This place was recommended by 2 customers, and since there experience was good O wanted to try it with my puppy. As soon you entered by the door is such a warm welcome and great staff. They ask if I wanted something special and since I didn't have an idea, they suggest the service at the first visit. At the pick up time my baby was adorable 😍. Thanks for such a great service and also orientation for my pet.

We have been taking our large mix breed dog here for almost 2 years! There’s no one else we trust with him! Whenever I call for an appointment there is always one available, my dog is comfortable here, and they always do a great job!! We always joke about making the drive to bring Louie here if we ever have to move 😊

I am so pleased to have met Stephany from Steffers Cute Critters. I purchased two adorable, fluffy pups from her and might I say that they are the most loving puppies ever. She gave them so much love and attention while they were young, and it certainly shows. Before I brought my pups home, she gave them a nice bath and groom. she even took the time to tell me things that I would need to do daily to keep them clean and fresh. I’ve never met a groomer, who took the time to explain the in’s and out of the doodle breed. I feel confident now that I can keep them groomed properly. Also, she has a great variety of combs and brushes to purchase for grooming. Thank you so much for such wonderful new additions to my family.❤️Ali and Croc are just fabulous ❤️

I was totally impressed Sara right away was able to give me an appointment for the next day. I dropped off my babygirl Lulu a bit early and Steph greeted me and took her in and later on she texted me when she was done and told me she still needed more time to dry off and I was so impressed with that that she had consideration with my dog and didn’t want to return her to me being damp. Lulu’s haircut was done very nicely and she looked so good. I just can’t believe that I never knew these people were in business in my home town for so long and I can kick myself for that! The price was so good I really thought I wasn’t going to get good service but boy was I wrong! The staff as well as Steph were such nice people and took such good care of my dogs I want everyone to know that you can bring your dogs there and get excellent service for a good price and have your dogs get treated with love and kindness! Thank you all for a job well done!

Staff was very friendly. Steph was very helpful and showed me a few tricks on home to care for my doodle at home. They always go above and beyond. Would definitely recommend and will be Nikos regular groomer.

I sent in my Pomeranian for a full groom. At pickup he is completely shaved except the hair and tail. We’re told his hair was “compacted”. How about you call the owner before you shave a dogs fur completely off. That should be a last resort for Pomeranians and the owners should agree to this.

If it’s your first time they would do it right, after that you’ll see! Just observe; uneven cut in between the paws, bangs, ears etc. the owner is supposed to do quality control and check the work of her employees before checking out. I noticed whether you tip them or not they’re still ungrateful! You can sense their energy, otherwise they would remember your kindness for giving them tip and make it even more better on your next service. Update: I’m not stupid to reveal my real identity here. I’m still taking my dog here, I don’t want them to be mean to her because of my review! I will keep updating my review until they improve their service.

We have been getting our dog grooming by Steph's grooming for years. We had previously taken our miniature poodle to pet smart but after a bad experience she was scared to be goomed. Steph's made her fell safe an pretty. You will see for yourself. Our dogs are happy to go there.

Booking the appointment was easy, they answered the phone promptly and got me in quickly. Very professional process, which I appreciate. When walking in, it smelled clean, and the staff was very nice and professional. Price point was for a bath/drummel and was very reasonable. They answered all my questions, and she was finished quickly. As someone who worked previously in a grooming facility, I know how long the grooming process should take including drying and was impressed on how quickly they finished and got my geriatric pooch out the door. They made me feel comfortable leaving my fur-daughter who is deaf with someone new, and I have setup monthly recurring grooming. Looking forward to having a clean dog for the foreseeable future!

We had a great experience with Stephanie. This was my puppy’s first haircut and she was very attentive and awesome with getting my pup used to the grooming environment. Even though she was super busy she took extra time to greet her customers and their dogs. Thumbs up all the way around!

Not very happy with this place and quality of work. First time was good, was given a nice bandana, had their nails trimmed and my dog [corgi] looked great. Second time, we asked for nails, pads to be trimmed, shampoo/brush-out.. when we came to pick her up, her pads weren't trimmed, she wasn't fully dry, her nails weren't done. It barely looked like she was washed!I'm truly disappointed as I was hoping to stay a loyal client, but I guess some of the negative reviews I can agree with. I'm not sure if it was a staffing issue or my puppy did something, was not told to me.Did not listen to what I asked and what I wanted on the appointment. ... tsk tsk.

Took me in on short notice just to trim my psycho crazy lab puppy's nails! Very fair price, she did a great job, and super kind and patient with this pup as she can be nonstop when awake. Gonna go back for a deshed maybe. She how that works out. 🐕

Love this place. They are always kind and listen to are Specific Instructions. We have a yorkie poo who needs to be groomed in a certain way. Most of the time it's done right. Last time it was a little short in the Bob wasn't right but that's okay. This place is awesome and our baby loves coming there!

I have a scared little dog who bites (he was abused before we rescued him) and I was honestly scared to go get him groomed because I was nervous he would bite his groomer. Stephanie was super reassuring that he would be fine and she could handle him, which made me feel a lot better. And then came the price... SUPER reasonable! He came out looking like a brand new dog! I had no idea what he looked like without his crazy hair. I’m so pleased and we will be lifetime customers :)

We just moved here from Orlando recently, and I found Stephanie's grooming online, when we first walked in it seem like a very friendly place and a good place to take my senior schnauzers. When me and my husband went to pick them up when we got there they told us they had to shave them completely their skirts and their mustache and beards. They did not even take the consideration of calling me and asking me first. If they would at least call I would have been okay with it properly but just going ahead and taking it in your own hands was very wrong
