelchair accessible.No veteran discount

"Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks!" If they don't have it, you don't need it. If you don't know what it's called and the employees can't figure out which thing you're trying to describe, you don't need it. I love going to Ace Hardware. I've never walked out empty handed, with just what I went for or on budget.

Small Ace Hardware in Orange City Florida. Have never had an issue with any of the employees. Most of them know their stuff especially the guys that work the nuts and bolts aisle! LOL the Store is well laid out and clean.

Not sure what the goal is at this location? They hire friendly helpful assistants but then have the nastiest, ignorant and rotten cashiers! I wonder how many customers a week gather all their items just to walk out at the payment portion?

I had to go out today and tune up my 20-year-old generator because we have a hurricane going to hit us in five days. I had to get a new spark plug, some straight 30 weight oil which is sometimes difficult to find now. Some fresh tires because the old ones wouldn't hold air anymore. And a couple of other tools to help me tune it up. I went into the store cuz this is the closest to my home. A young man came up to me and started helping me find everything I needed and I was pleasantly surprised I was able to get everything I needed in one store. That rarely happens for me and I thought I would send you a good note and let you know I really appreciate you saving a lot of my time from driving around. I put the generator all back together and it's running like it's brand new again. Thank you very much.

Great selection, friendly staff and it's a locally owned business not a multinational cooperation. It's amazing how many items they have in the store. I have been at the big guys and despite of acres of shelves they did not had what I needed. Ace in Orange City is a business that is worth keeping around. They are always friendly and helpful.

Typical Ace. Nice organized store, good people, well stocked shelves, and actual employees greet you and ask if you need help, old time hardware store atmosphere, before the days of huge get lost in hard to find items, with no employee help stores ... if you want a quick stop in and out in 10 or 15 minutes or less ? I say check ACE 1st. ... thumbs up !!!
