This store is horrible. It's always trashed it's never stocked up every time I go in for something they're out of stock. They're self-checkouts hardly work you never see the employees they're always hiding in the office. You asked for help finding something and they give you attitude like it's inconveniencing them when they're not even doing anything. I only come here because it's a mile from my house and I thought it would be convenient but it's always useless. Was so excited to have a convenience store down the road from my home but it's almost like what's the point cuz they never have anything you're looking for

Recently opened, inside has the most courteous staff I have encountered in a long time. Store is small but we'll stocked and prices are pretty good. Great for a quick stop as there is also a self check out available.

Older lady manager hovering over customers transactions on self checkout today. Bunch of notes about paying hand written on the register about "how to pay". Turned the screen away from me as I was paying without asking or saying anything to me. Said she was "making sure I was okay" ...???Super weird experience, shop here a lot.

Nice staff. Clean store. Recently opened.Added-Although it's clean and the staff have always been nice, in my experience, there's something aggravating this store and 1 other Dollar General that I shop do. It's a policy that definitely not all the stores follow since after this store and the 1 other that I shop at told me no I went to 1 other store. The "policy" is that even with a receipt for something you purchased with your debit card, you CANNOT return any item and receive cash back instead of it being refunded to the debit card you purchased the item with. So while any store that I personally have ever shopped from will gladly refund you with cash with a receipt even if you paid with debit. Of course, it HAS to have been paid for with debit, not credit. But if debit is how you paid you can get refunded with cash. However, not here. Not the 2 Dollar General's I'm speaking of. But the 3rd store I have had to do this with twice always will refund me with cash. Once I lost my debit card and the other time the card I originally paid with was stolen so of course it was impossible to refund the money onto the card I paid with. It's just ridiculous that these DGs wouldn't assist me with something I'm positive most of it not all other stores (I do mean any store including and outside of Dollar General) are willing to do. So this is 1 SERIOUS frustration for me. Otherwise still a good store.

This is Deltona's newest Dollar General. It just openedI believe, Aug.3rd? Or in the past 2-3 weeks. For just opening up, quite a few of the shelves were empty. The store was very clean. Only 1 cashier was working. Very pleasant, very helpful. The prices are higher than expected.

The nicest and most well-stocked DG I've ever been to. Polished concrete floors and high ceilings keep it from feeling like the claustrophobic mess most "dollar stores" tend to be! Still not quite a real grocery store, but it handles about 80% of what I need when I dont want to mess with a full grocery trip.

Line was long 2 people working one seem to be more I terested in being in the office and not very helpful for all the customers self pay way down. Cashier that was working seemed very short due to the lack of help

Trying to return a small container of Flex Seal that when opened, was ROCK HARD! No, I did not have the reciept... But it was the 'managers' attitude that got me and when I asked for the district managers name, I was told to "Google it". So that I am!

I love this store so much! It’s always clean and organized and the workers are always happy to assist you. Their store manager Brad is the best! Best dollar general in the area!!

Could be cleaner. Store is always cluttered with stock everywhere. Makes it hard to shop. Every employee is helpful and friendly and always offers assistance.

I understand doing your job correctly but with that in mind you should also do it efficiently and with out favoritism or bias in following all store policy's no matter what you can not treat any one customer any different from the first or next with that said I would not recommend this location to purchase anything from untill all employees are trained correctly in customer service

It's a brand new Dollar General and it has an upscale cashier less monitor. I like the cleanliness and order of this store so far in the area.

I go to the new dollar general on lake helen osteen rd. Love it. There is a really nice kid that works in there. Always very polite. There needs to be one of him in ALL the stores

The staff is super friendly and very helpful, but I can't shop there cause it always feels like 100 degrees in there. This is Florida, turn on the air conditioning!!!

Went in for last minute Christmas wrapping which there was some. In all the store looked as if a hurricane passed stayed awhile and left. I did get what I needed.
