I'm highly disappointed with Shell's. I booked an appointment for my dog a wash today. I gave his breed and weight beforehand while booking the appointment. Upon arrival, she refused to bathe my dog and disputed his weight. My dog is no more than 50-55 lbs and extremely mild mannered. I immediately called Rascals Inc and she was more than accommodating. My dog walked right up and was ready to be serviced with no issue! Shell was just rude and unprofessional for no reason.

Wonderful people, shells paw spa really cleaned up my dog, got sick and let his hair get knotted and bad, she trimmed him up , cut his nails, and cleaned him really well he was so happy. Will use this place from now on, perfect place . 10 out of 5 stars ********** thank you so much

I had a terrible mess of a puppy gizmo and was in a need of a true Christmas miracle indeed. Matting, fleas, long nails and the fact he looked like a sheep dog! I dropped Gizzy off at 9am and he was waiting looking like a little prince again by 12 noon...this groomer is the premier grooming salon in the central florida area and I've been to several. You will have my business for a long time. Oh and FYI I went on a referral from my dad who also took his shitzu there as well. If I could give them 10 stars I would in a heartbeat!!!

My schnauzer was a little matted, he gets in and out of the pool. She did a great job hooking him up. Saved his beard and gave him a nice summer cut. Great price. Great experience will take him there again.

I would never let these people groom my dog again. I took my small Yorkie who still had her puppy coat to be groomed because she had been boarded for a couple of days and had started to matt. They didn't try to just cut out the matt they shaved my poor baby, she was traumatized. Her hair never came back in the same way. The black color turned to grey when it did grow in but it took sometime. She will be two yrs old in September and is just now finally growing out. Do yourself a favor and don't even try them, I won't!!

I have 2 siberian huskies and they came home smelling and looking great! One of them has a really thick coat and got in the car completely dry, and both pups were perfectly happy and themselves, not stressed at all. I'm extremely pleased with the service - a bit pricier than I expected (compared to other groomers I've been to in the area), BUT you really do get what you pay for as far as quality, and I will definitely be back when the girls need it :)Thank you ladies for the great customer service! I really appreciate that you made space for my pups on such a busy day.

They did an AMAZING job with my puppy!! As a new puppy mom, I was nervous about leaving him to be groomed, but Shell and her employees took excellent care of the little guy and eased my anxiety with their reassurance and their obvious love of animals. My puppy looks so handsome and smells great after his grooming. I will definitely be taking him back to Shell's Paw Spa anytime he needs groomed 😊😊

We have a pit/Labrador. He is a great dogs, non aggressive and well manner. He is 8 years old and have been in many other spas in other occasions with no problemsorcomplaints.However, we took him to this location and the owner did nothing but complain about how terrible one of my dogs behaved. Which is was strange to us, because our vet and other spas had nothing but good things about our dog. Her attitude and they way she handle us as customer has a lot to say about her professionalism. Therefore, we will never take our dogs to thins location again and I won’t recommend it to my family or friends.

Excellent and professional staff. I have a Aussie who is animal aggressive and they were able to work with me to make a safe environment for him and other animals.In addition the grooming was perfect and I will be a returning customer.

I hadn't taken my pup here in about a year, so when I decided to go back I was expecting a good service. Lets start with the owner who took care of me at the desk. She looked like she was about to pass out right in front of me while I was explaining to her how I wanted my boy's hair cut. She also was not in the most pleasant mood as well. They also mentioned to me how my dog wasn't the greatest client. I get that... I know my dog doesn't like being touched but what has to be done needs to be done. I let her know I would like for her to stay away from his tail and not cut any of the hair on it, she didn't listen. Probably because she was on the verge of passing out while I was talking to her. She did the complete opposite of what I asked. This was very frustrating when I let her know what she did wrong and how I felt about it. There was no understanding what so ever. This establishment is nothing like it used to be. I was very disappointment, I think I'm being generous by giving them three stars. I will no longer be bringing my pup back here.

One of our dog's is an old man and doesn't go often. But when he does - he likes them and feels comfortable! I feel comfortable leaving him, too. Great work and reasonably priced!

Not a good place to take your pet, they don’t treat your dog with good care. I have a teacup Yorkie and I use to wonder why he never wanted to go in when I took him, he would grab a hold of my shirt and wouldn’t let go until one day Shelby didn’t cut him right and I didn’t like it. She grab him and cut him down but I didn’t like the way she was handling him and after I saw that I let know he wanted be back. Is was just something about her and that place.

Out dogs are like family my only concern is that she does not seem friendly or love dogs however her cuts are great!!!! And she is accommodating and my dog has anxiety so I don’t want to change him as he is comfortable and it’s business but just would love to feel more like a family environment!!

I have two Shih Tzu's, they always do an amazing job. Not to mention they are always, warm, friendly and inviting. My dogs love going there and playing with their squeaky toys! Never been disappointed. I highly recommend them!

BEWARE!!! Horrible service messed up my dogs hair completely. She cut him so short down he came home with plenty of nips and uneven hair all over and left his face head and legs way to hairy. I would never recommend. Then when I mentioned to her I was unhappy about it I noticed she became upset but didn't say anything. I thought well things happen, so I thought I'll give her a second chance but she turned me away giving me the excuse that my 3lbs 2 ounces tea cup poodle nipped her the very first time she cut his hair. Imagine that she nipped him all over and so he's a dog after all right? He had to defend his little self. Maybe she shouldn't be in this type of business. HELLO!!!!!!!!!! She complained that she can't take him again because a pack of bandages costs her more then $5.00 dollars. Hahahahaha how ridiculous but everything happens for a reason. God is saving my dog 🐶

I have 4 yorkies and have been using the same lady for 3 years. I want fully satisfied but change can be difficult. I found Shell's Paw Spa and she got 1 of my boys in within 2 days. That's so fast and it was on my schedule. He's a young, small guy, and the yorkie style can be difficult to cut. They did amazing! He looks better than he ever has! I found them to be very friendly. Grooming dogs is a tough business and people tend to forget this. I would highly recommend these ladies and will be bringing all 4 of my yorkies here from now on.

This groomer is so cost effective that it hurts....lol. I have taken my pup to them for ear cleanings and nail cuts. They never keep me waiting to long and you really can't beat the prices.

Took my dog there for a grooming for the first time they upcharged me 15$ for fleas although my dog has been on trifexis for 6 months with absolutely no fleas or ticks. Will never be back.
